We had wonderfull time at Astoria Tivat. The location, the breakfast , the room was amazing. The staff was so kind, helpfull and friendly . I would like thank espacially to Nina at the reception and others ladys the names i couldnt remember. The restaurant meals was sooo delicous and the waiters was so kind. Had to cancel our Stay. Very understanding and good service. Was reimbursed for the full Stay without questions and issues.

Rooms: we had issues with the door every day, the same was with our neighbors. Towel dryer didn't work, next day it was switched on and it was so hot in the bathroom as in sauna. Gym and saina is a joke. Everything packed in one tiny room, weight don't work, only 50kg for bench press, the bench is tilted to a side. On the bright side beds are comfortable, room maids keep everything clean. Breakfast...

This is one of the best deals on the bay. Very convenient location for traveling by car. The entire infrastructure is 5-15 minutes away. The apartment itself is in very good condition. The views are simply gorgeous! It is possible to swim at the private pier. They offered to take a kayak for skiing for free, which I did almost every second day. I recommend the place !!!

Excellent Villa with new apartments. The kitchen is equipped with good appliances, there is a microwave oven, Tefal kitchen utensils, a new set of tableware. Everything you need in one place. Very close to the beach, promenade, market and everything. Private parking so without any problems. Kudos to the hosts for their kindness and gratitude, they provided everything you need for a vacation :-)

Charming place and friendly hostess. The apartments are equipped with everything you need, including dishes and everything that we all have at home. Very friendly hosts, we felt at home from the first day. The apartment met all our expectations, big enough and comfortable for a family with two children. The location is excellent, far enough away from Belana beach that the noise coming from the street does not disturb you, a quiet and peaceful place. Large yard for children to play. It is a charming place, beautifully located. James was very helpful, giving us plenty of advice whenever we needed and helping to organise things. The house is perfect, especially if you enjoy cooking during your holidays and nice walks near the sea. Lovely experience!

Such a beautiful little haven. We had to work temporarily for this week abs the house was well equipped. It also had aircon which was a treat during the hot evenings. There is a church bell right adjacent which rings every half hour but it’s not excessive. The staff were SO helpful and went out of their way to accommodate our additional requests.

Great place we were looking forward to. Unfortunately we had to cancel last minute due to Covid measures. Owner showed flexibility and offered full refund. We'll book when possible again.

We had booked Villa Ruza for 4 weeks in July 2020. Due to the COVID-19 situation we were unable to go, but the owner reached out to us at a very early stage offering a full refund in case we wanted to cancel and leaving the offer open right up to our departure date. We were unable to visit Villa Ruza this year because of Covid 19 travel restrictions. However, the owner was extremely helpful when we first booked, and very understanding when we had to cancel. We’re looking forward to booking again, and staying when restrictions are lifted.
