Hotel advertises as 4 star hotel, but it is not. We stayed for 4 nights with 3 children. We booked it 6 months before vacation and the main criteria was pool. When we arrived, the pool was closed for 2 days, after that it was filled with green opaque water that you didn't want to go in. Surrounded wooden deck has holes in it. Rooms weren't cleaned once, you have to ask for toilet paper, there was only 1 small garbage bin for 2 room suite, that nobody emptied. Breakfast was ok, but not as you see on pictures provided by hotel. Tables in the so called "restaurant" were uncleaned. In our room one bed was unusable because it was broken. Although staff was friendly it doesn't mean the hotel have to advertise it as 4* hotel that it isn't. Location is away from main road and mostly quiet, but if you want to walk to the beach take at least 30 min.

Terrible experience - Avoid this hotel!
I recently had a very unpleasant experience with this hotel. Despite the fact that I didn’t show up for my reservation, they charged my card through Booking.com without my consent. When I called to clarify the situation, the person in charge of reservations was extremely rude and unprofessional. I’ve never encountered such bad customer service. This hotel is clearly only interested in taking your money, with no regard for customer satisfaction. I strongly recommend avoiding this place at all costs

Hostel sent booking dot com a fake invoice with a fake signature, which I never made - nor the website nor the hotel want to reimburse us. They then proceeded to Block us on WhatsApp !
Edit : the hotel is now accusing me of lying. I will take this with my Bank to reverse the purchase, since they have no proof.

I recently stayed at this fantastic hotel in Ulcinj and was thoroughly impressed. The location offers stunning Adriatic Sea views and easy beach access. The modern, clean facilities, combined with the friendly and attentive staff, made for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Our spacious, well-equipped room was a delight, and the on-site restaurant served delicious meals with a great breakfast buffet. The spa and wellness center provided a perfect place to relax. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Ulcinj! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My three-night stay was a major disappointment. The hotel falsely advertised itself as a beach hotel, but it's actually a 30-minute drive away. My old room was in the outdated building; the only saving grace was the air conditioning. The bathroom was filthy, and they seemed to use the cheapest shampoo imaginable. Breakfast was nothing like the photos online, and the staff (some oldtimer) ate food with their bare hands right in front of the guests. The dirty, neglected pool was unusable. The only positive was the extra hour granted by the owner's brother before checkout, which was quickly ruined by the owner's angry outburst. Beware of the fake five-star reviews on Google from one-time users.

Haha, Hotel with 5 stars here, 4 stars in the Booking. 🤣The place looked completely different than from the Booking photos. The room was dirty, and the shower curtain was even brown-yellow due to dirt. The breakfast was nothing like the pictures. An old man who seemed to help with everything was eating food, even scrambled eggs with his bare hands. This was disgusting, too, seeing that. I do not recommend this place. People shouldn't be misled into renting this room. It's terrible seeing what's people are doing to have your money.

We arrived about 10pm for one night sleep exhausted after 12 hour driving with two little children ready to sleep.(I had informed the hotel about the time of our arrival). We entered the room 116 which was too hot because no one may ever have thought to switch on the air conditioner. We said ok...The A/C worked about an hour in full cold but it did nothing. Outside was much cooler than inside!!!The device wasn't properly working at all. I told the owner about the problem, he tried to fix it somehow, (nothing happened),so I asked for another room but the only available was a small room for two. The owner said he was sorry and accepted a free cancellation.(The time was 23.30).
I understand that this incident maybe was a bad luck...I think it wasn't!!My experience was awful. It was a really stressful procedure with two little kids amid midnight to find somewhere to sleep in Ulsinj.
On the other hand the room was spacious and looked clean.
The location is good, far away from the noisy old town of Ulsinj.

Very clean large room very friendly Even though I arrived very late after the checking time the owner was very welcoming and even served as coffee and asked if we need any help with luggage from our car, thank you very much for your service. Hope to see you again. 5 star

The hotel is ideal. As a family, we are very pleased. Best breakfast We've ever had. We recommend it to everyone. The pool is very clean. The rooms are large and clean. Thank you for everything.

They are advertising free cancelation and then charge your credit card 2 months before the trip- which was canceled. When you try to reach them, they block you on all their social media platforms, Whatsapp and Viber. They will be reported to regulatory bodies in Montenegro.
