Perfect location with two minute walking distance of the main square. Close to other interesting places also. Clean and well maintained hotel. Friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Nice view from the room. I think this is the best place to stay in Ulaan Bataar

Good place to stay. Service is good though people at the restaurant could be more proactive. We wait for 1 hour before realizing the kitchen forgot our order. Front desk guy was really nice and helpful.

I often book this hotel for professionals on first time visit and they are invariably satisfied.

I had previously stayed at the ibis and decided to change to a hotel that was more downtown. The location is very good. The bed was good. Wi-Fi worked. Shower was nice. Desk staff was helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

To be fair no concierge! Even they will tell you that Im not going to talk to you. Lol! Expect some 3 star services and amenities while you paying for 5 star. Lobby have that smell. Maybe toilet or sewer leak. Otherwise, location is top.

A very nice hotel with helpful staff. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable and the view from the Sky bar was great. I do feel this is a 4star hotel rather than a 5star hotel. Location us great, many restaurants and cafes nearby.

The location of the hotel is by walking distance to attraction such as Chinggis Khan museum,Sukhbaatar square, Government Palace. Room is very spacious. Bathroom’s rainshower and headshower are excellent with strong water pressure. Highly recommended to stay at this hotel. Hotel staffs are polite and kind. Great view from the room overlooking a big local temple and houses on the hill.

Very decent hotel. Only issue is they do not turn on the central aircon for heating and only depend on the heater, which can be quite cold sometimes during this period of time. Suggestion to the hotel, get your hotel listed on UB cab so that the service can locate your hotel! It's s shame your hotel couldn't be located on the app!

Holiday Inn located in a walking distance to downtown and many museum. The hotel is fairly new and had a great gym with all the equipment you needed. Check in and out is fast and smooth. Wifi is good if you can connected it , unfortunately I experienced numerous time the user name and password not correctly connect and need to run down to the front desk for assistance

I pre-booked hotel car for airport and drop off by email and confirmed the departure time with the hotel receptionist again when I arrived at the hotel. However they still missed my booking. They couldn’t arrange the hotel car at the end but arrange a taxi for me. The hotel facilities are ok, but the receptionist staff is not professional.

I really dont understand their AC and ventilation system. With the AC it is too noisy to rest but without it the room has no air to breath. Also the sheets are too hard and the air is dry. Not comfy.

So its really good And easy tp go around for any restaurant And bar also to the any shopping center or mall.

Good location, slightly faded decor and friendly staff. Easy to change money. Food decent. Shower didn't work particularly well, but enjoyed all the Mongolian sports channels.

Great location right off Sukhbataar square, friendly staff, clean and generally cosy. But they really need to deal with temperature in the rooms - e.g. I would have appreciated a way of turning down the heat instead of opening the window as it smelled of coal outside.

Tucked away from easy access to the city centre. Supposedly not an old building, but the door to the room we were offered didn't close or lock, electric lights didn't work. The young man spoke no English and would have left us there if the French chef hadn't chanced along and organised a change of room. Final room was not very clean but at least the door and lights worked. OK on a budget but for little...

I booked the hotel for my colleague. To his experience, he always had to ask for small things to be replaced like shampoos and things. The sculptures in the lobby is creepy and weird. Honestly, they don't help them to get more guests. I've been there few times to pick my colleague and everytime I found it empty and dead. My colleague said he won't be returning.

It has to be the best hotel in the city. It looks new and most things work. It has a great restaurant.

Very nice hotel. Very clean and good service. The rooms are fine. Not over the top but clean with lots of amenities. The AC didn’t work super well in our room but we survived. The restaurant food is quite good and the rooftop level bar was a lot of fun. Overall a great experience.

I stayed here near Christmas, and it was a pleasant experience. We booked through their website because they had a special online reducing the price of the rooms. Our room was comfortable and looked reasonably clean. It was a bit warmer than I'm used to, and I couldn't figure out the climate controls for the room. And with the pollution in Ulaanbaatar, I found it difficult to open the window for long...

Good hotel but under some maintenance work at the moment the work might finish on 1st oct 22. The rooms are good size clean and well maintained. Staff at reception speaks good English and they upgraded by room to a suite.

