from the Buffet Breakfast to the Lemon Garden Lounge and the all over feel of the hotel was outstanding, BUT what made our stay even more AMAZING was the STAFF!!!!! They are the most welcoming and friendliest people we have come across on our travels, so to ALL the staff in all areas of the hotel we would like to say a big THANK YOU ❤️ for making our stay in KL a trip to remember

There are many restaurants inside the hotel making us to not leave the hotel and keep hanging out in the lounge. The food are amazing as the portion are huge and delicious. I think I would come back for the food only

This was our second stay this year. We loved it so much the first time, we didn’t hesitate to book again. Excellent service from all the staff we encountered. We were made to feel very welcome by the attentive staff

From entering to check in to check out, everyone is really nice and welcoming including housekeepers. The location is strategic since it is in the city making it easier to explore around it

Atmosphere & service: The only reason why I would choose to stay here is the service provided by staff. It feels like being apart of a family. The service provided by them are amazing

Buffet breakfast was brilliant, nice varied selection of food. The restaurant is not open every day but you can get room service 24/7. Room service food was really nice

Rooftop bar and pool is very nice, it's not heated so can be a bit chilly for kids. Loads to explore locally, markets, food, etc. Would definitely make a point to stay here again, we loved it that much! Thanks ❤️

Waiting time to be seated in the breakfast area on weekends or holidays can be quite long due to a small number of seats and tablets compared to the huge number of rooms. But nonetheless worth it coming for breakfast

Perfect location, right next to KL Sentral station with indoor access across a walkway (head up the escalator into the shopping centre then take a sharp right). Was a great base for us to explore KL via train

Stayed for one night on the 27th floor in a Guestroom King. Fast check-in and check-out, spacious room. All necessary amenities available for free. Very large hotel with a lot of families staying but also couples

People talking from the next room were audible but not too loud. Direct access from KL Sentral bus terminal via basement entrance

Great experience provided by the hotel. The breakfast spread is also great, not only asian foods but also western food. The hotel room was clean and we were happy with it

I've seen worse but there's many other hotels with better bed. Nevertheless, I am particularly impressed with the services & hospitality of the staff here. They are very friendly, humble & attentive

A strategically located hotel in the city centre. But mind you that this is an old hotel. The rooms are dated & in dire need of refurbishment. Air conditioning is good enough

Perfect location, friendly service, free parking for guests, affordable price. But, we booked a non-smoking room, but the room still had really strong smoke smell. Pillows had weird smell as well.

Excellent location, just 5 minutes from the monorail station and a large shopping mall. The Petronas Twin Towers can be seen from the rooftop

There’s complimentary parking behind the hotel on a first-come, first-served basis. If you don’t manage to get a spot, there are a few paid parking lots around the area. The room looked clean and tidy

The WP Hotel is located in a convenient location with many eateries within earshot of the building. The monorail is nearby, but if walking is your style then it’s an exciting area to explore

Large pool, spacious shower, floor-to-ceiling windows with a stunning two-wall view, which could use a good cleaning. It would be absolutely perfect then

The housekeeper told me that the bathroom was clean but that the stench was coming from the drain pipe. Unfortunately, I couldn’t verify if this was true or not, so I just said okay

Swimming pool and gym room with nice city view are provided on the top of the building. WiFi cannot connect in 10th floor

Quick and responsive service from the FNB, food and beverage team of waiters and staffs at restaurant in charge of breakfast food and cleaning. Very meaningful and will NEVER forget the stay

Good location, great hotel overall and breakfast. Laundry is very expensive and they do not accept credit card payments for excurision they sell. There are very good restauranr around the area!

Whilst we had a great stay and enjoyed everything about this hotel, just some stuff that staff need to work on such as, ensuring a proper clean, ensuring towels and bedding provided to guests are not stained, topping up amenities when needed and not forgetting to close room doors after a service

And the bed is by far the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in. The pool is the cherry on top. We've not yet dined in any of the restaurants, however, we have had room service and the food was divine

The rooms are so clean and comfortable. The only thing is the toilet is not adjoining with the bathroom. But it still doesn't affect me of keep wanting to come back again. Its a great stay for me and my friends

I would say this is a great experience for me of choosing to spend a 3 days 2 nights here. The hotel upkeep is very tiptop. All their staffs is very friendly and makes us feels like home

My favourite hotel in KL is the mandarin oriental. Upon checking into the EQ, my first impression was that the mandarin oriental would loose its mantle as my no 1 KL hotel

i stayed a few time, sometimes confuse especially during my last stay, we had to rent a towel, no decanter, hot water as well. should Duty manager explain upon check in. BUt still the place still continence to stay

The kids club offering varied activities. The employees host with love and patience which is very professional. My 6 and 3 years old children stay here for fours days so we all have a very nice break.

