Good location nice place very good

The lobby is grand and upscale, the guy at the front desk is also very qualified, the elevator speed is also very good, the room is also very hygienic, the room is not big, and the bathroom is not small

Location is good, but the Wifi was terribly slow. Morning buffet was also not very good in some days. The rooms sometime lack key infrastructure. The interior design is weird.

Compared with other hotels in Ulaanbaatar, the price-performance ratio is good and the rooms are neat and tidy

down at the lobby the receptionist pointed to the Coffart coffee-shop where I could buy a nice refreshment before I received a informative advice how the get my first experience of Ulaanbaatar

It’s not bad. The room is very clean. Ake doesn’t have to rush. The ending of Loli Loli is too rubbish. LJL went to find me. Oh, oh, oh, 5,000 vomited and chatted with buckle pictures and nuts.

You can ride a bus to Chinggis Khaan international airport even if you don’t stay at the hotel. (But I recommend to contact with hotel staff in advance.) Service is so good.

Nice clean hotel, feels new. Price is good for this area. Rooms are slightly bigger than in Japan.

The only downside is that in our room (618) the wifi signal was really bad and it was almost impossible connect (and when it did it disconnected in less than a minute)

It's Japanese business hotel, the style of decorating, bathroom is same but the room is bigger than the hotel in Japan, that is good. No restaurant here, only breakfast in lobby and no Japanese food

The location is excellent, right near sukhbaatar square, and the hotel offers convenient amenities like on-site laundry. My room was comfortable with reliable hot water, which I appreciated

Very good location! Friendly staff! Breakfast on, simple but acceptable! Room is comfortable n have everything! Especially u stay in a GER, when u have full water to shower , is a blessing! Haha

The room was clean and well-maintained, but the curtains didn't let in much light. One of the large windows only had a half-curtain, so we had to pull it up to block out some light, which affected our sleep

Also, a deposit was required upon check-in, but there was no receipt. When returning the key, the staff seemed to have forgotten to return the deposit, but fortunately I remembered before leaving

The hotel is very close to the central square of Mongolia, making it very convenient for sightseeing. There are family rooms for three, perfect for families

The room rate includes a buffet breakfast, which isn't very extensive, but tasted decent

The room has everything you need, such as hangers, place to store your belongings, a fridge and complementary water and tea. We used their laundry service and our clothes were clean and soft

The hotel is part of the Best Western franchise. It's located in a quiet neighborhood a bit away from things. The room is clean, and the restaurant has plenty of options. For a budget hotel, it checks a lot of boxes

Love this place! It's half the cost of the downtown Best Western but the service and quality are comparable. The location is a bit out of the main downtown area and there are fewer amenities locally

The girl at the front desk was super helpful, spoke excellent English and helped us order pizza to be delivered. My aircon didn't work and the showerhead was missing but the breakfast was decent

The location was very convenient for the train and international bus stations, though it was a bit of a trek to get to town (or to Seoul St). The rooms we had (one of them a suite) were clean and very comfortable

They even let me use there hose to wash off my filthy van that was still covered in Gobie desert dust and dried mud. The only tiny draw back is that the water takes a minute or two before it gets hot

Brilliant hotel with superbly helpful staff who allowed early check-in, and looked after our bags when we went on a ger stay. A lavish breakfast was provided to set you up for the day

Very good location nearby the parliament and the center of the city. Good price, quality is decent (far from best). I recommend top floor to avoid any drunk people from the down floors lol
