I pre-booked hotel car for airport and drop off by email and confirmed the departure time with the hotel receptionist again when I arrived at the hotel. However they still missed my booking

It’s in a good location and overall it meets my expectations of what a 5 star hotel should be. Room is big enough and has a good view. Finally, loads of options for breakfast

Bottled water is thoughtfully and generously provided. The attached mall comes with all the mid/high end global brand stores, foodcourt, range of F&B options as well as a well stocked supermarket at the basement

Location-wise, the hotel is walking distance from a quaint temple complex as well as tourist spots like Gobi Cashmere, the Civic Square and shops, convenience stores and such

Centrally-located just next to Sukhbaatar Square, with ample food and dining choices as well as 24hr convenience stores within 5 to 10 mins walk, the Best Western Premier Tuushin Hotel is super clean, well-maintained, and hands down the best place to stay whether you're visiting UB for business or leisure with family

Perfect location with two minute walking distance of the main square. Close to other interesting places also. Clean and well maintained hotel. I think this is the best place to stay in Ulaan Bataar

Hotel is very strategically located near Sukhbaatar Square and it is walking distance to the museums and there are lots of restaurants near the hotel. The hotel reception staff speaks good English and are very helpful

Good place to stay. Service is good though people at the restaurant could be more proactive. We wait for 1 hour before realizing the kitchen forgot our order. Front desk guy was really nice and helpful.

The location is excellent right at the center of the city. The room is good although rather old and some signs of down grade. Service is so so, but their English not really good

It has to be the best hotel in the city. It looks new and most things work. It has a great restaurant.

One sticking point for me was that we’d made the reservation for two people, which stated that breakfast was included, though we were only given one breakfast voucher and were told that a second voucher would cost ₮50,000

It feels misleading to advertise it that way - when I make a reservation for two people and read that breakfast is included, I reasonably expect that is included for both people in the reservation

Nice hotel with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Upon checking in, there was a gentleman who helped us bring our baggage to our room, which is always appreciated

The room came stocked with all the necessary toiletries and a large fridge

The hotel has a spa and indoor swimming pool and the views from the rooms are amazing. The hotel is surrounded by plenty of restaurants, cafes and bars within 10 min or less walking distance

I had previously stayed at the ibis and decided to change to a hotel that was more downtown. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again

To be fair no concierge! Even they will tell you that Im not going to talk to you. Lol! Expect some 3 star services and amenities while you paying for 5 star

The room I stayed in was very comfortable, the bedding was very clean and tidy, and the sound insulation effect of the room was very good

The check-in process was slow, and the staff seemed uninterested in assisting guests. The room was nothing like the pictures online—outdated furniture, a musty smell, and a dirty bathroom with stains on the walls

The rooms were extremely clean and spacious, and felt very modern and comfortable. We would stay there again in a heart beat, given it's a good mix of quality v price

Stayed here for a few nights at the end of May. We were previously in the Ibis, but moved due to the location. Traffic is so bad in the centre, that anywhere that's centrally located is a must for tourism

You're literally 5-10 mins walk from the main square and Shangrila complex. Didn't use the hotel restaurants or breakfasts etc as we prefer to go local when we're away

Am dropping a star for the service in Biere house (first floor). Service there is really poor and unfortunately a let down from the professionalism shown in the hotel

The location of the hotel is by walking distance to attraction such as Chinggis Khan museum,Sukhbaatar square, Government Palace. Bathroom’s rainshower and headshower are excellent with strong water pressure

I recently stayed at this hotel and was really amazed by its cleanliness! From the lobby to the room, every corner was spotlessly clean. The bed was tidy and the supplies were brand new, which made me feel very relieved

The front desk also gave me breakfast, which is nice. The room is clean and bright, the gym has everything, and there is coffee bene downstairs. Helped me book a taxi, which is very thoughtful

This is my third time in Ulaanbaatar. I used to stay near the square, but this is my first time here. The hotel is great, the service is satisfactory, and it is super warm

The bathroom was even brighter and there was no odor. Staying in such an environment made me feel better! I highly recommend it to friends who pay attention to hygiene~

There are Korean restaurants, Chinese restaurants, Indian restaurants, local restaurants, and convenience stores everywhere to satisfy all kinds of stomachs

Not over the top but clean with lots of amenities. The AC didn’t work super well in our room but we survived. The restaurant food is quite good and the rooftop level bar was a lot of fun

