This was our second stay this year. We loved it so much the first time, we didn’t hesitate to book again. Excellent service from all the staff we encountered. We were made to feel very welcome by the attentive staff

from the Buffet Breakfast to the Lemon Garden Lounge and the all over feel of the hotel was outstanding, BUT what made our stay even more AMAZING was the STAFF!!!!! They are the most welcoming and friendliest people we have come across on our travels, so to ALL the staff in all areas of the hotel we would like to say a big THANK YOU ❤️ for making our stay in KL a trip to remember

There are many restaurants inside the hotel making us to not leave the hotel and keep hanging out in the lounge. The food are amazing as the portion are huge and delicious. I think I would come back for the food only

From entering to check in to check out, everyone is really nice and welcoming including housekeepers. The location is strategic since it is in the city making it easier to explore around it

Atmosphere & service: The only reason why I would choose to stay here is the service provided by staff. It feels like being apart of a family. The service provided by them are amazing

From the moment you pull up you are greeted & assisted. Throughout our entire stay that same hospitality was incredible. A beautiful establishment with outstanding amenities

Breakfast buffet offers large variety of Western and Asian cuisine and also a good selection of bread, pastries and coffee

Rooftop bar and pool is very nice, it's not heated so can be a bit chilly for kids. Loads to explore locally, markets, food, etc. Would definitely make a point to stay here again, we loved it that much! Thanks ❤️

Perfect location, right next to KL Sentral station with indoor access across a walkway (head up the escalator into the shopping centre then take a sharp right). Was a great base for us to explore KL via train

Buffet breakfast was brilliant, nice varied selection of food. The restaurant is not open every day but you can get room service 24/7. Room service food was really nice

Waiting time to be seated in the breakfast area on weekends or holidays can be quite long due to a small number of seats and tablets compared to the huge number of rooms. But nonetheless worth it coming for breakfast

Stayed for one night on the 27th floor in a Guestroom King. Fast check-in and check-out, spacious room. All necessary amenities available for free. Very large hotel with a lot of families staying but also couples

A strategically located hotel in the city centre. But mind you that this is an old hotel. The rooms are dated & in dire need of refurbishment. Air conditioning is good enough

I've seen worse but there's many other hotels with better bed. Nevertheless, I am particularly impressed with the services & hospitality of the staff here. They are very friendly, humble & attentive

Perfect location, friendly service, free parking for guests, affordable price. But, we booked a non-smoking room, but the room still had really strong smoke smell. Pillows had weird smell as well.

Room service was good, except for the fact that they provided very little amount of water for free during summers. Could've provided bigger bottles for each people. Rooms were clean, washroom was nice

Good location, great hotel overall and breakfast. Laundry is very expensive and they do not accept credit card payments for excurision they sell. There are very good restauranr around the area!

The reception was cold. Noone welcomed us or offered to take our bags up. We carried them up to our rooms. Breakfast was good with different options. They were very strict about finishing off on time.

The kids club offering varied activities. The employees host with love and patience which is very professional. My 6 and 3 years old children stay here for fours days so we all have a very nice break.

Only thing was that previous guest had been smoking in my room and u could still smell the stench. The staff sprayed the room after my complaint

Club benefits better seek lounge for breakfast was best option and gave more private feels. Late Dinner around the hotel and be difficult so better use Grab services

One can peacefully and happily stay for days because the entertainment outside the hotel is walking distance only. Many stayers had mentioned about the Pavilion shopping mall. Which I think that one should visit

Room was clean and tidy and very strong hot shower. Breakfast can be limited to choose and doesn’t taste great. It seemed emphasize on bread and desserts which was nice though

Loved the view which you get from this hotel. Breakfast menu was good and a lot of variety was there. You can find all types of options in it. There is always a rush in the lobby during check in/chrck out time

Service from staffs were excellent despite we checked in at night. Staffs at the coffee house were also very accommodating. Room was very spacious, clean and comfy. However, I can still hear children crying next door

Attended by staff named asyraf at reception during check in , hes so generous n super friendly we got free upgrade from deluxe king to family suite 😃 the lobby smells was so pleasant too

Breakfast spread was marvellous ! but have to come down really early cuz so many ppl during weekend. Late check out at 3 pm cuz we book direct. Afterall it was an amazing experience !

Important points: - this hotel has the best view of twin tower other than the any hotels around the towers. - swimming pool is very good for the one who does not want sun shine

Use parking ticket and not the touch and go in order for the hotel to balance your parking ticket. I definitely recommend this hotel. For the one who doesn’t know this hotel: Traders hotel is not something unknown hotel

The rooms are spacious, up to date with new fittings, clean and neat. Room service meals are inexpensive and arrive quickly plus they are great

Walking distance to Pavilion and nearby shopping arcades. Free buggy transfer to Twin Towers. The access to Club Lounge provided a stunning view of the Twin Towers. Food varieties were very limited

Trying to amend the special request after booking but the page didn't load. Overall it is an ok experience but if you are here for great view but not if you fancy new, modern setting

Great view of the twin towers from executive room but air conditioner is very loud at night. Didn't quite like the sound from the TV in the bathroom

A five-star hotel in an excellent location. There is plenty of shower space, and the water pressure is strong. The room is spacious and comfortable. The breakfast buffet could be improved; the selection is quite limited

