Best Hotels in Ulan Bator

Currently the best hotel in UB. Excellent service, well appointed rooms, excellent facilities. The Chinese restaurant is good & so is the cafe.

The service of the people throughout the hotel was good until we ordered room service. They were out of two desserts we tried to order. We then settled for brownies with our dinner, but we never got them

The best mall in Mongolia. A good place for entertainment, shopping and dining. The hotel is right. Close to the Lunapark and the central square.

excellent: Cleaning, Lobby, Service, Front Desk, not excellent: breakfast, a lot of quantity poor of quality. Service slow and tables not perfect! bad: A/C system worthy of a trucker's Route 66 motel

Bottled water is thoughtfully and generously provided. The attached mall comes with all the mid/high end global brand stores, foodcourt, range of F&B options as well as a well stocked supermarket at the basement

Location-wise, the hotel is walking distance from a quaint temple complex as well as tourist spots like Gobi Cashmere, the Civic Square and shops, convenience stores and such

Very good property with ample of parking space. Four star hotel having four restaurants. You will find big and cozy rooms at very reasonable rate. Rooms are neat and clean and service is upto the mark

The Flower Hotel has good location, spacious room, and great WiFi! My room didn't have cold AC but has heat. So I just turned on the fan.

Instead, you can go to a Japanese restaurant across the street and enjoy good food with consequent enjoyment of karaoke bar its basement could be the nice experience

Near-by department store within a few minutes on foot is also good. Thus this hotel’s location is good for shopping and eating out as well as cozy karaoke bar

Updates: it is noisy! The room insulation is not good, and the air conditioner in the room is outdated. You can not change the temperature and turn of it

If you stay on a high floor, you can enjoy the city view of Ulaanbataar. To be frank, it is better than Best Western, considering its accommodation fee.

Centrally located Hotel in Ulanbator. Service is good but in-room dining food options are limited. Room prices are on higher side

Sid not stay here but went to the cafe on the 23rd flr. Very normal feel to it and nothing special. It was a winter's day and at 5pm visibility was not there. As expected prices were high but we came for the experience

The room and bathrooms are clean and comfortable. Nice view of the city. The only negative was other guests making noise in the corridor in the middle of the night.

The location is excellent right at the center of the city. The room is good although rather old and some signs of down grade. Service is so so, but their English not really good

Breakfast is rather poor with very few options. The elevator is not secured all. Only one cabin needs a key card to operate while others don't need it

Centrally-located just next to Sukhbaatar Square, with ample food and dining choices as well as 24hr convenience stores within 5 to 10 mins walk, the Best Western Premier Tuushin Hotel is super clean, well-maintained, and hands down the best place to stay whether you're visiting UB for business or leisure with family

The room was well-equipped with strong wifi, fully stocked minibar and espresso machine, water pressure and hot water in the shower were both excellent

It has to be the best hotel in the city. It looks new and most things work. It has a great restaurant.

One sticking point for me was that we’d made the reservation for two people, which stated that breakfast was included, though we were only given one breakfast voucher and were told that a second voucher would cost ₮50,000

It feels misleading to advertise it that way - when I make a reservation for two people and read that breakfast is included, I reasonably expect that is included for both people in the reservation

Nice hotel with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Upon checking in, there was a gentleman who helped us bring our baggage to our room, which is always appreciated

Clean, modern design rooms, comfy beds and amenities. Excellent views of UB and mountains from higher floors. Friendly and efficient staff helped with every need I had. Wonderful stay, and I would certainly stay again

Robby cafe have a good service and comfy seat I loved espresso with a fresh milk . I will def visit and stay here when I come again in Mongolia. good location and bunch of restaurant around :)

The rooms were extremely clean and spacious, and felt very modern and comfortable. We would stay there again in a heart beat, given it's a good mix of quality v price

Stayed here for a few nights at the end of May. We were previously in the Ibis, but moved due to the location. Traffic is so bad in the centre, that anywhere that's centrally located is a must for tourism

You're literally 5-10 mins walk from the main square and Shangrila complex. Didn't use the hotel restaurants or breakfasts etc as we prefer to go local when we're away

Am dropping a star for the service in Biere house (first floor). Service there is really poor and unfortunately a let down from the professionalism shown in the hotel

A very nice and clean hotel in the city centre. Very engaged and friendly staff. Rooms are clean and modern. Breakfast is good, but no buffet.

