This is a lovely place and need the attention of people's. It is on a very nice location and everything is premium. The reason for 4 stars is the average feeling of the ambient, especially the staff. They was also nice and professional dressed but lake of positive vibe. I think this kind of Hotel/restaurant should have a bit more positive vibe. Otherwise it is a good place to spend some good time.

Very friendly hosts, we felt at home from the first day. The apartment met all our expectations, big enough and comfortable for a family with two children. The location is excellent, far enough away from Belana beach that the noise coming from the street does not disturb you, a quiet and peaceful place. Large yard for children to play. It is a charming place, beautifully located. James was very helpful, giving us plenty of advice whenever we needed and helping to organise things. The house is perfect, especially if you enjoy cooking during your holidays and nice walks near the sea. Lovely experience!

Such a beautiful little haven. We had to work temporarily for this week abs the house was well equipped. It also had aircon which was a treat during the hot evenings. There is a church bell right adjacent which rings every half hour but it’s not excessive. The staff were SO helpful and went out of their way to accommodate our additional requests.

We had booked Villa Ruza for 4 weeks in July 2020. Due to the COVID-19 situation we were unable to go, but the owner reached out to us at a very early stage offering a full refund in case we wanted to cancel and leaving the offer open right up to our departure date. We were unable to visit Villa Ruza this year because of Covid 19 travel restrictions. However, the owner was extremely helpful when we first booked, and very understanding when we had to cancel. We’re looking forward to booking again, and staying when restrictions are lifted.
