This was our second stay this year. We loved it so much the first time, we didn’t hesitate to book again. Excellent service from all the staff we encountered. We were made to feel very welcome by the attentive staff. In particular, Zie and her team at the Horizon Club Lounge made us feel like we were at home. We will definitely be staying here again!
Simply outstanding. From the moment you pull up you are greeted & assisted. Throughout our entire stay that same hospitality was incredible. A beautiful establishment with outstanding amenities. House keeping staff, front of house staff, lobby atmosphere…. All part of the beautiful culture & service. We thoroughly recommend the Shangri-La KL, it’s an amazing place. 🥇
We have thoroughly enjoyed our 6 nights here at the Shangri La KL....from the Buffet Breakfast to the Lemon Garden Lounge and the all over feel of the hotel was outstanding, BUT what made our stay even more AMAZING was the STAFF!!!!! They are the most welcoming and friendliest people we have come across on our travels, so to ALL the staff in all areas of the hotel we would like to say a big THANK YOU...
Atmosphere & service: The only reason why I would choose to stay here is the service provided by staff. It feels like being apart of a family. The service provided by them are amazing. From entering to check in to check out, everyone is really nice and welcoming including housekeepers. The location is strategic since it is in the city making it easier to explore around it. Room & food & price : The...
Stayed for 2 nights in the family room, my kids absolutely enjoyed the tent. The breakfast buffet had extensive choices- the ice cream and pastries section was our favourite. Ordered in room dining for both nights, as well as had lunch in the lobby for both days- highly recommend the beef burger and the kids’ macaroni & cheese. We came for my child’s first birthday and was given a complementary chocolate...
Had an excellent two night stay on our trip to KL. The staff was exceedingly polite and kind. They went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. Arrived quite late on night 1 as we had switch hotels from the Hilton which had horrible rooms but were treated to an upgrade on arrival (thanks team).

I cannot express how much I love this hotel. The staff are wonderful, so genuinely friendly and caring. The rooms are spotlessly clean and very well equipped. And the bed is by far the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in. The pool is the cherry on top. We've not yet dined in any of the restaurants, however, we have had room service and the food was divine. I don't want to leave. If you want...
My favourite hotel in KL is the mandarin oriental. Upon checking into the EQ, my first impression was that the mandarin oriental would loose its mantle as my no 1 KL hotel. The EQ is smart, sophisticated, modern, in a handy location and has staff who provide great service. Regrettably the EQ didn’t beat the MO. Whilst we had a great stay and enjoyed everything about this hotel, just some stuff that...
I would say this is a great experience for me of choosing to spend a 3 days 2 nights here. The hotel upkeep is very tiptop. All their staffs is very friendly and makes us feels like home. The rooms are so clean and comfortable. The only thing is the toilet is not adjoining with the bathroom. But it still doesn't affect me of keep wanting to come back again. Its a great stay for me and my friends. There...
Looks like a very new hotel with a very nice and spacious room. Decor very modern. Service not too bad. Price fairly reasonable for what you are getting but probably this is not very suitable for people who are in KL for business travels as it is situated along a road that is almost perpetually jammed and also they do not provide laundry/pressing service after a certain time. They do not even have...
Just finished my wedding at EQ Diamond Ballroom. Food is good. Ballroom is amazing. Guest room is comfortable. Hospitality is great. Only thing is price is a bit steep Overall, I would rate them as the best venue for wedding dinner in KL (Around 300 pax).

