4 star hotels in Tivat

Hot food quality poor and bedrooms lacking basic details like coat hooks, wardrobe space, somewhere to put shower gel/soap when having a shower. Needed to be at least 7ft tall to access cupboards and towel rail, and unable to open both window shutters at same time, making bedroom quite dark. No sunbeds or towels and upstairs bar closed. Definitely not a 4* establishment.

The hotel has a pretty view and nice private beach, the reception clerk was friendly and helpful. The hotel was quite expensive for its value. Breakfast selection is good, the juices were disappointing. The swedish table (buffet) for dinner was weak, many foods were overcooked or fatty. Spa is small but good. We ended up eating out 2/3 nights. The room was spacious except for the bathroom.

Just stayed here for a week. Can't fault this hotel in any way. Good comfortable room. Decent selection of food. Great location. Staff friendly and very helpful. Really enjoyed my stay and definitely going back to this hotel.

We had wonderfull time at Astoria Tivat. The location, the breakfast , the room was amazing. The staff was so kind, helpfull and friendly . Rooms are outdated and not clean. There is no elevator so if you are staying on the second floor and have difficulty walking stairs don’t book a room here. Yesterday I was in much luck to pass through Carrubba Hotel. Although it was a quick stop for a drink, I was met with a diverse variety of cocktails, being classic or signature. It is clear that the drink was done by a professional, which fueled my enjoyment of the wonderful sights, where hotel is located! Definitely booking a room there for the next vacation!

Excellent hotel near Tivat and Kotor. A quiet place to rest. The rooms are very nice, clean and staff friendly. The restaurant and large hall are excellent for organizing large celebrations such as weddings. Recommendation for this hotel.

Had to cancel our Stay. Very understanding and good service. Was reimbursed for the full Stay without questions and issues.

Rooms: we had issues with the door every day, the same was with our neighbors. Towel dryer didn't work, next day it was switched on and it was so hot in the bathroom as in sauna. Gym and saina is a joke. Everything packed in one tiny room, weight don't work, only 50kg for bench press, the bench is tilted to a side. The hotel is amazing, fast service and check-in. The breakfast was delicious and varied. Free parking for the guests, amazing sea view. Only one comment that it was hard to find the hotel for the first time, and difficult to park the car outside (there is no place to park temporarily till you get the free parking information) and enter the luggage as there is no entrance directly to the front door...

We had a very good time while having dinner here. Lovely view, nice and friendly waiter, the food was tasty and the cheesecake was delicious.

Everything you need in one place. Very close to the beach, promenade, market and everything. Private parking so without any problems. Kudos to the hosts for their kindness and gratitude, they provided everything you need for a vacation :-)

Very friendly hosts, we felt at home from the first day. The apartment met all our expectations, big enough and comfortable for a family with two children. The location is excellent, far enough away from Belana beach that the noise coming from the street does not disturb you, a quiet and peaceful place. Large yard for children to play. Warm recommendation to all future guests.

It is a charming place, beautifully located. James was very helpful, giving us plenty of advice whenever we needed and helping to organise things. The house is perfect, especially if you enjoy cooking during your holidays and nice walks near the sea. Lovely experience!

Such a beautiful little haven. We had to work temporarily for this week abs the house was well equipped. It also had aircon which was a treat during the hot evenings. There is a church bell right adjacent which rings every half hour but it’s not excessive. The staff were SO helpful and went out of their way to accommodate our additional requests.

We had booked Villa Ruza for 4 weeks in July 2020. Due to the COVID-19 situation we were unable to go, but the owner reached out to us at a very early stage offering a full refund in case we wanted to cancel and leaving the offer open right up to our departure date. We were unable to visit Villa Ruza this year because of Covid 19 travel restrictions. However, the owner was extremely helpful when we first booked, and very understanding when we had to cancel. We’re looking forward to booking again, and staying when restrictions are lifted.

One of the best hotels where I have stayed so far. Amazing service. Staff was genuinely helpful and our waiter for the morning breakfast buffet was a really nice person. Always brought us more quantity and even remembered what we drank.

1 nights stay with the baby before we head out home. The location is semi-good. Very close to the sea wall, but loud during evening and night (lots of loud unpleasant music outside). Not suitable if you plan to sleep with open windows, there’s a 24/7 club just across the street.

Recommendations: fix the bedside lamps - they don't work; the drain in the bathroom has not been cleaned recently, the water cannot drain normally. The location is nice, but the service could be improved.

Stayed there with my mom and 1-year-old son for 1 night and was happy about the choice. The location is perfect: the sea is 2 steps away, there are lots of shops (including one with souvenirs) nearby, different restaurants and cafes. Expected more from this hotel, but all in all a comfortable stay. I returned today to the Montenegrino hotel and got s very different room and a very nice receptionist. Must admit that in season this hotel is very very nice. They even ironed my shirts for free, I think.....🙂🙂

Great place to stay. Private beach, cute hotel, owner super. One star less because there is no daily tidying up of the room (or at least changing towels and taking out the garbage) than the guest has to do it himself. The rest is great.
