We had to work temporarily for this week abs the house was well equipped. It also had aircon which was a treat during the hot evenings

The house is perfect, especially if you enjoy cooking during your holidays and nice walks near the sea

Due to the COVID-19 situation we were unable to go, but the owner reached out to us at a very early stage offering a full refund in case we wanted to cancel and leaving the offer open right up to our departure date

We were unable to visit Villa Ruza this year because of Covid 19 travel restrictions. However, the owner was extremely helpful when we first booked, and very understanding when we had to cancel

Great place we were looking forward to. Unfortunately we had to cancel last minute due to Covid measures. Owner showed flexibility and offered full refund. We'll book when possible again.

There is a church bell right adjacent which rings every half hour but it’s not excessive. The staff were SO helpful and went out of their way to accommodate our additional requests

Host was really nice, she even let us leave our stuff in the room ehile we waited for the bus, even though the check-out time is 10AM.

Great place to stay, the host is very friendly and it's right across the street from the beach

My only problem is the wifi which isn't the fastest, it's sufficient for webbrowsing but videostreams might occasionally need to load

My room had air-conditioning, a minibar sized refrigerator and we also had access to a kitchen with pretty much everything we needed

Would recommend for everyone who's looking for a relaxing vacation without the typical hotel experience

Perfect place for perceft vacation!

Not the cheapest for drink as they serve only 330ml beer at 3. We had pizzas which were lovely. The sea was clear and turquoise- beautiful. This is a man made beach area with pea gravel leading into the sea

I spent most days of my holiday in Tivat at Waikiki beach club because it’s a perfect spot. Very comfy beds, the staff a extremely attentive and friendly, food and drink yum, and reasonably priced

We were recommended this resort. The location was good and they accommodated 6 of us. We paid 40€ per couple for the beds

Myself & my husband visited on 30th June 2024. We were greeted by a very nice front of house young lady who took us to our beds which we hadn’t reserved. Got in at 10am and already quite busy

We came to Kotor based on our friends' recommendation. We paid €45 for 2 sunbeds and 1 umbrella for 3 people. The sea is beautiful, but the beach is filled with small pebbles

Beds were priced at £35 euros for 2 with umbrella. Very comfortable with thick mattress, pillow & and towel. Drinks very reasonably priced. Very clean and prompt service throughout the day

Cozy place ran by a lovely Russian lady who doesn't speak a single word English. She gave her best though to help us out with all our needs. Room was quite nice, balcony with a view at the Tivat fjord
