got a room right at the corner, a bit of walking from lift but manageable for us. first night was noisy till 11pm but service staff was attentive and tried to find the source of noise and did service recovery following day by checking in on us. have stayed here before due to the location. gym is good so is the pool. buffet was good just that Sunday was busy so plates and food top up was slower.

We had a two super single room with 2 adults 2 small kids. Well maintained and very clean. As Diamond with annual lounge access (which was immediately recognized on arrival) we checkedin in the lounge where we also had breakfast and dinner. After bath the entire bathroom floor is wet and water not draining off so you will be walking in a almost flooding toilet the entire night. The flush on the WC is covered by the WC cover which made flushing a little hassle.

Dorsett KL is a great accommodation if you are in the Bukit Bintang area, its sandwiched by alot of shopping malls and its all 5-10 minutes of walking distance away to get to them. the room was fine for me, the only thing i would like to see is an inclusive of a microwave in the room.

Located near pavilion mall, the largest & most favorite mall in kuala lumpur, easy to find foods and there’s also a room with kitchen set. Perfect place to stay with family.
