This was our second stay this year. We loved it so much the first time, we didn’t hesitate to book again. Excellent service from all the staff we encountered. We were made to feel very welcome by the attentive staff

Conclusion:great place for families who wants to relax and enjoy their facilities. Love that they cater activities for kids to ensure everyone had a good time together

In particular, Zie and her team at the Horizon Club Lounge made us feel like we were at home. We will definitely be staying here again!

I like this place to be the best, you can bring your family and children and couples, this place can reminisce about the past for those who are interested in healing, you can sit on a recliner by the beach, relieve stress, take a bath with couples, watch a big TV while taking a shower

from the Buffet Breakfast to the Lemon Garden Lounge and the all over feel of the hotel was outstanding, BUT what made our stay even more AMAZING was the STAFF!!!!! They are the most welcoming and friendliest people we have come across on our travels, so to ALL the staff in all areas of the hotel we would like to say a big THANK YOU ❤️ for making our stay in KL a trip to remember

From entering to check in to check out, everyone is really nice and welcoming including housekeepers. The location is strategic since it is in the city making it easier to explore around it

A hotel that truly provides daily necessities such as holding events in a ballroom and the inside of the hotel is always clean and smells good. Any of the staff provides excellent service

Club benefits better seek lounge for breakfast was best option and gave more private feels. Late Dinner around the hotel and be difficult so better use Grab services

The location is good, center of the city The rooms are big but they were very dirty. However the staffs are friendly and understanding. They tried cleaning it up for me

One can peacefully and happily stay for days because the entertainment outside the hotel is walking distance only. Many stayers had mentioned about the Pavilion shopping mall. Which I think that one should visit

Use parking ticket and not the touch and go in order for the hotel to balance your parking ticket. I definitely recommend this hotel. For the one who doesn’t know this hotel: Traders hotel is not something unknown hotel

The rooms are spacious, up to date with new fittings, clean and neat. Room service meals are inexpensive and arrive quickly plus they are great

Walking distance to Pavilion and nearby shopping arcades. Free buggy transfer to Twin Towers. The access to Club Lounge provided a stunning view of the Twin Towers. Food varieties were very limited

Trying to amend the special request after booking but the page didn't load. Overall it is an ok experience but if you are here for great view but not if you fancy new, modern setting

Great view of the twin towers from executive room but air conditioner is very loud at night. Didn't quite like the sound from the TV in the bathroom

The leather stool and toilet bowl were dusty, it shows that they hadn't had guests in a while. The lighting was good, except the makeup mirror area. Water pressure was strong, and the air conditioning worked well

The staff looked professional, and breakfast was good. There was a decent buffet spread. at night, I heard walking sound,like 7steps, then silence for 10 seconds, followed by the same sound until I fell asleep

Rooms are bit dated but kept in a good shape. Had club lounge access and for me it was absolutely worthy. Chereza bar has a huge list of drinks but unfortunately many of them were not available when I tried to order them

I stayed at this hotel for s night, i huess the room got refurbished. Some parts of the room looked old, some looked new

Can improve the bed seems quite old & not springy at all. The room smells smoke even through it was non smoking floor. The Service & staf was superb. The food also very good with good price & variety of them

To add-on, there are some old reviews which talks about unavailability of English channel, but we got the English channels with good movies playing throughout, though the TV is super old

The room was in excellent shape. Good vibes and the interior were very calm. The bathroom/toilet was very spacious too with sufficient toiletries. There is a hard rock bar nearby the hotel too

Hotel staffs are quite flexible, we got early check-in even though the hotel was super full (as we could see there was literally a queue to checkin and checkout. Housekeeping staff were prompt and polite

Loved the view which you get from this hotel. Breakfast menu was good and a lot of variety was there. You can find all types of options in it. There is always a rush in the lobby during check in/chrck out time

Attended by staff named asyraf at reception during check in , hes so generous n super friendly we got free upgrade from deluxe king to family suite 😃 the lobby smells was so pleasant too

Breakfast spread was marvellous ! but have to come down really early cuz so many ppl during weekend. Late check out at 3 pm cuz we book direct. Afterall it was an amazing experience !

The kids club offering varied activities. The employees host with love and patience which is very professional. My 6 and 3 years old children stay here for fours days so we all have a very nice break.