Is my go to Hotel in KL, always. The location is perfect, just opposite Pavillion KL. The rooms are huge with bathtub. Managed to get connection rooms with twin beds. Got it at RM400+, a good deal

Room lighting is also good and is suitable for working environment (can be quite bright if you need it). You can choose pillow type between down and foam

Marriott Bonvoy hotels we’ve stayed at so far had some of the best services thus, sadly this experience stood out

The leather stool and toilet bowl were dusty, it shows that they hadn't had guests in a while. The lighting was good, except the makeup mirror area. Water pressure was strong, and the air conditioning worked well

The staff looked professional, and breakfast was good. There was a decent buffet spread. at night, I heard walking sound,like 7steps, then silence for 10 seconds, followed by the same sound until I fell asleep

Rooms are bit dated but kept in a good shape. Had club lounge access and for me it was absolutely worthy. Chereza bar has a huge list of drinks but unfortunately many of them were not available when I tried to order them

I stayed at this hotel for s night, i huess the room got refurbished. Some parts of the room looked old, some looked new

Staff is cooperative & helpful. There is mall at ground level. When you come first time don't get confused take escalators to the 1st floor, Reception is at right hand. Variety of vegetarian food is limited in breakfast

Stayed here for 6 night and was absolutely wonderful. This will definitely be my go to when visiting KL in the future. They know how to treat guests and make you feel special. I got the 5 star treatment here

Though be advise that even you purchase twin bed room with two people occupants, the complimentary breakfast was only for one person so it was quite unfortunate and the cost for additional person was around RM 60-70 (don't quote me on this, it might differ)

Excellent amenities in the rooms

We had a wonderful 3D2N stay here for leisurely last month. A very good location, in the central of KL. The staffs are excellent, very attentive, always smiling and always ready to assist

They serve a very good spreads of breakfast on Level 38, with amazing views of twin towers! The in room toiletries are amazing! The shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body lotion they provided are from the luxury brand ‘Balmain Paris’! We will definitely come back again for our next staycation in KL!

One of the best hotels I've stayed in. Impeccable service and extremely clean and comfortable environment. The location was perfect with easy access to KLCC and Pavilion, and the rooms had such beautiful views

By far one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. We arrived midnight and there was a slight delay in bags coming to the room. But everything else was amazing , the staff so friendly , going above and beyond

Though hotel is ten years old it is maintained like new. Location in KLCC is excellent, with easy access to covered walking bridges

Recommending restaurants and sights to visits with care. The pool area was great for adults and perfect for toddlers too. The spa and sauna area a absolute delight. The gym was way nice than my fitness first membership

Amazing property, great check in and out process and amazing staff from the bellboy to the executive lounge. The executive lounge served great alcohol including Guinness on tap and super fresh DIY salad

Looks like small improvements have been done to the rooms; a suggestion to upgrade or change the living room sofa and dining table

The club rooms located 19th floor onwards have their own lounge & butler. The view is excellent facing the lagoon park. It's like a holiday away from home.

Rooms were nicely decorated and clean. However, for the price paid, I expected a larger room. The breakfast buffet spread was fantastic, but keep in mind that the restaurant is in the next hotel

Location is very convenient to all the restaurants and shopping. It was raining for the 3 days I was there. So, not having to go out of the building to have access to things is great

If you have children, the location is extremely convenient. Sunway lagoon and the Pyramid Mall are all connected. Overall, we had a wonderful stay

It is also close to the location where I needed to go for meetings. Cons: The keycards didn’t work most of the time. I had to reset keys daily to get them to scan at the door and the elevator

When we had dinner on our last night, we asked for pizza which was not on the menu and we got a beautiful Hawaiian pizza that tasted really good. There's only 1 restaurant in this hotel although the food is good

Huge variety, very good quality - Indian, vegetarian, Chinese, Malay, Japanese, Western type foods with a wide selection of drinks like cappuccino, latte, teh tarik, fruit juices, which was amazing

PARKROYAL Collection offers the best value in Kuala Lumpur with its location, room size, amenities, and service. It's the only hotel that I choose to stay in Kuala Lumpur

Service staff were outstandingly good. All were very knowledgeable and proactive in helping us especially with our two little kids

Only issue is the placement of the toiletries - the shampoo, conditioner & shower gel are placed too high and makes it very difficult to reach especially for those who are shorter. Buffet breakfast was fabulous

Location: Prime spot in the heart of Bukit Bintang and lots of shopping malls and F&B choices. Room: Clean and huge room with modern decor. Fantastic view of Bukit Bintang and the famous junction

Lovely hotel with spacious rooms in a good location. Major malls, nightlife & food joints are all a short drive away with some even a 5 minutes walk. Good hospitality by the staff

Clean but dated, no AC in walkways during our stay. But good value given the price, not much to do walking distance, mal in front of hotel is pretty much dead. Staff polite. Nice spread of breakfast.

I wasn’t really impressed with the room view outside the window, as since this hotel opened some time ago, the highest floor was perhaps like 20 floors above ground level; thus, you do not get a magnified nighttime skyline view

I was given a room with a beautiful view over looking the Sunway lagoon. The House keeping department was very efficient. Within few minutes they would bring whatever I needed. I and my family enjoyed our stay very much

For swimming pool, need to go to Sunway Lagoon hotel, quite far but still within walking distance. A bit difficult to find parking especially during peak time
