Amazing stay at my third Regent property. Great diamond elite recognition to be upgraded to an amazing sea view apartment with great views of the marina. Valet parking was super convenient

I spend the days after New Year’s Eve in this hotel, didn’t book it myself, it was a selection of the Agency. But for me my partner and my kids it was a great experience. The room was perfect, spacious for the 4 of us

The staff helped us with a crib as requested. The view was astonishing, and considering the high temperature that happened on January 1st in all the Balkan, we did enjoy it a lot. The location is the best in Tivat

The hotel can arrange a day at a nice beach club if you're interested. I absolutely recommend this place

- The glasses provided in the room had obviously never been washed. Welcome nuts were stale and inedible. - Having no plates or cooking/ eating utensils in the kitchenette was also quite strange

Our self-drive holiday in Montenegro came to an end with our stay at a stunning hotel offering top-notch service. The food, facilities, and staff were outstanding, and as a member, we even received an upgrade

Great hotel by the sea with a beautiful interior, especially the lobby and pool. The hotel offers a private beach with a beach bar right next to it. The hotel restaurant serves very tasty breakfast meals

I suspect it makes no difference to them what time it is, they are there for you the same, and the foyer felt cozy, relaxed, chic, inviting and not soul-less or empty, like most at that time! The room was really spacious, bright and sunny by day, with a huge bed, everything you could want and need, really nicely decorated and so well designed I really couldn't think how to improve it - the perfect...

I would also add, a room above mine left water on and caused a flood - I was out, there was no impact on any of my things but the staff called me, and not only wanted me to change rooms, but moved all my belongings to *exactly* where they were in the new room, even down to the order of my clothes hanging in the wardrobe ready for when I arrived back

We couldn't ask for more and hope we can work together again and bring back more people to this fabulous venue! My only downside? That I didn't have more time to enjoy walks, bike ride and chill

Working in travel, I've arrived at many hotels at all times of day, and I have to say this was one of the warmest, ever - topped off by & despite the fact it was at midnight (thank you Radi)

Extraordinary attention to detail. As for working with the venue team - thank you to Bruna, Milica, Anthony & staff who really were extremely supportive, helpful and lightened our load

The hotel bills itself as four stars, but it's not. A strong three star hotel. Clean, great location, stone beach, friendly staff. Not for families with children. Here they will be boring. For two adults samle it.

Hot food quality poor and bedrooms lacking basic details like coat hooks, wardrobe space, somewhere to put shower gel/soap when having a shower

Very cosy hotel with little and clean rooms and friendly staff. Breakfast is great, location awesome.

Needed to be at least 7ft tall to access cupboards and towel rail, and unable to open both window shutters at same time, making bedroom quite dark. No sunbeds or towels and upstairs bar closed

Love our stay from beginning to end. The sea view room is astounding every time! Well located at the calmer end of Tivat.

Very beautiful and cozy place. Oasis in the mountains. We were greeted by two wonderful dog and carried to the restaurant. Ducks, geese, fish... Very Friendly hosts. 6 out of 5!!!!

Stunning views, great service, clean water, pool and very very tasty!!! The day to eat pizza or a sandwich on the beach and in the evening come to an elegant dinner.

I also need to give a shout out to the other staff: Sandra is hospitable, warm and greets with you a smile every time; Ana is steady, dependable, and mixes fantastic cocktails (be sure to ask her for Montenegro travel recommendations!); Djurko is responsive and helped me troubleshoot our reservations request very quickly; Ahmed is friendly and hospitable

A very nice hotel, especially Marija (Reception) and Sandra (Bar / Restaurant) are a real asset. When there was a problem, a straight forward solution was presented within minutes and a good compensation offered

360° Rooftop Bar and Restaurant with a stunning view of Tivat Bay is definitely my hidden spot whenever I am in Tivat. To reach it, you have to enter Hotel La Fleur, which exudes sophistication in its interior design

We stayed here for 4 nights in October 2024. The rooms were nicely appointed and tastefully decorated. The hotel is in a good location one block from the waterfront. Most importantly, the staff were wonderful

I recently stayed here and was thoroughly impressed. The room was spacious and beautifully appointed, the staff was attentive and helpful, and the amenities, from lobby to the rooftop terrace, were top-notch

I have never stayed at this hotel, however, I have eaten and drank at the restaurant. I have been twice before and was always very happy with my experience with friends. They have outside heaters and comfortable seating

However, the last time we went here we all hated our cocktails and sent them back to the bar to be re-made. We couldn't consume the second round so we moved to larger

The left the drinks on our bill but we refused to pay as we sent both rounds back to the bar. We asked the server why the drinks had changed and he said they had a new bartender

The concierge also noticed that we were waiting a long time for our taxi outside the hotel and offered to call us another taxi). The restaurant is very good: the shrimp bruschetta was my favorite

Nice location, we have spent under the olive tree over one hour, but they have no waiter. It has been around 1PM, and the lady at the bar told us that the waiter may be shall come after 5PM

I highly recommend getting the room with the terrace, it was so pretty out there, I almost didn't want to leave the hotel at all!The staff was friendly and extremely helpful (Ana is the best!), I felt very comfortable my entire stay! Great access to many restaurants and easy enough to walk to Porto Montenegro

