As I took the room facing the sea, it is very nice. The room is clean. The staff are very polite and pleasant and efficient.

Lovely stay. The staff were fantastic and helpful, the views are great, and the breakfast buffet is worth every dollar. The restaurant in the evening is also really worth it. The servings are huge and you can experience a bunch of local food in a ‘fine dining’ setting. Would love the come back one day. The facilities are a little tired (as you’d often expect from a 4 star Hilton) but overall cannot complain!

The most disappointing check-in experience!
I would imagine that a global hotel of this standard would treat their guests with respect, but our experience was far from positive. After 1h flight from KL and 2h in taxis, we got to the hotel at 4:20pm and were told that our room (which we chose in advance via the website) was not ready! Almost 1,5 hour since the check-in time. There were a lot of other guests in the lobby waiting to be accommodated. After the receptionist told us to wait for 10-15 minutes, we waited for around 40! And again, our room was chosen in advance and we paid for the high-floor with balcony. It’s quite hot in the lobby and as I’m 23w pregnant, I was very tired after the trip. And the hotel stuff didn’t even apologize. Nothing like “this is our mistake so we will offer you this instead” or anything for us to feel better. (The did offer us a late checkout after we complained about waiting but our flight back is at 1 pm🙄) And no, guys, the cookies don’t make up for this.

Overall great experience except that I had to call room service at midnight to get my bedsheets and blanket changed. However, kudos to the staffs as they were very fast and efficient in delivering their service. Not even one staff was rude, each and every single one of them were friendly and helpful. Breakfast given in the hotel was also tasty as there were variety of cuisine available such as Chinese, Indian, Western and local.

Sad to share the Hotel Ops (Facility) does not pay attention to the readiness of their rooms except the basic cleanliness … we reckon. And perhaps the mechanism of checking that the facility team(s) does their ‘job’ properly is quite absence.
Good expression of kind hospitality is always around the hotel premise though. Ground Staff are friendly, and always happy to assist.
The hotel does not has a private beach front but is connected by a private overhead pedestrian bridge whereby the hotel guests can access to the beach (also NOT fantastic) opposite the hotel.
Behind the common pools is the wall of private houses … we were rolling our eyes …

Friendly and supportive staff.
Comfortable rooms.
Delicious and affordable food.
However there was a minor discrepancy regarding the hotel shuttle bus to the beach, which left me slightly disappointed.
Despite this minor setback, my overall experience at the hotel was positive. The friendly and supportive staff, combined with the comfortable room and delectable food, made my stay memorable. I would recommend this hotel to others, keeping in mind that the shuttle service to the beach might not be available despite what the guide paper suggests.

Check in staff Bala is good. Rooms are spacious. Not really four star, but good price! Good breakfast too! But yo for this price I'd come back. Rm230 for two nights I paid. Any more and I won't stay!

The hotel is not open yet and residents nearby are being subjected to some safety announcement that has been played on a recording over loudspeakers at a ridiculous volume. Let's hope this is not a sign of things to come!

I think Hilton took over and renovated the hotel. Services was very fast for check in. They gave cookie for welcome gift .

This hotel is suitable for leisure as it is located quite a distanced away from city center. There's a pedestrian bridge to walk across to the beach but the beach, though the beach is not really nice. A teddy museum is located at Level 1 inside this hotel, good to. Is it to get a quick understanding of Malaysian culture. Worth the stay.
