The rooms are serviced daily and the inn keepers go beyond their call of duty to tidy up the place. It is conveniently located, next to many stores and restaurants. It's about a 10 minute walk to the bay

Very neat and daily cleaned rooms. 30 minutes walk to the old Town and 10 to the marginally attractive beaches. The hotel is surrounded with convenience stores and interesting restaurants

A very nice place to stay in Budva, close to everything yet fsr enough to keep things calm.

We had a great 3 night stay in early June. I booked directly with Jovan and received excellent service. The sea view top floor apartment was lovely, immaculately clean and with stunning views over Sveti Stefan

You can actually drive down to the back of Milocer beach as the walk back to the apartment is pretty steep. We ate at Caffe Caffe and twice at Drago both were very good and the latter has fabulous views

I can’t say enough good things about this place! Absolutely amazing! Super clean as the cleaner cleans everyday, nice pool, great breakfast, good location, bus stop just 5 steps away and the owners were the most accommodating people I have met on a holiday! Super helpful with all of our queries

Every thing was lovely. Jovan and his family are very nice. I got a sea view room. It was wery clean and tidy. We use the pool every day. Jovan told me that Septembar is the best month to visit Sveti Stefan.

The town beaches were very nice and it was an easy walk to Milocer and Queens beach from the town beach which were the nicest beaches we found during our holiday in Montenegro

Jovan was extremely welcoming and very kindly managed a parking place for us. We enjoyed using the lovely pool which was always quiet

On the last day, check-out is at 10 am, but you can leave your things with the owners on the ground floor, you can also use the toilet and shower if you decide to spend the last day on the beach

We had a plane at half past 7 pm, so this service gave us the opportunity to fully enjoy the rest on the last day of vacation, and not spend it on suitcases in a cafe or under the airport

There were two of us, but, due to the full load, we were settled in a triple room, so I can’t say which room for two. Our room was really big, bright and comfortable

Special thanks that the owner of the villa met us from the bus, and when we were leaving, he brought heavy things to the transfer point by car (thank you again!)

We lived in "Villa Anna Budva" for two weeks in August 2021. Only positive emotions and memories remained. The owners are very nice and polite people

The location is excellently positioned away from noise and crowds and yet in the vicinity of shops, cafes, and the bus station. Excellent connectivity with the facilities offered in Budva

I am very happy !!! I would like to come back again. The beach is about 900 meters down, maybe more. Mountain view from the balcony. Nearby there is a hypermarket, cafes and restaurants

Great place to stay, Vassili was always around for advice and help. The guesthouse is in the middle of an Olive Grove. Near to beaches , bus station and bus stops

Rooms are rather big and clean, there is all necessary furniture. Maybe the destination to the sea is a bit long for someone, but I think it's a positive moment

Good location. Beautiful balcony and garden, view of the mountains from the window. The owners treat you to fruit from their own garden. Pleasant homely atmosphere. Opposite there is a mesarnya, a bakery with low prices.

I really enjoyed staying there in room no. 21, so much so that I extended my stay. It's close to the city center and a megamarket, just 5 minutes away. The conditions are very pleasant, clean, and tidy

Very nice garden with olive trees, kind staff and everything what you need in the room. Free parking in the yard. Some of the rooms are with windows at the street and is a little bit noisy.
