Wonderful place, setting, welcome. Everything is smart and beautiful. All amenities and 10 meters, literally, from the sea. The view at night is amazing. Thanks to the owners 🙏🙏🙏 I recommend.

The terrace overlooks the sea and it is special that the planes taking off in the morning and afternoon can be observed up close. The noise is not disturbing, nothing can be heard with the doors closed

A comfortable apartment house is located in Tivat, a few minutes' walk from the beach. Tivat airport is also just a few minutes' walk away

The apartment is air-conditioned and ideal for a few days' stay. There is cooking facilities, a fridge and a kettle. I missed the microwave a little

The supermarket is about a 5-minute walk away and there is a large bakery even closer. You can park your car in front of the house

Getting up and down is not easy, but it is important to know that there is no traffic on the street

Place is fabulous with private beach. The place great for family. The villa has tow flats but there are no connection between

- washing machines on 2 floors - coffee machines on 2 floors - dishwashers on 2 floors - Huge sliding windows and a very beautiful view from the window - Wi-Fi and 2 large TVs with Netflix - Own pier, sun loungers, very spacious terrace with a large table and chairs - there is a gas grill, you can fry shrimps, steaks, etc

- closed parking for 2 cars During the 7 days of stay, a cleaning lady came once, completely cleaned the 2 floors and replaced the bed linen and towels. The owner Stoyan is always happy to help with any question

A place where you want to come back again and again! Very spacious and clean villa. Very well equipped and furnished. There is almost EVERYTHING! Every little thing is thought out

Very kind and helpful personnel, chill bar with a free pool table and in walking distance from the center of the city. We had a great stay.

Next to the beach and at the mountain with nice archeological sites around. The rooms are big and also with sea view. Amazing Terrace where you can have a good meal enjoying the view for the ocean

Amazing place!!! Masha and Ivan are very nice hosts. We feel ourself on our own house. They have a living room with music instruments, bar and sea view

It has a good view of the coast from the room top. Budget friendly rooms. The staff is very informative and friendly. Met some nice people there. Most of the spots are walking distance from the hostel.

Other guests not very respectful nor polite but it's something that could happen in every hostel. Restroom not super clean and rooms' walls very thin

On the other hand the Staff was super nice and welcoming and also for the price you pay you'll have everything you need!!!

Now there is a reconstruction, after which everything will become better and more convenient. Very honest and hospitable host.

Without frills, even I would say quite simply, but clean, comfortable and good!