We truly did not expect too much of a 4 star business hotel but it has far exceeded our expectations. Very very clean rooms, carpet flooring, full toiletry mini bar and even the valet was very nice

The front desk staff are brilliantly courteous and helpful. The location is terrific, and we enjoyed the pool tremendously. Our rooms weren't cold enough even after a complete service

The letdown was that housekeeping missed both our rooms on two separate days which meant we had to ask the front desk to remind them on one day. On another, we just thought to let it slide

It's and old hotel yet still good in it's way. Spacious and comfortable lobby, spacious room. My room has dust in it's bedside table

The room itself was spacious, and the location was very good as it was walking distance to department stores, the twin towers, and other landmarks. The breakfast also had a lot of options, and was adequate

However, we felt that the housekeeping could be slightly improved as the room was not extremely clean and they forgot to provide hand soap

But the worse part is the food, which extends from the main breakfast buffet to the club lounge all-day spread to in-room dining. Everything was bland and poorly seasoned. We were so bored of it by day one

I still remember this hotel till today. I stayed here in 1998 during Lunar New Year period. They began operations a few months ago only. I had the best stay of my life. Their service standards are the best in the world

I asked for my country’s newspaper and they sent a staff to the airport to get it from the airline. They went above and beyond their duty. I stayed in a normal room and not a suite but i felt i got the VIP treatment

I was given a room with a beautiful view over looking the Sunway lagoon. The House keeping department was very efficient. Within few minutes they would bring whatever I needed. I and my family enjoyed our stay very much

For swimming pool, need to go to Sunway Lagoon hotel, quite far but still within walking distance. A bit difficult to find parking especially during peak time

From the moment I arrived Sunway Pyramid Hotel ,I was impressed by the warm hospitality and impeccable service provided by the hotel staff

There were many shops nearby and it was convenient for breakfast, lunch and dinner

A strategically located hotel in the city centre. But mind you that this is an old hotel. The rooms are dated & in dire need of refurbishment. Air conditioning is good enough

Perfect location, friendly service, free parking for guests, affordable price. But, we booked a non-smoking room, but the room still had really strong smoke smell. Pillows had weird smell as well.

Rooftop bar and pool is very nice, it's not heated so can be a bit chilly for kids. Loads to explore locally, markets, food, etc. Would definitely make a point to stay here again, we loved it that much! Thanks ❤️

Perfect location, right next to KL Sentral station with indoor access across a walkway (head up the escalator into the shopping centre then take a sharp right). Was a great base for us to explore KL via train

Buffet breakfast was brilliant, nice varied selection of food. The restaurant is not open every day but you can get room service 24/7. Room service food was really nice

Waiting time to be seated in the breakfast area on weekends or holidays can be quite long due to a small number of seats and tablets compared to the huge number of rooms. But nonetheless worth it coming for breakfast

Stayed for one night on the 27th floor in a Guestroom King. Fast check-in and check-out, spacious room. All necessary amenities available for free. Very large hotel with a lot of families staying but also couples

The club rooms located 19th floor onwards have their own lounge & butler. The view is excellent facing the lagoon park. It's like a holiday away from home.

Rooms were nicely decorated and clean. However, for the price paid, I expected a larger room. The breakfast buffet spread was fantastic, but keep in mind that the restaurant is in the next hotel

It is also close to the location where I needed to go for meetings. Cons: The keycards didn’t work most of the time. I had to reset keys daily to get them to scan at the door and the elevator

If you have children, the location is extremely convenient. Sunway lagoon and the Pyramid Mall are all connected. Overall, we had a wonderful stay

Amazing property, great check in and out process and amazing staff from the bellboy to the executive lounge. The executive lounge served great alcohol including Guinness on tap and super fresh DIY salad

Looks like small improvements have been done to the rooms; a suggestion to upgrade or change the living room sofa and dining table

When we had dinner on our last night, we asked for pizza which was not on the menu and we got a beautiful Hawaiian pizza that tasted really good. There's only 1 restaurant in this hotel although the food is good

Huge variety, very good quality - Indian, vegetarian, Chinese, Malay, Japanese, Western type foods with a wide selection of drinks like cappuccino, latte, teh tarik, fruit juices, which was amazing

But I think having a second restaurant would be good. Just the right depth for my kids to play in with a very beautiful decor around the pool

Service staff were outstandingly good. All were very knowledgeable and proactive in helping us especially with our two little kids

Only issue is the placement of the toiletries - the shampoo, conditioner & shower gel are placed too high and makes it very difficult to reach especially for those who are shorter. Buffet breakfast was fabulous

We had a wonderful 3D2N stay here for leisurely last month. A very good location, in the central of KL. The staffs are excellent, very attentive, always smiling and always ready to assist

They serve a very good spreads of breakfast on Level 38, with amazing views of twin towers! The in room toiletries are amazing! The shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body lotion they provided are from the luxury brand ‘Balmain Paris’! We will definitely come back again for our next staycation in KL!

By far one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. We arrived midnight and there was a slight delay in bags coming to the room. But everything else was amazing , the staff so friendly , going above and beyond

Though hotel is ten years old it is maintained like new. Location in KLCC is excellent, with easy access to covered walking bridges

Recommending restaurants and sights to visits with care. The pool area was great for adults and perfect for toddlers too. The spa and sauna area a absolute delight. The gym was way nice than my fitness first membership
