Front Desk Zaf gave a nice room to use with High Floor which can see Twin Towers from room, it such a great experience here, Room is Big and All Staff including Housekeeping is good also

Had a wonderful time at MO Kl, and as I was celebrating my birthday there I believed they upgraded my room, not sure tbh. Overall great and lovely experience, breakfast was mid in comparison to W KL, but it was good.

It was not good my view must be on twins towers but give me room in corner like in picture, also there are water fall from the opening light not save and make bad smell , the breakfast there are not helpfully

It was our first stay at Mandarin Oriental. We checked in to celebrate hubs birthday. The hotel is definitely a dream! We received plenty of treats by the staff, they sung us happy birthday and wished for a great stay

The bed was so comfortable, I didn't want to get out of it! The hotel's facilities are top-notch, too. The infinity pool on the 24th floor has breathtaking views of the city, and the fitness center is well-equipped

There are many restaurants inside the hotel making us to not leave the hotel and keep hanging out in the lounge. The food are amazing as the portion are huge and delicious. I think I would come back for the food only

From entering to check in to check out, everyone is really nice and welcoming including housekeepers. The location is strategic since it is in the city making it easier to explore around it

The room was spacious and clean, bed comfortable and pillows so soft, I loved sinking into them after a long day of touring ( getting lost mostly) The bathroom was clean but I think special attention should be paid to the shower area, that can be cleaned by soaking it in bleach or some detergent as there was moss on the floor and water stains on the door, above the shower door is a gap that tiny flies...

I was so pleased with the location of this hotel, it’s in the klcc park area and across from Patronas tower, if you’re trying to avoid the humid / a sudden downpour, you can use the convention center enclosed hallways and then go down an escalator to reach the Suria mall via an underpass, you can even walk all the way to Bukit bintang using this underpass, just make sure you go straight and don’t turn...

This is one of the best hotel if you want to get a full KLCC view (both twin tower) from your room. The room is comfortable and clean but just a normal room to be honest. it’s expensive because of the view and location

near to KLCC park, just walking distance if you want to go for a walk or jog. they also provide buggy service to KLCC if you are too tired to walk. breakfast spread was also good enough for me

If you don’t feel like walking a buggy awaits you to drop you off at klcc suria mall, which is really convenient. I had a very pleasant check in with Amandra who was informative and lovely

Is my go to Hotel in KL, always. The location is perfect, just opposite Pavillion KL. The rooms are huge with bathtub. Managed to get connection rooms with twin beds. Got it at RM400+, a good deal

Comes with breakfast and their spread was extensive! Their staff were all round friendly, from the bell boy, to the reception, to the wait staff at the restaurant. The only downside is that they don't have free parking

When we had dinner on our last night, we asked for pizza which was not on the menu and we got a beautiful Hawaiian pizza that tasted really good. There's only 1 restaurant in this hotel although the food is good

Huge variety, very good quality - Indian, vegetarian, Chinese, Malay, Japanese, Western type foods with a wide selection of drinks like cappuccino, latte, teh tarik, fruit juices, which was amazing

PARKROYAL Collection offers the best value in Kuala Lumpur with its location, room size, amenities, and service. It's the only hotel that I choose to stay in Kuala Lumpur

But I think having a second restaurant would be good. Just the right depth for my kids to play in with a very beautiful decor around the pool

The location of the hotel is close to a metro line and is around 10min walk from Kuala lumpur iconic alan Bukit Bintang street that have kuala lumpur top-tier malls including Pavilion Kuala Lumpur mall, While sadly you cant see the Petronas Twin Towers from your room anymore because of the newly built skyscrapers, It is still 10min drive from it, or a 20min walk if your into walking

Nice and clean room. The bed is comfortable with 4 pillow, the toilet is spacious and the bathroom amenities is fantastic. Nice interior design and the luggage rack is sufficient for 2 caring design.