The hotel looks like it needs refurbishment. The room is nice and comfortable. It’s right next to KLCC which is awesome! The entrance to the parking lots in the basement is narrow. There are plenty of restaurants and food options available in the hotel.
Good hotel & had a beautiful view. We booked a Club Twin Towers View Room King for 2 days. The rooms are spacious, clean and neat. Great options for breakfast menu, love the pastries & coffee! The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Right next to KLCC park which is nice for walk. Lastly tq husband for this vacation and we would love to go back to MO again!
Great hotel, had a beautiful view, personnel very friendly and cocktails at MO bar were the bomb., loved the pastries and they serve good coffee. Only thing was that previous guest had been smoking in my room and u could still smell the stench. The staff sprayed the room after my complaint.
The kids club offering varied activities. The employees host with love and patience which is very professional. My 6 and 3 years old children stay here for fours days so we all have a very nice break.
I had a pleasant three-night stay at the hotel, which I found to be quite good. I particularly enjoyed the apartment-style setup, as it provided ample space and a comfortable atmosphere. The hotel's location near a mall and the towers was convenient, and the pool was of a good size. However, I did notice that the reception was often busy and seemed overwhelmed with their workload. Additionally, during...
Superb hotel with professional and friendly staff. The room was excellent, with beautiful finishing especially the bathroom. The pillows were especially soft. The windows were big and the mirrors give the room a spacious feeling. The morning breakfast was pleasant with fresh food, although I can't say I found anything extraordinary about the menu.

The rooms were neat and clean.. They ensure it’s kept above your expectations… The room service are on the dot on call.. they are very warm, helpful and courteous.. This is centrally located and has all the Options from shopping, to party, to food options and every thing that you can think of at a walkable distance.. Weekends and holidays it’s a rush out here and great they handle it perfect..
A hotel that truly provides daily necessities such as holding events in a ballroom and the inside of the hotel is always clean and smells good. Any of the staff provides excellent service. One can peacefully and happily stay for days because the entertainment outside the hotel is walking distance only. Many stayers had mentioned about the Pavilion shopping mall. Which I think that one should visit...
Very Convenient and spacious hotel within the City. A stone throw to big main shopping mall. Staffs both on the front and Club lounge were friendly and enthusiastic to help when in need. Real appreciated. Room was clean and tidy and very strong hot shower. 24hour Gym is a plus plus. Breakfast can be limited to choose and doesn’t taste great. It seemed emphasize on bread and desserts which was nice...
The location is good, center of the city The rooms are big but they were very dirty. However the staffs are friendly and understanding. They tried cleaning it up for me. For the star rating and the name, the rooms could've been cleaned well including their carpets, cupboards, door handles, and their curtains. The breakfast was a disappointment. There was only 1 day they served lamb, otherwise it was...
Pullman has been one of my favourite hotels whenever I'm on a business trip. The room is clean with a decent size. Bathtub is available even in the lower tiers. Nice breakfast with plenty of options. Would be perfect if there are more varieties of Chinese Dim Sum. Location wise, it's just opposite Pavilion shopping mall with approximate 5 minutes' walk. Facilities like gym and swimming pool are on...
This was our 2nd stay at Pullman KL and still just as good. We stayed at the Residences this time and the 2-bedroom was spacious. We got a good view of Pavilion as well as waking up to witness the sunrise each morning. Staffs were all friendly, service prompt but wifi in the rooms need to be improved greatly. Overall we were thoroughly satisfied with our stay. Will definitely come back again.
The hotel is strategically located next to the pavilion mall and the footbridge to klcc. Everything is close by including Jalan Alor food street and Bukit Bintang center and metro. The room was wide and the super king size bed was so comfy. It had all the modcoms to make our stay very enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was awesome. It had a diverse choice of food to cater for every palate. We enjoyed...
Room was big and spacious for a 2 bedroom suite. However, whole night cannot sleep due to faulty water pipe causing loud knocking noise throughout the night.

