One of our favourite hotels when we visit Kuala Lumpur. Location wise couldn't be better with an overhead bridge connecting Banyan Tree next door to Pullman KLCC to Pavilion Mall. Room and facilities are normal five star hotel standard. 50% discount for cakes and pastries from hotel café from 6 pm onwards. We enjoyed our stay at Pullman KLCC.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Traders Hotel Kuala Lumpur, and I can confidently say it was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable. The staff were warm, professional, and always eager to assist with a smile.

Dorsett KL is a great accommodation if you are in the Bukit Bintang area, its sandwiched by alot of shopping malls and its all 5-10 minutes of walking distance away to get to them. the room was fine for me, the only thing i would like to see is an inclusive of a microwave in the room.

The hotel is a bit dated in terms of hardware but the service provided by the team makes u feel very warm and welcome ! Pool water feels a bit cold and breakfast has choices but taste normal , could work better to improvise the taste

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was spotless and well-maintained, nice location next to mall, quite far from city, offering a comfortable and relaxing stay. The breakfast spread were amazing but for dinner they should do better. I requested for house keeping and went to dinner but after 2 hours they still not doing anything...

Checkin is smooth, initially have some problem with the room that maintenance team is unable to solve the issue. Hotel management is quick arrange a change of room. Duty manager is professional and trip.com is quick to communicate with Sofitel booking reservation team. Overall stay is good, location is convenient.