Spacious rooms , clean with fresh towels 👍 will stay again when in KL

A very nice hotel that is so centrally located. It is literally 2 mins away from KL Sentral station, making it a convenient choice when staying in KL. The hotel staff is very nice and the facilities are clean.

This is the best hotel to stay at KL central. It location is near to everything, from Mrt, KTM, monorail, and buses to everywhere. The hotel staff is super friendly and helpful. The swimming pool and gym are very nice

The location is very near to KL Sentral. The room is big and spacious. Clean and very comfortable! I love the bolster and the pillow. One is heavy and another one light. The TV have good shows and many channels

Ideal location, directly connected to KL Sentral station and easy access to NU Sentral shopping mall. Room is big with a great city view. Infinity pool is on the top floor, perfect for a dip after hours of walking.

I stayed here for 1 night to see to contrast this with the Le Meridien where I also stayed one night. The rooms here are massive and "Loft" like, hence the name. All dark brown kind of wooden colours

On 30 floor room is big with 2 wc in room Bed are comfortable amenities is not a Westin standard. Food was just Ok not that good. Swimming pool was to cool even the weather was 32 c but the water in Pool is just 22-24

The hotel location is excellent with Pavilion on the opposite side of the street whereby you can do your shopping and lots of restaurants. The bed was very comfortable and the service staffs were friendly.

Location of the hotel was excellent and a short walk to popular malls, but unfortunately the service fell short of expectations from any other Westin/Marriott hotels

Nice Big room we do book a Club suite but funny that we got a suite but not on the club floor. But any way the key card still can used to go to club lounge

Another issue we encountered was the long waiting time when we requested for their firmest pillow. It took over 20 minutes for the pillow to arrive, and it ended up being the softest one

Unfortunately, the room we were assigned was at the very end of a long hallway, the most “corner” room possible. We were eventually reassigned to a room on the 19th floor

The shopping mall is just next to it. Spending time in this mall is the best experience to enjoy the time for couple of days.   The hotel has many restaurants, one of them is a signature restaurant

Make others guests so unfair and unhappy. 4) the restaurant breakfast also not so good. Please look for more various of foods. 5) swimming pool also very dirty. Is the dirty thing under the water

Bringing Kids enjoy all the facilities for example Water park adventure located at 5th floor and first floor wonderland explore for kids playing games and joining some activities but activities need more extra paid

The cleaning of the bathroom needs more attention, the sink/ toilet area was clean but the shower needs a good scrubbing and maybe re -grouting

The hotel is centrally location near pavilion, rooms are clean food is good. Breakfast has a big menu. The only issue is the early check in is now not facilitated easily.

Check in with Stephanie was efficient and quick. The room was big and comfortable, the view is good but you can’t see much from the bed, the bathroom has the best view of the tower. I liked the room and the bed was cosy

Disappointing Front Desk Experience, But Excellent Breakfast Service I recently stayed at this 5-star hotel and, unfortunately, was very disappointed with the front desk service

New staff since begin of year. Some try too hard to please. Others nervous, like kept crunch my new passport and dog eating the pages, for goodness sake have respect for people's property!

The food at the market street was excellent and a good price. Must have been since each restaurant on both sides of the street were full of people eating

The hotel is quite central and there is a coffeeshop nearby for local breakfast. The hotel breakfast was average if not fussy but eating mostly the same thing every day is quite mundane

The nearest mall is Pavillon and TRX is also walkable. The hotel interior is aged but clean. We were upgraded but the room was not ventilated and smelt musky when we entered so we have to open all the windows first

Good experience with good hospitality, the hotel at strategic location

Our room 1715 manage to get between 1-3 bar intermittently and it caused a lot of disruption as there were no 4G/5G signal in our room. Also there were pest (cockroach) in the buffet area and we reported it

Fantastic location—just a 5-minute walk to Pavilion KL. The hotel staff provided excellent service and even upgraded our room to a Junior Executive Suite, which was a perfect fit for our family with 4 kids