One of the reason I don't give a 5 stars is, there is no pool or gym. And the breakfast isn't included in the fees. Overall, nice place to stay if you are here for vacation and shopping

It's so easy to call a Grab to go anywhere I want in the city, as the nearest pick-up point for the taxi is just a few metres away from the entrance of the hotel (at the East entrance of Mid Valley)

I believe the hotel has undergone a major refurbishment since I last stayed there (pre-pandemic time). I find the new design to be very Scandinavian - clean cut, modern, and very functional

There are so many shops in Mid Valley with so many choices for food and drinks that I do not actually need to go somewhere else to shop whilst in the city

I believe the one reason people stay here is because of the malls. The hotel and you have access to mid valley and the gardens mall without even have to go out door. The room as compare to their price is not that big

One can peacefully and happily stay for days because the entertainment outside the hotel is walking distance only. Many stayers had mentioned about the Pavilion shopping mall. Which I think that one should visit

Pool area was okay with couple of seatings and 1 big pool plus 1 children pool. Everything went above our expectations. Just for parking had to go all the way up to Level 6

Loved the view which you get from this hotel. Breakfast menu was good and a lot of variety was there. You can find all types of options in it. There is always a rush in the lobby during check in/chrck out time

Breakfast spread was marvellous ! but have to come down really early cuz so many ppl during weekend. Late check out at 3 pm cuz we book direct. Afterall it was an amazing experience !

Fantastic to have food order and having lunch in the pool side. You can take a walk in the morning and evening. 4 min to go to Suria mall by foot. - parking is free in the under ground directly connected to the hotel

Important points: - this hotel has the best view of twin tower other than the any hotels around the towers. - swimming pool is very good for the one who does not want sun shine

The Sky Bar is worth trying out. Excellent facilities like a Spa, Health Club, Pool, meeting rooms, lounges and multiple dining options. Right next to KLCC park too which is nice for walk

Use parking ticket and not the touch and go in order for the hotel to balance your parking ticket. I definitely recommend this hotel. For the one who doesn’t know this hotel: Traders hotel is not something unknown hotel

The staff are amazing, nothing is too much trouble at anytime of the day or night. You feel very secure here as the hotel has invested properly in security, it has an excellent, well deserved name to maintain

The staff are super friendly and very efficient. However, breakfast was average to say the best, lacks variety and quality. Furniture in the rooms as a bit old but all in all, we loved our stay here!

Had a good stay in JW Marriott KL. The rooms were clean and the air-conditioner was very good. The bathrooms were spacious enough. The gym is great, offer cold towels, and water

Is my go to Hotel in KL, always. The location is perfect, just opposite Pavillion KL. The rooms are huge with bathtub. Managed to get connection rooms with twin beds. Got it at RM400+, a good deal

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the JW Marriott Hotel Kuala Lumpur, and I was thoroughly impressed by the luxurious accommodations and top-notch amenities offered at this hotel

Swimming pool is also available but you need to pay for it. Around RM20 or so, not really fair

The breakfast buffet was better than others I've experienced recently and notably it had a 'bean to cup' coffee machine that made reasonably good coffee. Staff all friendly and helpful

Staff is cooperative & helpful. There is mall at ground level. When you come first time don't get confused take escalators to the 1st floor, Reception is at right hand. Variety of vegetarian food is limited in breakfast

Stayed here for 6 night and was absolutely wonderful. This will definitely be my go to when visiting KL in the future. They know how to treat guests and make you feel special. I got the 5 star treatment here

Though be advise that even you purchase twin bed room with two people occupants, the complimentary breakfast was only for one person so it was quite unfortunate and the cost for additional person was around RM 60-70 (don't quote me on this, it might differ)

I have checked in the hotel last week on 23rd October 2020 for 2 days during PKPB in Klang Valley. I saw the staff wipe the doorknobs and all surface areas and clean the elevator. The staff were friendly and helpful

We stayed in a deluxe room with simple touches basic facilities. The price is so reasonable and they did not even charge any extra for early check in. The bathroom was clean and simple modern

Overall enjoyable experience with this hotel but the only thing there was no lock for the toilet. You have to shower with your eyes open scared anyone might open the door lol. Parking is easy and you can get free parking

For the price I don't think people are giving this place fair rating. I love the decorations and the vibes. The only gripe I have with this place is the air conditioning: not cold enough. I suggest put fans as a backup

It's just a walking distance to a shopping mall that has lots of restaurants. Lots of restaurants around the hotel too. I love the new Halal Chinese restaurant that has just opened nearby. The hotel has its own cafe too

Hotel Maluri is a great value hotel close to amenities.The staff are friendly and helpful. Sunway shopping centre is close by, plus an array of eating places with diverse cuisines.We always stay there when in KL.

Nice hotel overall, has a swimming pool and gym. It's also near aeon and mcd, but the bathroom doesn't have a lock and place where you can put your towel, there's also a hairdryer

The only problem is the bathroom, i suggest that to put a lock on the door and put more shelve because i font have space to put the towel and my shirt inside the bathroom
