I will give the pro and cons objectively.
Pro:
- hotel well located, many place to eat or go out near. Train 2 min away and going to central station.
- clean room
- ac works, there is shampoo and soap, coffee
- I guess I got lucky with windows views, enough quiet
- wifi ok at 2nd floor
Cons:
- the guy at the desk try to scam me with foreign tax. But these tax was already included in my booking.
After showing him many times my apps "booking" and refusing to pay for the tax he moved on.
This is inacceptable behavior, and I read he tryed to cheat many people before.
- the "hot water" is at best only warm water
- length of bed a bit short, I am 1.75m and my feet are almost out

0. The Front desk staff so rude. Try to cheating me with different room. I paid room with window but he want give me windowless room which the price slightly cheaper than what I paid.

Booking standard room with city view but they give room windowless (small room with no window). then go to the front desk again to change the room, first they don't want change the room, after I show that I really book the room with City view they reluctant to change it. But what I get its not city view. It have window but my view only whole block of abandon building and with the small distance distance between only. Go to front desk again, but the staff rudely said "you take this or another room without window". What? I pay for what I want, but I get different things. and the staff said its my fault, what? I book from AGODA, AGODA show the room your hotel provide so its not my fault if the booking type or description different. What I know is, what I see is what I should get (I PAID it).

Good location is the only good thing this hotel has. We got scammed with hotel tax. This hotel asked to pay hotel tax. We have just realized that we’re not supposed to pay the hotel tax because we booked via agoda. Already contacted agoda for help but got disappointed and hopeless service from agoda customer support.
Tiny room. Not clean blanket and bedsheet. No hairdryer and bathmat. Needed to asked the hotel staff four times to get it.

Process was speedy. RM50 is collected for safety deposit, refundable upon check out.
Room
It is decent size. There's a window with the view of the river of life. There's a safe for you to keep your important belongings. No mini fridge. The sink is located within the bedroom and not the bathroom, which is not really to my liking.
Breakfast
There's a cafe by the lobby, but I didn't try the food. I think they only serve light breakfast.
Check-out
Quick and hassle free. Deposit is refunded after confirmation from housekeeping that nothing is taken or missing from the room.
Conclusion
This hotel has potential with its building design and location. I like the fact it's located between two metro stations, both are within walking distance, fairly easy to commute around. The kettle in my room isn't functional, I didn't even bother to try out the safety box.

Stayed here on the night of 31st December.
Room smelled of mold and smoke. Opened windows to get rid of it, but it's on a busy street. Turned on the AC instead to circulate the air outside. I went out and when I came back, the smoke smell was back. Their ventilation system allows smoke from neighbouring rooms to enter your room.
Location was great, close to the merdeka Square and some museums or historical sites. I did not enjoy my stay due to the hygiene issue. There is an odd smell in the corridor and access may be an issue for wheelchair users from the lobby.

Good location, easy access. Price affordable. Hotel room just perfect for a family with small kids. Beautiful lobby set up. Basic necessities are provided. Cleanliness wise acceptable. Hotel staff, receptionist are all nice and well trained. Check in process was quite fast. RM50 for deposit. Breakfast are provided however the menu very limited

This is a decent hotel suitable for budget travelers. It’s so close to Dataran Merdeka, just a few minutes walk to the tallest flagpole in Malaysia ie the one at Dataran Merdeka. This place is also close to the River of Life project, which is a beautification project of the Klang river (going successfully if I may be so bold). Decent facilities provided although the room is not so spacious, and good well trained staff as well.

Overal okey,,some staffs abit moody maybe coz they r tired. The room was small, front desk was great people attending check in/out either than him the room cleaning was so loud(shouting on phone) and better get her quite bfr someone complain. Location at night was great