Great view of the Petronas towers. Clean and big hotel. Breakfast was good too.
Despite the confusion during our first night, they have prepared a nice setup for me for my birthday with cake and balloons and I really appreciate that gesture. The location was also really nice because it is near train station and you can walk 10 minutes towards the Petronas towers. Our room also have a great view of the KL Tower and it is so beautiful to see at night. The room is also very clean...
Prestigious, chic and comfy for the discerning traveller. Stayed there on multiple occasions and always was upgraded to one the suites with a special treatment and always appreciated the extra touch received by the team at renaissance whom I know very closely. Buffets always packed. Cosy vip.lounge. and the lobby cafe is exquisite
Renaissance KL is a nice comfortable hotel and has tried a few of their restaurants and buffet. The breakfast buffet spread was good with a variety of different dishes from local to western. Tried the Japanese restaurant which served buffet previously and the overall experience was decent.
Beautiful property with spacious and large rooms, that have a modern design and are very clean. The staff is very polite and the service is great! Has a huge pool that's open till late, along with great restaurant options. All this and more at very reasonable prices. Situated in the Golden Triangle area, it's super convenient and in the heart of the city. The hotel is beyond my expectation. Centrally...
I really liked this hotel. It’s located very convenient, we got our rooms very fast and staff was friendly. The rooms were spacious and clean. Room price porter food fantastic. When you ask for water - I need to pay for a buffet lunch to get some water, I stayed here for overnight. I am surprised for a 5 star hotel to do that - coffee shop ie where they serve breakfast and lunch hmmm - but in the room you get free water bottles.
It was a good stay , everything was smooth starting from the check in process untill checking out. Attended by staff named asyraf at reception during check in , hes so generous n super friendly we got free upgrade from deluxe king to family suite 😃 the lobby smells was so pleasant too . Loved the view which you get from this hotel. Rooms were big and nice. Breakfast menu was good and a lot of variety was there. You can find all types of options in it. There is always a rush in the lobby during check in/chrck out time. Swimming pool is enjoyable.
Everything was nice. Service from staffs were excellent despite we checked in at night. Staffs at the coffee house were also very accommodating. Room was very spacious, clean and comfy. However, I can still hear children crying next door. Pool area was okay with couple of seatings and 1 big pool plus 1 children pool. Everything went above our expectations. Just for parking had to go all the way up...
Lovely place to stay. Needs a bit of maintenance such as power point coming out from wall and drains blocked when having a shower. Important points: - this hotel has the best view of twin tower other than the any hotels around the towers. - swimming pool is very good for the one who does not want sun shine. Fantastic to have food order and having lunch in the pool side. Great view of twin tower. Water is salt water. - the park is very nice. Room furniture is quite dated compared with our last visit 10 years ago, retuning to celebrate our 13th anniversary with our son. Great view of the twin towers from executive room but air conditioner is very loud at night. Didn't quite like the sound from the TV in the bathroom. Trying to amend the special request after booking but the page didn't load. Overall it is an ok experience but if you...
Walking distance to Pavilion and nearby shopping arcades. Free buggy transfer to Twin Towers. Got a suite for 8 days. Spacious. Quiet. Comfortable. The access to Club Lounge provided a stunning view of the Twin Towers. Food varieties were very limited. It's better to go to the breakfast dining hall instead.
I can’t fault this hotel. Excellent value. The rooms are spacious, up to date with new fittings, clean and neat. Room service meals are inexpensive and arrive quickly plus they are great. The staff are amazing, nothing is too much trouble at anytime of the day or night. You feel very secure here as the hotel has invested properly in security, it has an excellent, well deserved name to maintain. The...
There were some issues with my room but they sorted everything out very quickly. LOVE the view from my room, you definitely need to get a room with the view of the twin towers. The staff are super friendly and very efficient. However, breakfast was average to say the best, lacks variety and quality. Furniture in the rooms as a bit old but all in all, we loved our stay here!
We stayed for a week in this excellent hotel. The room is tidy, quiet, spacious, comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. The hotel staff is extremely friendly and always ready to help. The location of the hotel could not be better. Abundant breakfast with a lot of variety. For every recommendation

