Had a wonderful time at MO Kl, and as I was celebrating my birthday there I believed they upgraded my room, not sure tbh. Overall great and lovely experience, breakfast was mid in comparison to W KL, but it was good.

It was our first stay at Mandarin Oriental. We checked in to celebrate hubs birthday. The hotel is definitely a dream! We received plenty of treats by the staff, they sung us happy birthday and wished for a great stay

The bed was so comfortable, I didn't want to get out of it! The hotel's facilities are top-notch, too. The infinity pool on the 24th floor has breathtaking views of the city, and the fitness center is well-equipped

We also had the buffet dinner at the hotel. The breakfast was great too! Great thing about MO: 1. The warm and inviting vibe from the staff 4. Great selection of food Not so great thing about MO: 1

The hotel's location is perfect - it's connected to the Petronas Twin Towers and has stunning views of the city. My room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities I needed

I always like to stay in shangri-La Hotel. This hotel makes you feel home and comfortable in anywhere. Breakfast was good with a variety of spread which was something we ill look forward to every morning

This hotel is located within the BB area and is very convenient to go anywhere. The free shuttle bus within the BB area is a plus although I didn't get to use it. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in Shangri-La Hotel in KL

Busy hotel, waited 10-15 mins to check in, staff is friendly service is 5 star standard! Room only have one bathrobe, would like to suggest maybe hair dryer can chrg a new model, spent 15 mins for drying long hair! Breakfast buffet is great, service is attentive

The pillow too soft The rest of the hotel amenities is ok and not really impressive as compared to other 5 star hotel in Bintang I have stayed with same price range have lounge and breakfast benefits

The service of the reception is quite packed always so be early to check out. We have booked the twin room but given a king room and is lower quality room then my friend

A hotel that truly provides daily necessities such as holding events in a ballroom and the inside of the hotel is always clean and smells good. Any of the staff provides excellent service

Excellent 5 star hotel apartment. Great location, clean room, comfy bed, strong air con, complete bathroom with bathtub, hot water. Only 1 complaint for the breakfast at Sedap. Butter is displayed in chunk of bowl

Front Desk Zaf gave a nice room to use with High Floor which can see Twin Towers from room, it such a great experience here, Room is Big and All Staff including Housekeeping is good also

A good place for families especially those who loves excitement and water fun. Buffet breakfast at Sunway resort is great but a bit crowded. The aircon in hotel room is super cold even adjusted to 28 degree.

hotel location 💯 it’s connected to the Sunway Pyramid so whenever any of us is tired, we could just head back to the hotel to rest. breakfast crowd on weekends was insaneeee

The room was spacious and clean, bed comfortable and pillows so soft, I loved sinking into them after a long day of touring ( getting lost mostly) The bathroom was clean but I think special attention should be paid to the shower area, that can be cleaned by soaking it in bleach or some detergent as there was moss on the floor and water stains on the door, above the shower door is a gap that tiny flies...

Since my main objective was having a room with the view of the towers, mission was 95% accomplished, so all good :)

I was so pleased with the location of this hotel, it’s in the klcc park area and across from Patronas tower, if you’re trying to avoid the humid / a sudden downpour, you can use the convention center enclosed hallways and then go down an escalator to reach the Suria mall via an underpass, you can even walk all the way to Bukit bintang using this underpass, just make sure you go straight and don’t turn...

If you don’t feel like walking a buggy awaits you to drop you off at klcc suria mall, which is really convenient. I had a very pleasant check in with Amandra who was informative and lovely

This is one of the best hotel if you want to get a full KLCC view (both twin tower) from your room. The room is comfortable and clean but just a normal room to be honest. it’s expensive because of the view and location

Need to wait for 10mins for concierge to check my booking when i’m already late 2hrs but issokay as they give a complimentary chocolate cake room service. The room is soo spacious and tv quality also good

Rooms are comfy and in tip top condition. Breakfast is good but not as good as the one i had in June during my previous visit. For Rm85, I think I had a better deal outside. The pool is great although quite crowded

A short but memorable staycation. Booked 4 rooms but only one was ready by the 3pm check- in time. The other 3 rooms were only ready at 4pm. Staff at the checking counter however was so polite and helpful