The ONLY downside is while there is parking, the spots right near the hotel are limited, so you may end up down the seafront slightly

Staff were always smiling, happy. The Pirogue resto under the hotel is very good

Location: perfect Staff: fantastic Food: excellent Lodgings: they need to make some small improvements: First room had mildew & water damage, however, they switched our room immediately and our new room was fantastic

The breakfast served there was just outstanding with a la carte choice of eggs benedict and some other plates like that ! We will definitely stay here amd suggest you to stay

Taxi from Tivat airport to hotel: Do not accept a flat fee, they are trying to rip you off. Early morning ride is $15 euro and daytime (with traffic) is $20 euro. The can drivers will try and hit you for $40 euro

Taxi from hotel to Kotor old town $30 euro Best restaurant for us in Tivat, come out of the hotel on the water side, turn right and walk along the water until you find Forza - ask for Milos and they are wonderful

It's a beautiful place to have a coffee in the morning. The area on the beach is for the guests living in the hotel, as the staff told us, but we are allowed to sit there, too. The service was professional.

Great staff, very helpfull. Close to the beach. It has it's own private beach and Red Lobster beach front next to it. Highly recommending

Rooms: we had issues with the door every day, the same was with our neighbors. Towel dryer didn't work, next day it was switched on and it was so hot in the bathroom as in sauna

The hotel is amazing, fast service and check-in. The breakfast was delicious and varied. Free parking for the guests, amazing sea view

Only one comment that it was hard to find the hotel for the first time, and difficult to park the car outside (there is no place to park temporarily till you get the free parking information) and enter the luggage as there is no entrance directly to the front door, but you need to walk for 100m which is a bit challenging

I have my super nice balcony room at top floor with the incredible views the location is super easy to get everything and the service in reception they are all very pretty helpful lady really appreciate all there good service!👍👍👍👍👍

They changed the restaurant decor and its so refreshing and calm. But the staff is as same, kind and with positive attitude. There are new items on the menu too, 'fried lasagna balls' from starters are AMAZING

The sea is nearby, 5 minutes walk, clean, calm, without waves, as in the lagoon. We really liked the apartments, we will come again!

First of all, the exceptional hospitality of the host. The cleanliness of the apartment is at an enviable level. The apartments have everything you don't need from devices for everyday needs

TV, air conditioning, double bed sofa, armchairs, table, chairs, shower room. We were afraid that the planes would disturb our sleep, but after 18 o’clock everything is quiet, the planes stop flying

The location is excellent, far enough away from Belana beach that the noise coming from the street does not disturb you, a quiet and peaceful place. Large yard for children to play

Peaceful, quiet, secluded, simply the right place to rest, especially suitable for families with small children. They will be our choice next year for sure!

Due to the COVID-19 situation we were unable to go, but the owner reached out to us at a very early stage offering a full refund in case we wanted to cancel and leaving the offer open right up to our departure date

We were unable to visit Villa Ruza this year because of Covid 19 travel restrictions. However, the owner was extremely helpful when we first booked, and very understanding when we had to cancel

Great place we were looking forward to. Unfortunately we had to cancel last minute due to Covid measures. Owner showed flexibility and offered full refund. We'll book when possible again.

There is a church bell right adjacent which rings every half hour but it’s not excessive. The staff were SO helpful and went out of their way to accommodate our additional requests

I have stayed here a few times when travelling with work. Staff are very friendly, WiFi is great. And they really helped organise things like airport transfer! Couldn’t ask for more

I like the breakfast garden. It is a quiet place and iis close to the sea. The stuff is very kind. Next time I come to Tivat I will be there again.

Normal 3 star hotel, but breakfast was terrible lived in hotel for 7 days and each day breakfast was the same... Coffee undrinkable too..

We stayed in one of their little bungalows, which was simple but nice. We arrived by car, a fun 1,5 h ride through seaside towns and over the hills from Bar

Last village before the open sea in Montenegro. We were able to get there by boat but can drive there. A lovely old fishing village that has seen many buildings renovated. There is also a luxury hotel as well as Airbnbs

The service is good, the location is beautiful. I ordered squids and received the portion of 3 squids (for about 25€) plus you have to pay additionally if you want some potato with it (about 6€)

If you eat seafood and fish regularly you will know what I'm talking about. Main courses are not too expensive, but 50 euro per bottle of Croatian or Serbian Vine is just a daylight robbery

We loved the quiet location, the sea and the beach/patio area. The sea was crystal clear and I prefer a concrete beach over sand every time

There are excellent and very affordable restaurants in the place itself. The yard is equipped for socializing and barbecue. And I personally held classes online in a very quiet atmosphere

It is equipped quite enough for a couple, but for the family there are also larger apartments and rooms. Everything is close by and you can take a walk to the Blue Horizons beach

For every recommendation, both the apartment and the host who really takes care of their guests. You will not miss anything here.

Clean bed linen, towels, apartment. The apartment could be renovated. The apartment for two was not as in the pictures from the booking.

Extra accommodation !!! Rooms large, neat, comfortable. Beach in the yard, nicely decorated, clean sea

It is not bad, but at the end of the season many of the dishes on the menu did not have them. Anyway, compared to everything in the area here, it's mostly about income.

I am especially thrilled because this is a family business and everyone works together. All recommendations for this place !!! We will come again !!!