Very near to the national museum and buddist Temples so we had the opportunity to see have that experience with local people despite our very limited spare time. Not exaxtly in the center but very close

Nice restoran, but sometimes forget about clients. Guy on the reception desk said, that Holidayinn doesn't have a transfer to the airport. Slightly noisy because of the road below the windows

And it takes the same time walking that 1. 5 km and going by car due to the heavy traffic in the region. Rooms are wide enough and comfortable. Totally satisfying for business trips

Fantastic stay! Staff at check in was extremely kind, rooms were spacious, modern and featured all the amenities you would expect, including a mini bar!

Not over the top but clean with lots of amenities. The AC didn’t work super well in our room but we survived. The restaurant food is quite good and the rooftop level bar was a lot of fun

No doubt that the Ramada UB City Center is one of the best hotels in the city

Hansang Restaurant and Cafe Restime are also a part of the hotel building, and both were great! The rooms are super comfortable (the one I had featured an amazing panoramic view of UB city - breathtaking), and the shower is huge!! Finally, the staff were super helpful in assisting me with organising airport transfers and car rental for the day, where I got to see the beautiful Terelj National Park

I stayed here near Christmas, and it was a pleasant experience. We booked through their website because they had a special online reducing the price of the rooms. Our room was comfortable and looked reasonably clean

It was a bit warmer than I'm used to, and I couldn't figure out the climate controls for the room. And with the pollution in Ulaanbaatar, I found it difficult to open the window for long

The hotel provided a number of amenities that are more standard in western countries than in Mongolia, like shampoo, soap, house slippers, shower caps, etc

Springs hotel was the perfect price point for me. It was a good hotel for the price. I paid $70 USD a night and stayed 3 nights. The staff were fantastic and spoke excellent English

I went to their Spa wellness center which called UB massage. It has really good service. Fully satisfied my Japanese hot oil massage.

My room was kind of smelly because they allow smoking indoors but that is my only complaint. The breakfast buffet was good (by Asian standards) and their workout room was full of brand new equipment

My 11 month daughter and I stay at this place for 8 days by ourselves. We felt at home, secure and very welcome. My baby got sick and the manager took us to the hospital and help us 100%

Enough English spoken to get a room and breakfast easily. Great breakfast in the morning. I've never had an issue here in 3 or 4 stays

Good hotel but under some maintenance work at the moment the work might finish on 1st oct 22. The rooms are good size clean and well maintained. Staff at reception speaks good English and they upgraded by room to a suite

It is a bit old, but it is dignified and well maintained. Classic beds and furniture give you the comfort of home. In particular, the kindness and warmth of the staff has never been felt in other hotels

Especially the manager Ganzorig is an angel who takes care of my difficulties. It is a sample of the hospitality spirit of the hotel. He makes this hotel more special. This hotel is home away from home

It's not an exaggerated kindness. I felt protected and comfortable, just like in my own home. The front desk staff accepted my request with a warm and sincere heart

Staff is great. Breakfast top notch. Wifi great. Room was too warm near 30c 85F unless you open window and door for a draft.

I completed a 21 day quarantine here. Staff was friendly and very welcoming. The fried rice was a favorite meal of mine. The breakfast was great and had plenty of options. They also served hand squeezed orange juice

The young man spoke no English and would have left us there if the French chef hadn't chanced along and organised a change of room. Final room was not very clean but at least the door and lights worked

Tucked away from easy access to the city centre. Supposedly not an old building, but the door to the room we were offered didn't close or lock, electric lights didn't work

I booked the hotel for my colleague. To his experience, he always had to ask for small things to be replaced like shampoos and things. The sculptures in the lobby is creepy and weird

Just stayed in the NewWest hotel 2 days. Reception said that they upgraded the room facilities and the service were perfect. I love the hotel service, specially reception

it's clean and tidy and staff are pretty friendly. The rooms are decent and it has some restaurants not far away.

Rooms are affordable and cheap if you compare other nearby options. The rooms has all facilities which someone needs. Most of the option is self service like breakfast and laundry

If you are on budget this is really best available. There are nearby supermarket and restaurants so this location is very good

You can ride a bus to Chinggis Khaan international airport even if you don’t stay at the hotel. (But I recommend to contact with hotel staff in advance.) Service is so good.

That pillows are too small. The breakfast is modest enough. The are some sewage sounds in the rooms. The checkout time 10 am is out of the acceptable things.

It’s quite tucked away between multiple buildings so is not easy to find and will not have much sunlight

The entrance to hotel needs an uplift. The entrance faces sun all day but inside it is bit dark. The rooms appeared to be good but I canceled my reservation as the décor and place seemed bit dated
