from the Buffet Breakfast to the Lemon Garden Lounge and the all over feel of the hotel was outstanding, BUT what made our stay even more AMAZING was the STAFF!!!!! From entering to check in to check out, everyone is really nice and welcoming including housekeepers. The location is strategic since it is in the city making it easier to explore around it

Atmosphere & service: The only reason why I would choose to stay here is the service provided by staff. It feels like being apart of a family. The service provided by them are amazing

One can peacefully and happily stay for days because the entertainment outside the hotel is walking distance only. Many stayers had mentioned about the Pavilion shopping mall. Which I think that one should visit

A hotel that truly provides daily necessities such as holding events in a ballroom and the inside of the hotel is always clean and smells good. Any of the staff provides excellent service

Very Convenient and spacious hotel within the City. A stone throw to big main shopping mall. Staffs both on the front and Club lounge were friendly and enthusiastic to help when in need

Fantastic to have food order and having lunch in the pool side. You can take a walk in the morning and evening. 4 min to go to Suria mall by foot. - parking is free in the under ground directly connected to the hotel

Important points: - this hotel has the best view of twin tower other than the any hotels around the towers. - swimming pool is very good for the one who does not want sun shine

The Sky Bar is worth trying out. Excellent facilities like a Spa, Health Club, Pool, meeting rooms, lounges and multiple dining options. Right next to KLCC park too which is nice for walk

Use parking ticket and not the touch and go in order for the hotel to balance your parking ticket. I definitely recommend this hotel. For the one who doesn’t know this hotel: Traders hotel is not something unknown hotel

The staff are amazing, nothing is too much trouble at anytime of the day or night. You feel very secure here as the hotel has invested properly in security, it has an excellent, well deserved name to maintain

The staff are super friendly and very efficient. However, breakfast was average to say the best, lacks variety and quality. Furniture in the rooms as a bit old but all in all, we loved our stay here!

I also heard a chair moving here and there. Extra towel cost 10 ringgit, and children had to pay for breakfast

The amenities were good, everything you need is inside,such as iron, hairdryer, but the coffee and tea area was dirty. I was in room *007, spacious

Can improve the bed seems quite old & not springy at all. The room smells smoke even through it was non smoking floor. The Service & staf was superb. The food also very good with good price & variety of them

To add-on, there are some old reviews which talks about unavailability of English channel, but we got the English channels with good movies playing throughout, though the TV is super old

Attended by staff named asyraf at reception during check in , hes so generous n super friendly we got free upgrade from deluxe king to family suite 😃 the lobby smells was so pleasant too

Pool area was okay with couple of seatings and 1 big pool plus 1 children pool. Everything went above our expectations. Just for parking had to go all the way up to Level 6

Loved the view which you get from this hotel. Breakfast menu was good and a lot of variety was there. You can find all types of options in it. There is always a rush in the lobby during check in/chrck out time

Breakfast spread was marvellous ! but have to come down really early cuz so many ppl during weekend. Late check out at 3 pm cuz we book direct. Afterall it was an amazing experience !

With Sunway Putra, you are getting a bigger room, great tasting food, 5 star experience, Value for money, lesser priced compared to International Brand nearby

The kids club offering varied activities. The employees host with love and patience which is very professional. My 6 and 3 years old children stay here for fours days so we all have a very nice break.

Great options for breakfast menu, love the pastries & coffee! The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Right next to KLCC park which is nice for walk

Staff is cooperative & helpful. There is mall at ground level. When you come first time don't get confused take escalators to the 1st floor, Reception is at right hand. Variety of vegetarian food is limited in breakfast

Stayed here for 6 night and was absolutely wonderful. This will definitely be my go to when visiting KL in the future. They know how to treat guests and make you feel special. I got the 5 star treatment here

Though be advise that even you purchase twin bed room with two people occupants, the complimentary breakfast was only for one person so it was quite unfortunate and the cost for additional person was around RM 60-70 (don't quote me on this, it might differ)

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the JW Marriott Hotel Kuala Lumpur, and I was thoroughly impressed by the luxurious accommodations and top-notch amenities offered at this hotel

The room is big with strong shower. The swimming pool with a twin tower view is most attrative to me. If you time, highly recommend you to swim at the level 14. But you need to bring your own towel

Pool was really nice but wish it was a heated pool. The fitness room was okay nothing fancy. The spa at the hotel be mindful they require payment upfront and is not charged to your room

Some parts needs attention like door knobs, room service needs better attention, floor staff at main entrance and female cleaner busily distracted with their private mobile phone, guest wifi connection gets cut off once checked out, WHY ?? Overseas guest can't receive or sent out urgent messages !!!

