Arenaa Star Hotel

This hotel is pathetic. Even this is not hotel it is called 1 star motel. No cleaning in the room. No towel change. No bedsheets change. Every time you need to call on reception and still it will take more then 30 min to sending towel in the room. Don't book this hotel it is total waste of money.

This is not a hotel where I should be.
The rooms are very very small, my family feels suffocated in the room, room was not clean properly, AC was not working. When we asked the front desk she asked a person to show me other rooms, he showed me 2 rooms. The bed cover of booth rooms was very dirty. Over all I recommend not to choose this hotel for your stay in Kuala Lumpur. No handle in cupboard, dust on head rest of bed, dust on back of TV.

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. Here are some of the key issues I faced:

Housekeeping: The hotel staff did not change the bath towels or bed sheets unless explicitly asked, and sometimes they didn’t even do it then. This lack of attention to cleanliness is unacceptable.

Customer Service: The reception staff were unresponsive and lacked basic courtesy and respect. It felt as if customer care was not a priority at all.

Overall Experience: The hotel seems to be run with minimal regard for guest comfort, making it suitable only for very short stays. Even then, be prepared to feel discomfort.

Food: The dining experience was poor, and it’s best to not expect much if you choose to stay here.

In summary, I would advise against choosing this hotel, especially when there are other options available. Travel agents might recommend it, but based on my experience, it’s better to look elsewhere for a more comfortable and respectful stay.

I had an incredibly disappointing stay at this hotel. I arrived late after a long journey, only to find that there were no towels in my room. To make matters worse, the air conditioning wasn't functioning. Exhausted, I attempted to sleep but the discomfort was too much.

When I approached the reception to request a room change, the staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. Their lack of professionalism and empathy was shocking.

I ended up checking out early, utterly disappointed with the service, and had to find another hotel to rest.

If I could give no stars, I would. Please don't book this hotel if you don't want to waste your money and feel regret.

I love the location, the staff services are great. But in terms of the conditions of the room, the bed, the chair and overall items inside the room are really bad. We considered it unbearable. We already paid for the 4d3n which cost us around almost 600 ringgit that comes up with the tourist tax. We checked in at 4am and left the establishment for good around 11am and yes the same day. We are really tired so we just tried to sleep it through that morning. We tried to ask for a refund for the other days but under their policy it isn't possible. So I guess what you see is not what you get.

The owner 's nephew don't have the sense to talk with the clients. Very bad experience. Very negative rooms. Got correct room keys after transferring 4 wrong rooms. Asked for the water, owner refused negatively and said " in your room" i said provide it atleast. Never ever book this. Washrooms Don't have stoppers, dark and yellow lights. Not sufficient even. No cooling from the AC, water dropping on the bad.

It was more than the jail & hell.
