However, I was a bit disappointed that the hotel had a separate breakfast area exclusively for Korean guests, and others weren't allowed in. I would have really liked to try it

During my stay, I experienced a serious issue that was handled in a highly unprofessional manner, which significantly affected my trust in the hotel. I had placed a sentimental hoodie in the wardrobe of my room

The room was clean, and the service was excellent. The front desk staff could communicate in English and were very patient and helpful with any questions or issues I had.

The room isn't very big and the decor is a bit old-fashioned. My biggest complaint is the hairdryer; it's an old model with very weak airflow, making it quite difficult to use

However, upon returning that evening, the hoodie was missing. At the same time, one of the two hotel bathrobes originally in the wardrobe was also gone. I immediately reported this to the reception

No doubt that the Ramada UB City Center is one of the best hotels in the city

Hansang Restaurant and Cafe Restime are also a part of the hotel building, and both were great! The rooms are super comfortable (the one I had featured an amazing panoramic view of UB city - breathtaking), and the shower is huge!! Finally, the staff were super helpful in assisting me with organising airport transfers and car rental for the day, where I got to see the beautiful Terelj National Park

I stayed here near Christmas, and it was a pleasant experience. We booked through their website because they had a special online reducing the price of the rooms. Our room was comfortable and looked reasonably clean

Not over the top but clean with lots of amenities. The AC didn’t work super well in our room but we survived. The restaurant food is quite good and the rooftop level bar was a lot of fun

The hotel provided a number of amenities that are more standard in western countries than in Mongolia, like shampoo, soap, house slippers, shower caps, etc

The hotel is quite comfortable, harmoniously decorated. The food at the restaurant on the 5th floor is quite suitable for me, and has a reasonable price

And the rest of the stuff (including the Russian-speaking manager/owner?, who let me take the towel and the flip-flops) were really good to me as well

The only downside I can think of is some not very pleasant nightclub/karaoke in the same building's basement(?), but the overall location is great

The location is superb and very convenient. The surroundings are well-kept, and getting around is quick and easy.

Amazing value for money and a good location. Short walk to the center and the mayor business and office buildings in Ulan Bataar. And believe me, walking is the by far fastest and convenient way to get around in UB

Zolo Hotel was like an oasis after spending 5 nights in the Gobi Desert. The bed is immaculate, the room is spotless

The room smelled clean and fresh-- I do not understabd why some people claim that it smells like cigarettes

However, during my entire stay, no one came to clean the room, and the towels were never replaced, which was disappointing. Breakfast was very basic — only eggs, sausages, bread, and tea, with no other options

I stayed at the ibis because I was looking for an international hotel. The area the hotel is in is still significantly under development. So there didn’t appear to be a lot of options for going outside and eating

Stayed here for a short overnight layover. Checked in around 10pm, out by 6am, so I did not get to try breakfast. Room was modern, clean, and surprisingly spacious. Bed was very comfortable and I slept well

Great location close to the airport. Breakfast was excellent with a good variety of options. All the staff were extremely friendly, especially Emujim at reception, who was exceptionally kind and helpful

Airport transfer by taxi took about 45 minutes on arrival due to traffic, and about 30 minutes early morning when leaving. Would stay again, hopefully with time to try breakfast next time

Hotel staff was helpful and eventually was able to locate a taxi to the airport. I booked the hotel while at the airport and although the reservation was sent to the hotel, record of my payment was not

I was required to pay for my room on arrival which was about 40% higher than listed rate. Hotel has promised to credit my card for the higher amount. Would I stay at this property again? YES!

Automatic Remote controlled toilet would be best thing in the Bathrooms. They just serve you a plate with some meat on it. 1/2 type of bread, salad, milk, coffee and juice

The service was super, Ms Nara was extremely helpful, when my husband noticed only 2 bottles of water, Ms Nara immediately came back with 4 bottles plus a welcoming drink coupon

I lost my important belongings, but the staff tried to find them together. He called the taxi driver to find them instead of me because I had only my countries' phone number

On the last day, I tried to give him a tip, but he didn't take it because he knew there are no customes of tipping in my country. I was very moved by his all behavior

If you stay at hotel, you can get sale 50 percent to get Soyol wellness center, and 100 percent sale from fitness center while you are staying there :)

This place is amazing! To me, it's a great spot to go alone, enjoying finnish, salt and hammam sauna, some food and some beers.They don't offer private sauna rooms for private parties, but Worth doing!