Staff is great. Breakfast top notch. Wifi great. Room was too warm near 30c 85F unless you open window and door for a draft.

they put a lot of effort into the property even if it is a bit on the older side. there are toothbrushes, bath gowns and a full mini bar. the furniture is lovely and very Mongolian antique. Staff was very nice and carried my bags up. It was clean

Attended wedding there, service was okay, the waiter forgot to serve some of the ppl in my table. But they were flexible enough to cook vegan food for me which was okay.

Staff tries hard to help out and they are really nice. Water cut three times within one month stay, electricity two times. Breakfast is a scam for 15$ they charge, avoid by all means.

Nice cozy rooms, not so large. Automatic Remote controlled toilet would be best thing in the Bathrooms. Breakfast is very limited. They just serve you a plate with some meat on it. 1/2 type of bread, salad, milk, coffee and juice.

The service was super, Ms Nara was extremely helpful, when my husband noticed only 2 bottles of water, Ms Nara immediately came back with 4 bottles plus a welcoming drink coupon. She also provided us info about the festival. When we left, she helped us to get taxi and told driver the destination in local language.  Food in 2nd floor restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced.

Good location, breakfast and dinner by Floor 2 restaurant are yummy. One dinner I was charged to room, when checking out, the hotel almost forgot to charge me. Luckily I was no cheating, paying him 26,500 local currency as the bill. Upload some pictures taken in grassland and downtown of Ulaanbaatar.

Under the 21 days state Covid quarantine. Room decoration and furnitures are fine, just standard. But room is veeeery cold, not comfortable, there is no heat in the end of september, also only few tv channels.

Pleasant and clean place for sauna. Also price is very reasonable compared to other saunas in UB. I liked the indoor plants there so snapped one pic :)

Souna Korean restaurant is on the way to Tarjee sightseeing spot and the room is big and good

This is one of the older hotels in Ulaanbaator, and it shows. You can tell from the breakfast room (ballroom) and lobby that at one time it was something, but it is dated, and somewhat falling apart. We stayed there twice, at the beginning and end of our trip. The first check in was a fiasco - with the front desk staff telling us we had no reservation, then turning their backs on us - so unhelpful...

Excellent value for money! The staff is very friendly! The breakfast is quite ok, it doesn't change, it's the same every morning. It's very well located, 5 minutes from the central square.

An older hotel but for the price it is a great deal. The bed is comfortable and the air conditioning and heat in each room works well. Some people in our group said that the bathrooms smelled but that wasn’t the case for my room. As someone who doesn’t speak Mongolian communicating with staff was occasionally challenging but in general they were great. Helping to arrange airport transfers for our group...

Nice rooms, excellent restaurant menu and buffet style breakfast, general store is no longer and replaced by a fancy cashmere store, coffee shop and flight center inside hotel lobby. Close walking distance to shopping stores.

It’s quite tucked away between multiple buildings so is not easy to find and will not have much sunlight. Expect a quiet (except for train) business area that doesn’t have much neighborhood and no restaurants stores nearby

Very clean hotel even for the age of the building. The staff are very helpful and went out of their way to help with finding a money changer and getting a local sim card.

Good service, rooms are clean and with all amenities, a bit outside and along a noisy road, breakfast is quite basic.

Overall, a pretty decent hotel when considering the price point. The rooms aren’t glamorous but the beds are comfortable. We stayed here on two occasions and it seems like the south-facing rooms come with air conditioning, though the north-facing rooms do not - at least that was our experience with the two rooms that we were given. The north-facing room (#203) was a bit too warm, even with the windows...

Good location, easy to walk to many places in UB. Hotel restaurant and Cafe are both good and offer a range of local and international food. Hotel staff are fantastic and make the stay here worth it. Rooms are worn and outdated, takes a long time for the water to run hot.

A pretty decent hotel. Great location and it was very easy communicating with the staff. They were quite helpful. The room was very large for the price we paid, but it could use some updating and cosmetic touch-ups. Due to COVID, we weren't able to experience the whole thing, but overall it was a good experience in a great location.

Decent hotel in a good location. Could use some updating someday soon, but it was a comfortable spot for a business trip. Make sure to specify a non smoking room if you want one.
