The only reason I gave 4 stars for this hotel is because they have the big sauna room with lots of jacuzzi. The room is decent, the air con is noisy, and it can't be turned off. The service is also decent. The breakfast option and variety don't represent the 5 stars hotel. But the location is quite strategic, in front of the Chingis Khan square. Updates: it is noisy! The room insulation is not good...

If you stay on a high floor, you can enjoy the city view of Ulaanbataar. To be frank, it is better than Best Western, considering its accommodation fee.

I booked a deluxe room on the 16th floor. I stayed there a one night. And it’s overpriced for their service and everything. The room didn’t even come with a bath I could use it was broken. Centrally located Hotel in Ulanbator. Service is good but in-room dining food options are limited. Room prices are on higher side. Overall good hotel to stay for business travellers as all major work places are located nearby.

Sid not stay here but went to the cafe on the 23rd flr. Very normal feel to it and nothing special . It was a winter's day and at 5pm visibility was not there. As expected prices were high but we came for the experience. Wont rush back here ..nothing special . Very overpriced

The location is excellent right at the center of the city. The room is good although rather old and some signs of down grade. Service is so so, but their English not really good. I visited only a conference room, so, I know nothing about room service, kitchen and other similar things. The location is good, bcs the hotel is landing in the center of the capital city in 100-150 m from the central square. On the other hand, sometimes I guess it makes some problems with traffic and parking.

I booked the hotel for my colleague. To his experience, he always had to ask for small things to be replaced like shampoos and things. The sculptures in the lobby is creepy and weird. Honestly, they don't help them to get more guests. I've been there few times to pick my colleague and everytime I found it empty and dead. My colleague said he won't be returning.

Ramada Ulaanbaatar Hotel`s 17F has Edge bar with varius type of cocktails beers and BBQ. 5F has Asian and European restaurant called Cafe Jot. 3F has Mimosa Spa and Fitness center.

Springs hotel was the perfect price point for me. It was a good hotel for the price. I paid $70 USD a night and stayed 3 nights. The staff were fantastic and spoke excellent English. My room was kind of smelly because they allow smoking indoors but that is my only complaint. The breakfast buffet was good (by Asian standards) and their workout room was full of brand new equipment. I went to their Spa wellness center which called UB massage. It has really good service. Fully satisfied my Japanese hot oil massage.

An old (built 1956) hotel so it looks a bit tired on the outside but rooms on 11th and 12th floor I stayed in were recently renovated and nice. The staff were super helpful. Location is excellent, within walking distance of many downtown attractions.

I completed a 21 day quarantine here. Staff was friendly and very welcoming. The fried rice was a favorite meal of mine. The breakfast was great and had plenty of options. They also served hand squeezed orange juice... delicious.. I stayed in the junior deluxe room and a royal room. Even gave me a laminated certificate at the end. Thank you for great service.

Great location right off Sukhbataar square, friendly staff, clean and generally cosy. But they really need to deal with temperature in the rooms - e.g. I would have appreciated a way of turning down the heat instead of opening the window as it smelled of coal outside.

Staff tries hard to help out and they are really nice. Water cut three times within one month stay, electricity two times. Breakfast is a scam for 15$ they charge, avoid by all means.

It’s quite tucked away between multiple buildings so is not easy to find and will not have much sunlight. Expect a quiet (except for train) business area that doesn’t have much neighborhood and no restaurants stores nearby

We only stayed for a couple of hours in this hotel, as we had just gotten in from Russia on train, and we were due to leave the city for the Gobi Desert later that morning. Based on our short time there, I would have to say that the hotel was nice and clean (the shower/bathroom setup was a godsend), and a decent breakfast downstairs (Korean) before we left the hotel.

Very clean hotel even for the age of the building. The staff are very helpful and went out of their way to help with finding a money changer and getting a local sim card.

Good service, rooms are clean and with all amenities, a bit outside and along a noisy road, breakfast is quite basic.

I strongly recommend ZoloStar hotel. The rooms are so clean and comfortable, and attractive, and the staff were really helpful. I liked being so close to the shops and centre of town. The hotel called us a taxi when we needed it and spoke some English which was really useful. They provided breakfast in their restaurant each morning. We loved it and thought it was a very good deal compared to others...
