Location: on the seafront in the heart of Rafailovici, 5 km from Budva, 25 km from Tivat airport. Opposite the hotel there is a tourist train that takes 10 minutes to Budva.

Cozy private hotel "Obala" is a complex of six buildings: Obala Hotel 3* (main building), Obala La Mer 3*, Hotel Obala Plus 3*,4 Obala Lux*, Obala Ponta Apartments 4* city Apartments Fontana 3*.

Very small two bed room, totally different reality from a hotel review, old date furniture, hotel need renovation, dangerous stairs leading to rooms, no storage space, rooms for two is a room for one person . Not enough towels in room . In reality this is two stars hotel.

This hotel is an absolute bargain for what you get! Our room was larger than expected, and although it was basic, it was decent, & the view from the balcony, overlooking the sea front, was beautiful. The location is awesome, right on the beach which is lined with gorgeous restaurants. Despite being very central, the hotel is very quiet & peaceful. We slept with our balcony door slightly open so we could hear the sea, it was so relaxing. My only slight negative (that was completely outshone by all the positives anyway!) would be the need for blackout curtains in the room, as soon as the sun began to rise, the room was very bright & woke us early. Also the aircon didnt work, but we didnt mention it to reception as we didnt need it anyway, but I'm sure they would have sorted it promptly, as all of the staff were really friendly & helpful. The breakfast was delicious too! We are looking forward to our return visit already!

an experience to forget:
after much anticipation for our stay at Hotel Obala, inspired by its promising reviews and beautiful photos, the reality of our visit was starkly different and disappointing.
The staff is impolite, the room was dirty. The food is awful.

Nice good hotel just in front of the beach. Staff outstanding: them helped me to park the car in a public parking and then shipped to me my documents i had forgotten in hotel. Great breakfast included in a reasonable price

They were so nice and polite. The service really was 10/10 alongside the food which was exquisite.

This hotel seems to be stuck in the 2000. When i entered the room the sheets were dirty and hair was literally everywhere. For some reason there was a towel in fridge? No hair dryer. I can't name one thing that is good. Would not recommend it.

My experience at this hotel was great. The room was spacious and clean and with an amazing view of the beach (as I had requested when I booked online) just the view was worth the price of the room really. Breakfast was ok, I would suggest improving the quality of the coffee if possible; but for the price you pay here having any food included I think it’s already a plus. Staff was very friendly as well. Finally the location is just perfect with some of the coolest spots of becici beach just a few steps away. I loved it here.
