We had an excellent stay, as we traveled during the low season the city and hotel were not busy. We received excellent service, where the staff was always immediately available and helping

I spend the days after New Year’s Eve in this hotel, didn’t book it myself, it was a selection of the Agency. But for me my partner and my kids it was a great experience. The room was perfect, spacious for the 4 of us

The staff helped us with a crib as requested. The view was astonishing, and considering the high temperature that happened on January 1st in all the Balkan, we did enjoy it a lot. The location is the best in Tivat

The hotel is located in the marina, and really central, so it's very convenient to get everywhere and all the amenities are close. Spa facilities are nice, would definitely come back again

Breakfast was really good, apart from their set menu, you can suggest something off menu and they will try to prepare it, if the ingredients are in-house

Beautiful hotel on a great location! We were lucky enough to get a room upgrade so we had a spacious room with a balcony and a spacious bathroom

Needed to be at least 7ft tall to access cupboards and towel rail, and unable to open both window shutters at same time, making bedroom quite dark. No sunbeds or towels and upstairs bar closed

The private beach, the only one in Tivat, is like something out of a fairy tale – clean, beautiful, and utterly enchanting. I would like to especially commend the hotel staff

The hotel has a pretty view and nice private beach, the reception clerk was friendly and helpful. The hotel was quite expensive for its value. Breakfast selection is good, the juices were disappointing

The food at the hotel was exceptional; every meal was an absolute pleasure. One of the highlights was the hotel’s a green oasis where we enjoyed peaceful moments surrounded by nature

I have never stayed at this hotel, however, I have eaten and drank at the restaurant. I have been twice before and was always very happy with my experience with friends. They have outside heaters and comfortable seating

However, the last time we went here we all hated our cocktails and sent them back to the bar to be re-made. We couldn't consume the second round so we moved to larger

The left the drinks on our bill but we refused to pay as we sent both rounds back to the bar. We asked the server why the drinks had changed and he said they had a new bartender

Staff were always smiling, happy. The Pirogue resto under the hotel is very good

Location: perfect Staff: fantastic Food: excellent Lodgings: they need to make some small improvements: First room had mildew & water damage, however, they switched our room immediately and our new room was fantastic

(The bad room 204 was closed down and fixed) Rooftop pool & bar area: aged, needs a face lift. Roof probably needs repairs for leaks

The breakfast served there was just outstanding with a la carte choice of eggs benedict and some other plates like that ! We will definitely stay here amd suggest you to stay

Taxi from Tivat airport to hotel: Do not accept a flat fee, they are trying to rip you off. Early morning ride is $15 euro and daytime (with traffic) is $20 euro. The can drivers will try and hit you for $40 euro

Stunning views, great service, clean water, pool and very very tasty!!! The day to eat pizza or a sandwich on the beach and in the evening come to an elegant dinner.

Very beautiful and cozy place. Oasis in the mountains. We were greeted by two wonderful dog and carried to the restaurant. Ducks, geese, fish... Very Friendly hosts. 6 out of 5!!!!

The water in the bay isn’t super clean, but that’s not the hotel’s fault! The staff was incredibly attentive from the moment we arrived until after check out (they held our bags for three hours after checking out and allowed us to continue to use the private beach

I highly recommend getting the room with the terrace, it was so pretty out there, I almost didn't want to leave the hotel at all!The staff was friendly and extremely helpful (Ana is the best!), I felt very comfortable my entire stay! Great access to many restaurants and easy enough to walk to Porto Montenegro

The concierge also noticed that we were waiting a long time for our taxi outside the hotel and offered to call us another taxi). The restaurant is very good: the shrimp bruschetta was my favorite

It is clear that the drink was done by a professional, which fueled my enjoyment of the wonderful sights, where hotel is located! Definitely booking a room there for the next vacation!

We stayed here for 4 nights in October 2024. The rooms were nicely appointed and tastefully decorated. The hotel is in a good location one block from the waterfront. Most importantly, the staff were wonderful

About 12 hours after we checked out and had departed to another city for our flight, I realized I'd left behind valuables in the safe. I called her, and she swiftly, competently and professionally responded

Everyone was very friendly and went out of their way to greet us and make sure we were comfortable and satisfied. In particular, I want to recognize Marija at the front desk

She checked the safe and found my valuables. She took all steps to inventory my items, send me photos, and assist me in identifying possible options for their return

She kept in continuous contact with me to communicate with me and assure me my possessions would be safe until we found a solution

What was very remarkable was that I had already checked out and was no longer a guest to whom they owed responsibility

Had to cancel our Stay. Very understanding and good service. Was reimbursed for the full Stay without questions and issues.

Cons: - we were traveling in winter and the air conditioner was not working in one of the rooms in our room; - the furniture and furnishings of the hotel are no longer the freshest: the chair is loose, there are chips in many places of the furniture; - the hotel is located on the embankment, in the pedestrian zone, from the free parking you will need to walk about 200-300 meters

We had a very good time while having dinner here. Lovely view, nice and friendly waiter, the food was tasty and the cheesecake was delicious.