If you visit there , you can enjoy Fin sauna, Steam sauna, hot and cold water, pool with auto massage , thai and mongolian massage, european and asian good meal, himalayn salt relaxing room, and there is also 4 star hotel rooms, and fitness club

Good service, beautiful interior and exterior designs and decorations, very relaxing and overall just beautiful. Can get a bit pricy but it's totally worth it.

Attended wedding there, service was okay, the waiter forgot to serve some of the ppl in my table. But they were flexible enough to cook vegan food for me which was okay.

It's a bit far from the city center, including museums, the central square, and other amenities, but the main street is constantly jammed with traffic, so it's not clear whether a taxi or bus would be faster, so we walked about 40 minutes

The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and cleaning, towel changes, and shampoo in the bathroom were provided daily. The internet was fast, and the staff was friendly, including one who spoke Russian

Hi all today is 13 th Thursday at noon for me and the girls at work so if you could come over that day and we can go over and look around for a couple hours or something like a little more to get the all day long I think it might help us get some sleep in the morning if that’s possible and then you guys can just come up here for dinner or whatever we have plans for tomorrow night or something like...

The hotel is part of the Best Western franchise. It's located in a quiet neighborhood a bit away from things. The room is clean, and the restaurant has plenty of options. For a budget hotel, it checks a lot of boxes

The location was very convenient for the train and international bus stations, though it was a bit of a trek to get to town (or to Seoul St). The rooms we had (one of them a suite) were clean and very comfortable

They even let me use there hose to wash off my filthy van that was still covered in Gobie desert dust and dried mud. The only tiny draw back is that the water takes a minute or two before it gets hot

Brilliant hotel with superbly helpful staff who allowed early check-in, and looked after our bags when we went on a ger stay. A lavish breakfast was provided to set you up for the day

Went well out of there way to accommodate our every need. the deluxe room we stayed in was clean and very spacious

Tidy as long as you aren't too fussy. Shower was a 50/50 if it was hot or not. Bar underneath is good but quiet.

Don't expect much in the way of service, but one of the best outdoor decks in UB. That does make it worthwhile. Awesome for a sunset beer.

Value for money, easily accessible, clean rooms and common areas. Booked this place months earlier hence I was able to secure a very good price for my nights stay with a double bed all for me.

You can ride a bus to Chinggis Khaan international airport even if you don’t stay at the hotel. (But I recommend to contact with hotel staff in advance.) Service is so good.

The location is excellent, right near sukhbaatar square, and the hotel offers convenient amenities like on-site laundry. My room was comfortable with reliable hot water, which I appreciated

However, during my five-night stay the room was never cleaned (it was supposed to be done on the fourth day). They did bring fresh towels, but I wasn’t allowed an extra pillow when I asked

The only downside is that in our room (618) the wifi signal was really bad and it was almost impossible connect (and when it did it disconnected in less than a minute)

Location is about 20 minutes from Chinggis Khaan Square, so not too far from the city center

The AC worked but blew directly onto the bed, and one mattress had a dip, which might be uncomfortable for some. Breakfast was disappointing – by 8am bread, milk and cereal bowls were already gone and not refilled

Overall decent value if you mainly need a place to sleep. Our room was small and faced the street – traffic in Ulaanbaatar is extremely noisy (constant honking), so earplugs were a must

Don’t expect European breakfast standards. On the plus side, the hotel is quite detail-oriented, and we saw that rooms facing the back are much larger and quieter

Tip: book a room facing away from the street and plan to have breakfast in town – then the hotel is a perfectly fine and affordable choice

Based on our short time there, I would have to say that the hotel was nice and clean (the shower/bathroom setup was a godsend), and a decent breakfast downstairs (Korean) before we left the hotel

We only stayed for a couple of hours in this hotel, as we had just gotten in from Russia on train, and we were due to leave the city for the Gobi Desert later that morning
