Hotels with beach in Tivat

We have been to lots of different hotels all over the world and this one is in the top 10. Comfortable bed, amazing view and a really good spa. The concierge team was best in providing all the information we required

The hotel is very clean and surrounded by a commercial street. You don't have to worry about food and department stores, you can buy everything, including luxury goods and perfumes. It is unexpectedly comfortable

But why are the kettle and coffee machine in a place that makes them extremely inconvenient to use! And the capsules for the Nespresso machine should be of high quality and match the standard of the hotel (not those no-name knockoffs)

Upon check-in, we were upgraded to a new room (many thanks for that, of course, but the hotel is empty, so I think they had their reasons for that). One of them is that the pool and all sauna areas are closed

It's a shame we didn't know that in advance. The room is very comfortable and spacious. The bed, pillows and blanket are 5 stars! The furniture and overall amenities in the room are of very high quality

The scenery is even better when the sun is shining. The hotel's breakfast is buffet, and you can occasionally encounter cats. Although the cats in Montenegro are basically wild, they are very friendly

The hotel bills itself as four stars, but it's not. A strong three star hotel. Clean, great location, stone beach, friendly staff. Not for families with children. Here they will be boring. For two adults samle it.

I stayed at Hotel Palma in Tivat, the most beautiful and clean hotel I have ever stayed at. The view from my room was magical. The food was amazing especially the breakfast

The private beach, the only one in Tivat, is like something out of a fairy tale – clean, beautiful, and utterly enchanting. I would like to especially commend the hotel staff

The hotel has a pretty view and nice private beach, the reception clerk was friendly and helpful. The hotel was quite expensive for its value. Breakfast selection is good, the juices were disappointing

The cleaning service was excellent and timely, with another round of service in the evening. The kids loved the breakfast and we enjoyed the beach and the chilled pool. We will come again to the Chedi for sure

Lovely staff that was extremely helpful. The food at the Spot restaurant was amazing, cooked at the perfection, the waiters were also very kind. Spa treatments are just incredible and made us feel relaxed

This is our second time staying here. I wrote about the amenities earlier. In addition, there is a games room with billiards, table tennis, darts, mini-football, Play Station 5…. This time we were lucky with the weather

Very friendly personnel, beach is near and food served in hotel restaurant is great. Only few minutes away from Porto Montenegro, Old Park (Large Park) and Tivat downtown.

I have stayed here a few times when travelling with work. Staff are very friendly, WiFi is great. And they really helped organise things like airport transfer! Couldn’t ask for more

I like the breakfast garden. It is a quiet place and iis close to the sea. The stuff is very kind. Next time I come to Tivat I will be there again.

Normal 3 star hotel, but breakfast was terrible lived in hotel for 7 days and each day breakfast was the same... Coffee undrinkable too..

Was here in the summer of 2015. The hotel is located directly by the sea, great view from the window (sea, mountains). Private beach. Delicious breakfasts. The cosy rooms. Stable Wi-Fi.

The water in the bay isn’t super clean, but that’s not the hotel’s fault! The staff was incredibly attentive from the moment we arrived until after check out (they held our bags for three hours after checking out and allowed us to continue to use the private beach

The concierge also noticed that we were waiting a long time for our taxi outside the hotel and offered to call us another taxi). The restaurant is very good: the shrimp bruschetta was my favorite

We didn’t make a reservation for dinner and it was all booked up BUT we ordered the dinner to our room and enjoyed a sunset dinner on our terrace, which was lovely

Perfect and peaceful location, away from the crowds. Very friendly and helpful staff members. Having dinner at their waterfront restaurant is very romantic

I have been here for the second time, and this is definitely a place where I am going to come back whenever I am in Tivat. Supper friendly staff, I am feeling like at home!

It's a beautiful place to have a coffee in the morning. The area on the beach is for the guests living in the hotel, as the staff told us, but we are allowed to sit there, too. The service was professional.

Location: perfect Staff: fantastic Food: excellent Lodgings: they need to make some small improvements: First room had mildew & water damage, however, they switched our room immediately and our new room was fantastic

Taxi from hotel to Kotor old town $30 euro Best restaurant for us in Tivat, come out of the hotel on the water side, turn right and walk along the water until you find Forza - ask for Milos and they are wonderful

If they have the ingredients they will make you whatever you ask for. 5 star restaurant! Flying out: airport doesn't open until 6 am and early morning it takes only 10 minutes to get to the airport

The location is excellent, far enough away from Belana beach that the noise coming from the street does not disturb you, a quiet and peaceful place. Large yard for children to play

Everything you need in one place. Very close to the beach, promenade, market and everything. Private parking so without any problems

The location of the apartment is a 2-minute walk from the beach. "Within reach" is a market, restaurants and the beach

The apartments are in an ideal place and only 15 mins walk from airport and 10 mins into Tivat town centre and Puerto montenagro. They are very clean, spotless and everything you need for your stay except an o en I

Spent the first 3 nights at the apartments then went and did a retreat in the mountains then back to the apartments with my husband who flew in to stay for a few nights to get me to unwind after a very busy week

Very good restaurant and service

It is not bad, but at the end of the season many of the dishes on the menu did not have them. Anyway, compared to everything in the area here, it's mostly about income.

Not very friendly waiter would NOT hand me a beer. No recommendation if you look younger than they actually are. No seriously, the food here is excellent and the view is not bad either. The seats were very comfortable

I was only going there for the food. We had to wait like 30mins -1 hour. The food was very tasty and good. It was understaffed and there was only 2 waiters and 2 cooks for the whole restaurant

Even tho the food was good it was overpriced. I had to pay 70 euros for a salad, spaghtetti, fish and french fries and water. The interior is nice and the view is breathtaking

Private beach, cute hotel, owner super. One star less because there is no daily tidying up of the room (or at least changing towels and taking out the garbage) than the guest has to do it himself

The staff was very friendly and helpful(not English speaking per say but Google translate worked well). Nicely located 30m from Waikiki Beach Club. Bar and restaurants on either side of the property

Supermarket only a 5 minutes walk away. Walking into town takes you past the beautiful Porto Montenegro resort with lots of cafe's and restaurants, shops etc. Not to mention all the beautiful yachts in the harbour

We stayed here for 5 nights in August 2019. Clean rooms, air con and cooking facilities. Toilet and shower facilities excellent

The location was simply perfect, walking distant from Porto Montenegro but quiet enough to relax and sleep peacefully. The private beach area was also so nice, quiet and always had sun loungers for everyone

The apartment was absolutely perfect, every little detail was thought of and the host was really exceptional! The penthouse apartment was incredibly spacious, pristinely clean, and really had everything we needed for a relaxing trip

Very thoughtful host had thought of every little detail, including coffee's and tea's, whiskey and beer in the fridge, toothbrush packs and toothpaste for the bathrooms really everything had been thought of

Free parking in front of the property too was a very big plus. There is nothing I could say wasn't perfect staying here. The best place to stay in Tivat - I would recommend this apartment to everyone!!!

The terrace had the most beautiful views both in the morning and sunset and 365 degree views of the beautiful mountains and sea, it really was picture perfect