No doubt that the Ramada UB City Center is one of the best hotels in the city

Hansang Restaurant and Cafe Restime are also a part of the hotel building, and both were great! The rooms are super comfortable (the one I had featured an amazing panoramic view of UB city - breathtaking), and the shower is huge!! Finally, the staff were super helpful in assisting me with organising airport transfers and car rental for the day, where I got to see the beautiful Terelj National Park

I stayed here near Christmas, and it was a pleasant experience. We booked through their website because they had a special online reducing the price of the rooms. Our room was comfortable and looked reasonably clean

It was a bit warmer than I'm used to, and I couldn't figure out the climate controls for the room. And with the pollution in Ulaanbaatar, I found it difficult to open the window for long

The hotel provided a number of amenities that are more standard in western countries than in Mongolia, like shampoo, soap, house slippers, shower caps, etc

Good hotel but under some maintenance work at the moment the work might finish on 1st oct 22. The rooms are good size clean and well maintained. Staff at reception speaks good English and they upgraded by room to a suite

It is a bit old, but it is dignified and well maintained. Classic beds and furniture give you the comfort of home. In particular, the kindness and warmth of the staff has never been felt in other hotels

Especially the manager Ganzorig is an angel who takes care of my difficulties. It is a sample of the hospitality spirit of the hotel. He makes this hotel more special. This hotel is home away from home

It's not an exaggerated kindness. I felt protected and comfortable, just like in my own home. The front desk staff accepted my request with a warm and sincere heart

Staff is great. Breakfast top notch. Wifi great. Room was too warm near 30c 85F unless you open window and door for a draft.

Automatic Remote controlled toilet would be best thing in the Bathrooms. They just serve you a plate with some meat on it. 1/2 type of bread, salad, milk, coffee and juice

Staff tries hard to help out and they are really nice. Water cut three times within one month stay, electricity two times. Breakfast is a scam for 15$ they charge, avoid by all means.

Just stayed in the NewWest hotel 2 days. Reception said that they upgraded the room facilities and the service were perfect. I love the hotel service, specially reception

This Ibis is much better than the ones I stayed in China and Korea. The waiter speaks good English and there is no communication barrier. The only problem is that the breakfast is room service

The variety is not rich enough, but the taste is good. There is a pedestrian street next to it, where you can eat and drink

Therefore, I went to the hotel restaurant, which was quite nice. Food was good price was reasonable

I am very grateful that they responded with a smile to my poor language skills. The view of the city from the room was also great. I would like to stay here again if I have the opportunity to go to Ulaanbaatar again

I stayed at the ibis because I was looking for an international hotel. The area the hotel is in is still significantly under development. So there didn’t appear to be a lot of options for going outside and eating

During my stay, there was an unexpected accident with the room I had originally planned to stay in, but the front desk staff handled the situation and even upgraded me to a different room

Rooms are affordable and cheap if you compare other nearby options. The rooms has all facilities which someone needs. Most of the option is self service like breakfast and laundry

If you are on budget this is really best available. There are nearby supermarket and restaurants so this location is very good

You can ride a bus to Chinggis Khaan international airport even if you don’t stay at the hotel. (But I recommend to contact with hotel staff in advance.) Service is so good.

That pillows are too small. The breakfast is modest enough. The are some sewage sounds in the rooms. The checkout time 10 am is out of the acceptable things.

Great getaway from the city, there is a peacock in the dining hall. Lots of kids great for some fresh air. no track for a stroller though

The hotel's super close to the city center, so that's a big plus. Rooms are huge, cozy, and totally clean. The staff is nice too. You get what you pay for, and in this case, it's a good deal.

It's a little bit old fashioned but I absolutely love that. It's like travelling back in time to the soviet era. The rooms are also absolutely huge. Location is good too.

Good water pressure and hot water. Kettle was provided but no tea/coffee sachets. Easy to go to the corner store and get supplies. Receptionist spoke English and was friendly and helpful

How do you know if Korean restaurant is good? Easy, when you see 90% Koreans inside the restaurant eating. I came here after my friend told me that they had “naengmyeon” Korean cold noodle

Unfortunately, they were out🥲🥲🥲 instead they had bibimguksu (spicy dry version). Taste was good and the waiters talk korean (if you are korean then it would be easy for you)

Dishes are delicious and the soju is flowing. The dinning space reminds me of a small local Korean eatery in Seoul

Breakfast is OK. And korean restaurant inside the hotel is,yummy. But has noise from night club outside is loud. Recommend to avoid the room at the end of hallway to avoid those noise.