The rooms are wide the place is safe we lost our AirPod after changing rooms and it was found the food is limited in the breakfast buffet and in room dining the hot water is limited the rooms are not so clean as expected for five star hotel but it’s located in a large mall building which helps to get food easy

You could tell from a distance that the building was old, and to be honest, I didn't expect much inside the building either. But the lobby and entrance were cleaner and better maintained than I expected

My husband (Marriott Ambassador status) and I had a wonderful experience at this beautiful hotel

They had overhead linkways from the hotel to star hill. It’s a short walk to pavilion. The staff were friendly and quick when we requested for items

They even prepared the bed with decorated towels, a cake and birthday cake to celebrate my partner birthday

The location is great, the rooms are lovely and the Club Lounge was very nice but the real standout is the customer service. Swddiq in particular was amazing

However, we felt that the housekeeping could be slightly improved as the room was not extremely clean and they forgot to provide hand soap

They took the initiative to give us a framed family picture, balloons and cake within the hour of taking the initial picture. It was such a sweet and thoughtful gesture and truly was the highlight of our trip

For swimming pool, need to go to Sunway Lagoon hotel, quite far but still within walking distance. A bit difficult to find parking especially during peak time

I was given a room with a beautiful view over looking the Sunway lagoon. The House keeping department was very efficient. Within few minutes they would bring whatever I needed. I and my family enjoyed our stay very much

The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, from fresh fruits and pastries to made-to-order omelettes and the staff was very friendly and professional. Overall, we had a wonderful stay

Perfect location, friendly service, free parking for guests, affordable price. But, we booked a non-smoking room, but the room still had really strong smoke smell. Pillows had weird smell as well.

Buffet breakfast was brilliant, nice varied selection of food. The restaurant is not open every day but you can get room service 24/7. Room service food was really nice

Rooftop bar and pool is very nice, it's not heated so can be a bit chilly for kids. Loads to explore locally, markets, food, etc. Would definitely make a point to stay here again, we loved it that much! Thanks ❤️

Waiting time to be seated in the breakfast area on weekends or holidays can be quite long due to a small number of seats and tablets compared to the huge number of rooms. But nonetheless worth it coming for breakfast

Perfect location, right next to KL Sentral station with indoor access across a walkway (head up the escalator into the shopping centre then take a sharp right). Was a great base for us to explore KL via train

Stayed for one night on the 27th floor in a Guestroom King. Fast check-in and check-out, spacious room. All necessary amenities available for free. Very large hotel with a lot of families staying but also couples

People talking from the next room were audible but not too loud. Direct access from KL Sentral bus terminal via basement entrance

Rooms were nicely decorated and clean. However, for the price paid, I expected a larger room. The breakfast buffet spread was fantastic, but keep in mind that the restaurant is in the next hotel

It is also close to the location where I needed to go for meetings. Cons: The keycards didn’t work most of the time. I had to reset keys daily to get them to scan at the door and the elevator

Location is very convenient to all the restaurants and shopping. It was raining for the 3 days I was there. So, not having to go out of the building to have access to things is great

The gym is decent and you have everything you need to get your workout. The pool looked decent but not for laps but rather chilling out

Amazing property, great check in and out process and amazing staff from the bellboy to the executive lounge. The executive lounge served great alcohol including Guinness on tap and super fresh DIY salad

You can catch the staff going around in the lounge, making sure the guests are happy. Although the property is old, it is extremely well maintained by a team of passionate staff