Thank you to the manager Raguib and to Mr. Haseeb from the reception counter. Thank you for their kindness in dealing
This was our first stay with JW Marriott. The stay was comfortable! We loved the bathroom which was spacious and came with a bathtub. Location is fantastic. Service missed a mark. Perhaps the staff(s) that attended to us were new. Marriott Bonvoy hotels we’ve stayed at so far had some of the best services thus, sadly this experience stood out.
Had a good stay in JW Marriott KL. The rooms were clean and the air-conditioner was very good. The bathrooms were spacious enough. The gym is great, offer cold towels, and water. Overall it was great, the only two shortcomings I see is the check-in process could be improved to serve geusts faster and also the breakfast area should be expanded since it gets quite crowded.
Is my go to Hotel in KL, always. The location is perfect, just opposite Pavillion KL. The rooms are huge with bathtub. Managed to get connection rooms with twin beds. Got it at RM400+, a good deal. Is a low floor (#03) unit without view. But it doesn’t bother me as the room is new, clean & roomy. Comes with capsule coffee making machine.
A spectacular hotel with world class service from the staff. My parents, husband, and I all stayed here for 5 nights and we enjoyed every moment of it. The hotel was very clean, inviting, classy and well kept. It’s also attached and near many shopping centers and restaurants…it’s in a perfect location. I’d say the best thing about the hotel would be the top notch service their team provides the customer...
Strategic location in Bukit Bintang. The location is super near everything. Pavilion mall is great. Room is quite spacious and newly renovated. Bath room is quite spacious. Room lighting is also good and is suitable for working environment (can be quite bright if you need it). You can choose pillow type between down and foam. However, the check-in process was super long and it was not efficient....

The amenities were good, everything you need is inside, such as iron, hairdryer, but the coffee and tea area was dirty. They didn't clean the drawer.. I was in room *007, spacious. We had a wonderful stay here. The staff are excellent. Very attentive, always smiling, always ready to assist. The rooms are large and well set out. The light switches take a little getting used to, some flip up and down, others, side to side, and some push in and out. The hotel, although dated, is well maintained.
Good place to stay. Can improve the bed seems quite old & not springy at all. The room smells smoke even through it was non smoking floor. The Service & staf was superb. The food also very good with good price & variety of them.
Straight to the point, excellent ! The hotel is still new. Other than that, cleanliness is the most important thing to me and I believe it is to most of all of you. The quality and the services provided which I have experienced was way far above a budget hotel as it describes itself. The staffs were so friendly and humble. It is definitely a first choice hotel for me as it is value for the money.
Really nice experience. Great location of the hotel - train station and big shopping mall are just next to it, not far away from city center. Everything is so nice. Staff is cooperative & helpful. Location is good. There is mall at ground level. When you come first time don't get confused take escalators to the 1st floor, Reception is at right hand. Variety of vegetarian food is limited in breakfast. Apart from that all is good.
Stayed here for 6 night and was absolutely wonderful. This will definitely be my go to when visiting KL in the future. They know how to treat guests and make you feel special. I got the 5 star treatment here. The location is great. Everything needed is in the center the hotel is based in. Had a great night walking to the Patronos towers and discovery amazing food. I’ll be coming back here.
Good hotel, value for money. Express check-in. Location is prime. Clean and spacious rooms. Well maintained. Toilets are clean. Have almost all amenities. You can also find food court and shopping mall at lower levels of this hotel.
The hotel was of great quality located above a shopping mall so there's quite selection of place to eat as well as to buy personal necessities. Our stay for four nights at this lovely hotel had been wonderful. It’s a safe area with great location. There’s cookies and drink to welcome guests. Breakfast buffet offers a range of options. Food court and grocery store was just downstairs of the mall. Overall, we had had a pleasant experience staying at this hotel.
Service is impeccable. The welcome cookies were delicious as always. The rest of the staff were very welcoming and hospitable as well. The room was superb. Strategic location (near pavilion and bukit bintang- walking distance). Love the friendly staff and the breakfast buffet selection. The last time I went was December of 2019. Will love to come back again soon!
Very good hotel, clean, spacious, old looking but comfy bed, pillows and duvet!! OK for a 5* hotel, I had booked this hotel for my quarantine upon returning from overseas... its been a nice experience staying here. I knocked off one star because the windows could not be opened to get fresh air into the room. Too bad they are closing down in September.
14 day quarantine My partner and I both booked premium stays for quarantine here. The staff have been beyond helpful and kind everyday. The room is spacious with the most comfortable king size bed. Excellent amenities in the rooms.
My one week stay due to quarantine requirement was pleasant and comfortable. The room was clean though slightly dated. I chose the premium package . Pros: Excellent staff at the front desk. Cheryl was very attentive to all my concerns such as parking, food, and key issues. Loved the room design except for one thing - the wardrobe is in the same room as the bathroom and toilet, meaning no one can grab their clothes to change if someone is using the bath/shower or toilet. Service staff are friendly and helpful, and housekeeping pretty efficient with requests. Pool has quite a few cabanas and isn't usually crowded.
PARKROYAL Collection offers the best value in Kuala Lumpur with its location, room size, amenities, and service. It's the only hotel that I choose to stay in Kuala Lumpur. Perfect location and nicely decorated. The food could be improved as I have tried much better options at sunway hotel with lower price. But with location link to LRT it’s definitely a good choice for any business event. I didn’t stay in the room so can’t comment on the room but I’m sure it’s going to be great too.
Ive stayed in this hotel more than 30 times probably in the past 5 years and i would say it feels like home. The service, rooms and food are all excellent! they always go the extra mile to make me feel special once i step foot inside the hotel.