The property is near to major districts and areas. It is also near the train station. There are lots of things to see around as it is near the malls and walking districts

The location of the hotel is close to a metro line and is around 10min walk from Kuala lumpur iconic alan Bukit Bintang street that have kuala lumpur top-tier malls including Pavilion Kuala Lumpur mall, While sadly you cant see the Petronas Twin Towers from your room anymore because of the newly built skyscrapers, It is still 10min drive from it, or a 20min walk if your into walking

The air conditioning works well and cools the room quickly. The hotel location is strategic, with easy access to the city center and nearby areas. The staff are friendly and helpful

I stayed one night in the Deluxe King Room and the experience was very satisfying. The room is spacious with a very comfortable king-size bed, perfect for relaxing after a long day

I usually book hotel with great location for transports and restaurants, and this hotel suits perfectly. Also, I enjoyed rooftop swimming pool. Pool got closed for a few hours due to the weather sadly, but understandable

This is the best hotel to stay at KL central. It location is near to everything, from Mrt, KTM, monorail, and buses to everywhere. The hotel staff is super friendly and helpful. The swimming pool and gym are very nice

The location is very near to KL Sentral. The room is big and spacious. Clean and very comfortable! I love the bolster and the pillow. One is heavy and another one light. The TV have good shows and many channels

The rooms were clean and service friendly and helpful. I asked for a spoon from WXYZ and they just gave it to me and said keep the spoon (which I returned). Gym on level 4 was great! Not crowded and all modern equipment

On 30 floor room is big with 2 wc in room Bed are comfortable amenities is not a Westin standard. Food was just Ok not that good. Swimming pool was to cool even the weather was 32 c but the water in Pool is just 22-24

Location of the hotel was excellent and a short walk to popular malls, but unfortunately the service fell short of expectations from any other Westin/Marriott hotels

We had a great stay at the westin , the room was spacious and clean with a great view, gym was well equipped and Rajesh the manager was always on hand to assist and ensure we had a great stay.

Nice Big room we do book a Club suite but funny that we got a suite but not on the club floor. But any way the key card still can used to go to club lounge

It took another 10 to 15 minutes to get the correct pillow, that’s us waiting at least half an hour for a simple request. Overall it was still a great stay, but there could be improvement in their service

The shopping mall is just next to it. Spending time in this mall is the best experience to enjoy the time for couple of days.   The hotel has many restaurants, one of them is a signature restaurant

Fantastic location—just a 5-minute walk to Pavilion KL. The hotel staff provided excellent service and even upgraded our room to a Junior Executive Suite, which was a perfect fit for our family with 4 kids

The hotel can consider having a pillow menu soon or change the pillows entirely. Overall, the customer service is still very good and we will still recommend young families and couples to stay there

They even set up a special birthday decoration with a cake for my child, which made the experience unforgettable. I highly recommend this hotel. Truly one of the best stays we've had!

The cleaning of the bathroom needs more attention, the sink/ toilet area was clean but the shower needs a good scrubbing and maybe re -grouting

The hotel is centrally location near pavilion, rooms are clean food is good. Breakfast has a big menu. The only issue is the early check in is now not facilitated easily.

Check in with Stephanie was efficient and quick. The room was big and comfortable, the view is good but you can’t see much from the bed, the bathroom has the best view of the tower. I liked the room and the bed was cosy

Disappointing Front Desk Experience, But Excellent Breakfast Service I recently stayed at this 5-star hotel and, unfortunately, was very disappointed with the front desk service

New staff since begin of year. Some try too hard to please. Others nervous, like kept crunch my new passport and dog eating the pages, for goodness sake have respect for people's property!

The food at the market street was excellent and a good price. Must have been since each restaurant on both sides of the street were full of people eating

The nearest mall is Pavillon and TRX is also walkable. The hotel interior is aged but clean. We were upgraded but the room was not ventilated and smelt musky when we entered so we have to open all the windows first

This is a very good hotel for family. They have kitchen and loungers facilities hence you don’t need to take many Dress if you book Dorset. I’m definitely going to book again
