We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Budva! Although we initially booked a double room for just the two of us and our daughter, the owner, who lives in the same building, kindly upgraded us to a superior room at no extra charge. She also prepared an extra bed for our daughter, making us feel truly welcomed. She greeted us with a warm smile, even though we arrived late in the evening, and was more than willing to assist us with anything we needed.
The hotel's location was perfect—close to the beach, restaurants, and all the main attractions in Budva, making it very convenient for us to explore the area. Plus, having a free parking spot at the hotel made our stay even more comfortable and stress-free, as we didn’t have to worry about finding parking. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff was always ready to ensure we were satisfied. Everything was spotless, new, and well-maintained, with no detail overlooked in the room. We had a very comfortable and pleasant stay, and we highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Budva.

Trust all the other reviews. This is the best property in Budva. Wonderful friendly and helpful owner, beautiful large new rooms, wonderful bathroom and shower and the most comfortable bed of our one month trip in the balkans! Seriously like sleeping on a cloud.
Breakfast was also fresh and tasty! Walkable and central to all Budva has to offer. Do not hesitate to book this wonderful property!

Location is really good and flat you don’t have to climb. Breakfast was incredible. Anywhere you want to go you can go by walk. If you want to use public transportation is really close as well. Owners? Employees? I do not even want to mention. They are incredible, hospitable and helpful. Thank you for everything.

The location is really good, and we were pleased with the staff's attentiveness and friendliness. The breakfast was delicious and sufficient. However, the standard room was smaller than we expected and appeared in the photos. The wardrobe door was hitting the air conditioner, and the bathroom was also small. For this price, a larger room is needed.

Excellent hotel with super 👌 service and welcoming. All was perfect. Liliana the owner was amazing and all the facilities including breakfast were awsome. There is a good bakery next to the hotel. We will definitely come back. Superb!!!

Excellent!!! We liked the location, the room and overall hotel decor, great and fresh breakfast, but on top of everything - the hosts Liliana and her husband are amazing, warm welcoming, smiling and there to help at any time.
All recommendations were right on the spot - restaurants, tours and day trips.

If you travel to Budva, this is a hotel you can come to without looking. Even more than a hotel. You feel at home from the first moment you arrive at the hotel. In addition, the breakfast products, the cleanliness of the rooms and the fact that the hotel is a 10-minute walk from the sea and Budva Old Town are very nice. We would also like to thank the hotel owner, Ms. Liliana and her precious husband, for their kindness and welcome.