I think I'll keep staying here for KL work trips.

Clean but dated, no AC in walkways during our stay. But good value given the price, not much to do walking distance, mal in front of hotel is pretty much dead. Staff polite. Nice spread of breakfast.
I experienced a late check-in around 6 pm on a weekday, despite the hotel being fully booked the day before. Unfortunately, there were no complimentary amenities provided during the waiting time, which was a bit frustrating after a tiring morning in KL. I was looking forward to resting after lunch. However, I appreciated that they offered me a complimentary late check-out at 3 pm, even though I couldn...
Spacious club room with separated wardrobe. Love it. For special request was stand by baby cot in the room. Wide choice of breakfast items with fresh juices and brewed coffee. In hotel 3 restaurants pretty enough for lunch and dinner, because opposite hotel mall is ghost town. Vegetarian restaurant with North Indian delicacies highly recommended for quiet dinner or lunch. Room service also very fast...
Best ever hotel I ever had. Best part is food they serve you all kind of foods. Being an Indian and semivegetarian I got all kind of food and rooms and cleanliness are perfect everything is perfect but you will never find any complaints anything can be resolved and you won't require any special instructions or guidance everything is perfect. I just loved it and want to go again again. Loved it..
Lovely hotel with spacious rooms in a good location. Major malls, nightlife & food joints are all a short drive away with some even a 5 minutes walk. Good hospitality by the staff. The rooms have some loose bits and bobs but renovation will start next year, fingers crossed.
I didn't stay here but visited one of it's restaurants, Celestial Court for my mother's birthday. My mother is very traditional and a picky eater so I decided to take her for the dim sum buffet. She didn't complain one bit meaning the food was delicious! The service was impeccable and prompt. The wait staff always had a smile on their faces. If this is any indication, I am positive that Sheraton...

Lovely hotel, best breakfast - so many choices and absolutely delicious. Great pool, nice bar, comfy beds and large rooms. The staff were friendly and professional. The hotel is a bit dated but great value for a 5 star hotel. Location is handy to bars and restaurants.
Very large hotel. Well located. I have been lucky to have a Suite. Price was Ok. Nevertheless, few points for improvement: - No international plug except 1 but not next to the bed to charge phone - Mini bar was empty despite being in a suite - Breakfast was wide in terms of choice but quality was average/not great - Room service: in line with breakfast Overall remains an option if you are looking...
The room is quite old style, which is not bad.. I like the bathroom as they have window through the room, and also provide shower and bathtub separately, big sink area as well. It will be better if they vacuumed the mat more often and wash the pillows so it won't feels like we slept on somebody else' s pillow with their smell on it. I like the sound of mini waterfall on the diner area, it's really...
Breakfast was outstanding and catered for all 11 of us needs. Rooms were very large clean and roomy. Location was superb and close to all facilities we visited.
Stay here 3 days 2 night for a business trip. Booked a superior room. I have a great experience at here. Fast check in and friendly staff. Very helpful. The room are luxurious decor and super big room and clean. Get a room include breakfast, their food for breakfast are good and delicious. Generally, I really satisfied with the experience here. Will come back again in future!
We stayed on New Year's Eve. You could tell from a distance that the building was old, and to be honest, I didn't expect much inside the building either. But the lobby and entrance were cleaner and better maintained than I expected. However, the rooms were old and not as clean as the hotel lobby. Still, I appreciated the fact that the price was almost the same as normal, even though it was a special...