Excellent Villa with new apartments. The kitchen is equipped with good appliances, there is a microwave oven, Tefal kitchen utensils, a new set of tableware. The bathroom is equipped as in a 5-star hotel

This is one of the best deals on the bay. Very convenient location for traveling by car. The entire infrastructure is 5-15 minutes away. The apartment itself is in very good condition

The views are simply gorgeous! It is possible to swim at the private pier. They offered to take a kayak for skiing for free, which I did almost every second day

The water is clean, but rubber slippers are needed, the bottom is pebbly. The hosts are a married couple, very pleasant and welcoming. The location in relation to neighboring cities is good

But to leave, you need either a rental car or a taxi. With public transport throughout Montenegro strained, not developed. Not far from Tivat with its chic Porto Montenegro. I'd like to come back here again!

Not a noisy, comfortable place. The view from the balcony is gorgeous. You can see planes taking off from the airport, but no noise is heard from them. It is very interesting to watch them

Everything you need in one place. Very close to the beach, promenade, market and everything. Private parking so without any problems

The location is excellent, far enough away from Belana beach that the noise coming from the street does not disturb you, a quiet and peaceful place. Large yard for children to play

The location of the apartment is a 2-minute walk from the beach. "Within reach" is a market, restaurants and the beach

TV, air conditioning, double bed sofa, armchairs, table, chairs, shower room. We were afraid that the planes would disturb our sleep, but after 18 o’clock everything is quiet, the planes stop flying

First of all, the exceptional hospitality of the host. The cleanliness of the apartment is at an enviable level. The apartments have everything you don't need from devices for everyday needs

Peaceful, quiet, secluded, simply the right place to rest, especially suitable for families with small children. They will be our choice next year for sure!

The house is perfect, especially if you enjoy cooking during your holidays and nice walks near the sea

Due to the COVID-19 situation we were unable to go, but the owner reached out to us at a very early stage offering a full refund in case we wanted to cancel and leaving the offer open right up to our departure date

We were unable to visit Villa Ruza this year because of Covid 19 travel restrictions. However, the owner was extremely helpful when we first booked, and very understanding when we had to cancel

Great place we were looking forward to. Unfortunately we had to cancel last minute due to Covid measures. Owner showed flexibility and offered full refund. We'll book when possible again.

There is a church bell right adjacent which rings every half hour but it’s not excessive. The staff were SO helpful and went out of their way to accommodate our additional requests

Very friendly personnel, beach is near and food served in hotel restaurant is great. Only few minutes away from Porto Montenegro, Old Park (Large Park) and Tivat downtown.

I have stayed here a few times when travelling with work. Staff are very friendly, WiFi is great. And they really helped organise things like airport transfer! Couldn’t ask for more

I like the breakfast garden. It is a quiet place and iis close to the sea. The stuff is very kind. Next time I come to Tivat I will be there again.

Pretty good hotel for the value. Close to the beach and to Porto Montenegro. Safe and clean. We came here on a swim trip.

Normal 3 star hotel, but breakfast was terrible lived in hotel for 7 days and each day breakfast was the same... Coffee undrinkable too..

It is not bad, but at the end of the season many of the dishes on the menu did not have them. Anyway, compared to everything in the area here, it's mostly about income.

I am especially thrilled because this is a family business and everyone works together. All recommendations for this place !!! We will come again !!!

Great place to stay, the host is very friendly and it's right across the street from the beach

Host was really nice, she even let us leave our stuff in the room ehile we waited for the bus, even though the check-out time is 10AM.

My only problem is the wifi which isn't the fastest, it's sufficient for webbrowsing but videostreams might occasionally need to load

My room had air-conditioning, a minibar sized refrigerator and we also had access to a kitchen with pretty much everything we needed

Although Waikiki‘s beach covered with artificial small pebbles, it’s sea is clear and fine. 👍🏼 2 bed, 1 parasol is 25€ which also includes 2 still water and 2 towels. It’s restaurant is also good.

Perfect place - friendly staff, good food and drinks, nice music. The sunbeds are really cool with mattresses and towels. Fantastic view and clean water.

Great place to enjoy the beach and Montenegro. Highly recommend reserving in advance the VIP beds as these are much more comfortable

Whilst sitting on the beach the staff are super friendly and you can order drinks and highly recommend the fruit plate

Actually it's pretty nice in here. the beach is clean, waitresses work well, run around a lot and do their job good

Service was mediocre - initially had to re-order drinks multiple times, ask for menus multiple times, getting our drinks/food as well as the fruit+water as part of the €25 package (2 sunbeds, parasol, 2x water, fruit) also took a very long time

The staff was friendly, facilities were clean, and breakfast was good. The coastal view from the balcony was a highlight

What a wonderful characteristic building from the 70ies, I appreciate it is still there and honored, room 231 view towards the sea and to see a magnificent sunset, man from reception so friendly, hotel right at the beach, breakfast good to get strength for the day

There are two pools one big and one small, for the kids. There's a basketball field also. Overall, a nice cheap hotel, with a market nearby, and isolated from the noises of the city
