10 minutes walk from shopping areas

Lovely family apartments. We stayed here for 4 nights in room 3, which is sea facing. The apartments are family run and are over 4 floors. The family live in the bottom and could not do enough for you. Most of the apartments are only accessible by steps front and back however rooms 3,4, 5,6 are accessible via a road at the rear, although you would not get a wheelchair or pram down the path as it is...

I have stayed here numerous times on business and as a family trip, the apartments are top class it is equal if not better then a 5* hotel the beds are luxurious, the surroundings and decor are beautiful and the hosts are extremely friendly, attentive and nothing is a problem. I loved staying there and hope I can return soon. Best place I have ever stayed in.

This is a very pleasant room with kitchen and shower room, in a quiet part of town but a short walk from the main streets and the sea. The host is a very amiable and helpful person. The room was cleaned once a week. The bed was comfortable (and huge), and all amenities were provided - guests can request the use of a washing machine.

The owner trusted us and let us check-in and check-out without her presence. It was nice. The owner heped us with several advice where to eat and where to go. Apartments are very comfortable for living. It seems like you have a separate house. Besides, the neighbors have a charming dog! Cool place, we recommend Wi-fi connection is not very good

Had a fabulous time here, everything was amazing from the welcome to goodbye. Great atmosphere,m lovely views, fab service. The breakfasts were to die for and just such a lovely way to enjoy and watch the world go by, sat out on the front people watching.

The hotel is situated in a perfect location, just in town of Tivat. Rooms are spacious and with all facilities you might need. I had a room at the back side with mountains view and big balcony. Breakfast was ok. They also have restaurant with all seats outdoors . Reception staff were very pleasant and helpful. To reach the hotel by taxi it takes only 7 minutes driving. We had a terrace sea view room number 303. It has a terrific view which we really enjoyed. It’s a very central area with a lot of restaurants and people going around. It came together with some noise, smoke smell from time to time and loud music outside (in May it was only on weekends). We knew that and liked it, but if you are a light sleeper and like to sleep early consider it. Our room was clean...

Reception ladies were very helpful and kind. Room was very nice and big with own terrace but little bit worn out. Room cleaning was good. Breakfast was very good but restaurant staff little bit rude. Location is perfect. I can recommend this hotel.

What a find! An absolute gem of a hotel. Rooms with a view of the promenade and the beautiful water views. The rooms are comfortable and modern. There is plenty of choice at breakfast. It’s not easy to find vegetarian gluten free food in Tivat so we ate here twice as they offered GF pesto pasta on their menu for a reasonable price. It was lovely the first night & slightly too al dente for me the second time but I appreciated a GF/ V food option.

Clean spacious well equipped apartments. Attentive kind host. Near the sea, the port. I can only recommend it to everyone to the maximum.

Great view, clean room,very quiet, and cheap price for the location. Walk to the beach is less than five minutes. Apartment owners are very friendly.