An older hotel, a bit tired. Some parts needs attention like door knobs, room service needs better attention, floor staff at main entrance and female cleaner busily distracted with their private mobile phone, guest wifi connection gets cut off once checked out, WHY ?? Overseas guest can't receive or sent out urgent messages !!!
The rooms are wide the place is safe we lost our AirPod after changing rooms and it was found the food is limited in the breakfast buffet and in room dining the hot water is limited the rooms are not so clean as expected for five star hotel but it’s located in a large mall building which helps to get food easy
Near a large shopping mall. The room is big with strong shower. The breakfast is average. The swimming pool with a twin tower view is most attrative to me. If you time, highly recommend you to swim at the level 14. But you need to bring your own towel.
I was really nervous about staying here after I read the reviews especially as the travel agent booked for us. It’s not as bad as the reviews say. The rooms don’t match the quality of the lobby, but the staff are friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. Complimentary chips and Oreos in the room was a nice bonus, breakfast is vegetarian but there’s enough goodies to enjoy and fill your...
The staff were very helpful and the room was very clean and big. It was also near to all amenities such as the mall, theme park, foodcourt, monorail, Bukit Bintang, etc.
When I was here last time this hotel was much better 8 years ago. Not really impressed having seen it now. It badly needs renovations. Bedroom door lock was broken, the bathroom tiles were loose, the phone in the room is stuck from the early 2000s and the hallway outside the bedroom is reminiscent of a horror movie...very dated and dead. The 3rd bed we were provided was absolutely terrible, it was...

Well what a fabulous hotel... First of all the staff are just the best. Friendly, helpful and always smiling. The rooms are first rate as are the dining facilities and a good selection of food. The ambiance and feeling the hotel is second to none. 👍👍👍👍👍
Room was spacious with a lovely long bath. A luxury to be able to watch TV from it. Love the breakfast spread too. Location was not within walking distance from the main shopping mall but there was a shuttle bus to take guests to KL Sentral.
Had an extremely pleasant stay.. Stayed in a Junior Suite, room was very clean. The staffs were helpful and polite, quite smart with their white jacket. Had a 5 course dinner in the restaurant, enjoyed it very much! And of course, The spa, very good! Looking forward to be back again!
The room is spacious and nicely decorated, as well as equipped with necessities and amenities. Nice hotel. However, there is no free parking for hotel guests, which is quite disappointing. Hotel guests need to pay for parking as well. You can validate your card at the hotel lobby and pay with a flat rate. I wasn’t really impressed with the room view outside the window, as since this hotel opened some...
A gorgeous and consistent art deco/ colonial styling throughout even down to the room furnishings and the 30's jazz muzak. Prepare to splurge if staying here and dinner/ breakfast is all relatively pricey for Malaysian standards but all high quality. The staff were all friendly and accommodating but I had a distinct impression that they were training a new cadre of staff. No one remembered that this...
The desk staff and service staff are incredible in the hotel. Very nice and accommodating. The breakfast deserves 5 stars. It was our second time staying in this hotel and the reason we got back was the breakfast itself. Plenty of options, everything is fresh and tastes very authentic. The rooms however let us down. There is no soundproofing in the windows so all the noise from the city, including...
