My son left his mobile phone in the hotel upon checkout and we were glad that the hotel staff found it and kept it safe for him.
Overall it was an excellent stay, albeit maybe we came on a busy day, the breakfast could have been better staffed as the seating was insufficient and we were ushered into the convention hall tables which were not prepared well.
However i would like to mention that the outdoor shelter is too small when it comes to heavy rain. We were all drenched as we walked to (staying at) Tower A after check in at Tower B.
