I cannot understand this rating. The hotel is completely damaged and run down, see pictures. There is neither hot water nor air conditioning. In front of the hotel is a noisy construction site, at night there are a lot of drunk people there. The manager is friendly but the rest of the staff urgently needs some training.

Great value for money - clean, quiet and comfy rooms with hot water. A small but hearty breakfast buffet, very friendly staff and in a central location. Strongly recommended!

Room is clean and quiet. Food is OK. Reasonable price with nice staffs. The most favorite budget hotel in UB.

Tucked away from easy access to the city centre. Supposedly not an old building, but the door to the room we were offered didn't close or lock, electric lights didn't work. The young man spoke no English and would have left us there if the French chef hadn't chanced along and organised a change of room. Final room was not very clean but at least the door and lights worked. OK on a budget but for little more, far better on offer right in the centre of town.

Great place where to stay - close to main square (by walking 10 min / by car for sure more ), good pricing, nice and clean place. New building. Wi-Fi in good quality.
Restaurant at hotel is great!!! - real "french" chef. Food is tasty, an the fresh french baguettes are amazing. Food is close to european stile of food - no lots of fat and bones in your dish.

Awesome hotel. Wifi coverage all throughout. The staffs are all nice and helpful. Will definitely recommend for people visiting.
Awesome breakfast (ham bacon, rice, breads, cereals and fruits). Restaurant selection is also decently priced and was great.
