We had a great stay at Hotel Granada Bukit Indah! It’s super convenient—just a short walk to AEON Mall and close to plenty of cafes, shops, and even Sutera Mall is just a short drive away.
We stayed in Room 918, which had a lovely view and was spacious and clean. We really appreciated that the room wasn’t carpeted—it feels fresher and is actually our preference too. Service was prompt and friendly; we requested an extra pair of slippers and they brought it up quickly without fuss.
The buffet breakfast was decent, with a good enough variety to start the day. All in all, a solid stay for the price and location—would definitely return.

It a simple and clean hotel. Stay there for it location nearest to Aeon Mall. Nice simple breakfast. Reception staff is helpful.

Hotel was a bit old but well kept. My room was near to a tank so it was noisy. I believe it will be ok if you stay 4th floor and above

Stayed here for 1 night. Great experience!! Front desk staff and security guards were all very friendly and helpful. The room is very clean. The bed is very firm and comfy. Pillows are good too (not the soft and flat type at all) Overall I had a very good impression of the hotel and it was a lovely 1 night stay. Will definitely come back again!

I booked a double bed by choice, but was disappointed by how dim the room lighting was — it made the space feel gloomy. Also, no slippers were provided, which was unexpected for a hotel with this kind of reputation. Hope these details can be improved.

Fantastic location, just across the road from Aeon Bukit Indah. Many other eateries and spas in the same area as well. A decent stay. Big room and generally clean. Stayed in rooms 719 and 720. 719 was a corner room so felt a little bigger. However, had to let the water run for a while before there was hot water. TV was also a little small for the room size.
As the hotel was beside a main road, window sound proofing should have been done better. Could hear the sound of vehicles while trying to sleep at night. Pillows were also on the soft side.
Amenities in the hotel includes a (clean) Javanese massage spa. The pool (under maintenance) and gym was really small. The breakfast in the hotel restaurant was nothing to rave about. Better off eating in the numerous eateries in the area.
