A good place with a great access to the beach. A short walk, If you are willing to explore the happening side of the beach. If you love music & want to play instruments, you can order those in room. amazing ! Hoever the quality of live music is much better in the Desaru one. Ovetall a good stay.

I had a fantastic stay at Hard Rock Hotel! The room was clean, stylish, and filled with cool rock-and-roll vibes that made the experience unique and memorable. The facilities were excellent — the pool was spacious and perfect for both relaxation and fun. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making the check-in and check-out process smooth and pleasant. Overall, a wonderful hotel with great service and atmosphere. Highly recommended

We had a night stay with 3 rooms including breakfast. Check in is smooth and receptionist is friendly with smile. Kids had enjoyed the swimming pool. There’s just a few steps to walk out to the beach. Alongside has newly opened cafe and restaurant. Breakfast has variety of choices but you need to queue if you are going at peak hour after 9am. Yes, queueing is the most unbearable part. I have never encountered such experience before you need to queue and split table for having breakfast which kinda spoil of mood. Staffs easily get annoyed when you asked for help. Not sure if I am bias but the treatment seems like a bit different compared to the white. However, the food is the salvation and nasi lemak is the signature that you must try. Cleanliness is a big issue that need to be improved. Location is not really strategic if you wish to explore Georgetown and find nice local food. Overall, it’s an okay choice for us for this stay.

The pool is nice. My daughter enjoy it so much! That was the whole point of this trip

There was a sewer smell in our room, and you can heard the lounge music past bed time. Location was good. Kids club was nice, and they’re flexible to let the kids stay longer if it’s not crowded

Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was good. The play area was well maintained.
The journey time to go to town area during peak hours can be abit long. But the hotel accommodation itself was very good.
Perfect for families with small kids.

Great family friendly hotel! Booked the Roxity suite with separate roll out bed for kids with a partition. Our kids loved the slides. The beach is okay, quite coarse, the pool is so exciting that we didn't go to the beach at all.

We were very happy with the service at Hard Rock Hotel! The pool was clean, breakfast was delicious, and the room was clean and comfortable. Our kids had a great time. Thank you, Hard Rock Hotel, for giving us such a memorable experience!

Great location, facilities and service! Terrific sea waves sound and birds singing from the balcony. Great breakfast, good variety of cuisines. The wifi could be better given on a card or something - we had to turn the TV on to get it, which is not convenient - few people use TVs these days. Other than that all is great!
