I had a wonderful stay! All the facilities were well-equipped, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic, and the view from the pool was stunning

Had a wonderful time at MO Kl, and as I was celebrating my birthday there I believed they upgraded my room, not sure tbh. Overall great and lovely experience, breakfast was mid in comparison to W KL, but it was good.

The bed was so comfortable, I didn't want to get out of it! The hotel's facilities are top-notch, too. The infinity pool on the 24th floor has breathtaking views of the city, and the fitness center is well-equipped

It was our first stay at Mandarin Oriental. We checked in to celebrate hubs birthday. The hotel is definitely a dream! We received plenty of treats by the staff, they sung us happy birthday and wished for a great stay

We also had the buffet dinner at the hotel. The breakfast was great too! Great thing about MO: 1. The warm and inviting vibe from the staff 4. Great selection of food Not so great thing about MO: 1

from the Buffet Breakfast to the Lemon Garden Lounge and the all over feel of the hotel was outstanding, BUT what made our stay even more AMAZING was the STAFF!!!!! They are the most welcoming and friendliest people we have come across on our travels, so to ALL the staff in all areas of the hotel we would like to say a big THANK YOU ❤️ for making our stay in KL a trip to remember

There are many restaurants inside the hotel making us to not leave the hotel and keep hanging out in the lounge. The food are amazing as the portion are huge and delicious. I think I would come back for the food only

One can peacefully and happily stay for days because the entertainment outside the hotel is walking distance only. Many stayers had mentioned about the Pavilion shopping mall. Which I think that one should visit

Club benefits better seek lounge for breakfast was best option and gave more private feels. Late Dinner around the hotel and be difficult so better use Grab services

The hotel room is clean and comfortable to stay. Buffet breakfast was nice with many varieties to choose. Can walk over head bridge to subway putra mall which is very convenient. Highly recommended for staycation.

Old hotel but still maintain the standard. Room is big with bath tub and comfortable bed.

bathroom & toilet + bathtub separated. Just didn’t provide any small towel/face towel (only bath towel provided) & front desk may need to improve their customer service (too serious & no thank you after check out)

I bring my family along as I'm attending a course in the hotel. Although I brought my 4 kids along and requested another extra bed,the room was not cramped. Breakfast was good,and staff was very helpful

I would give 10 stars for this hotel. Their staffs are really really helpful. I arrived late at the hotel but there are few staffs already there and want to help me with the luggage

The room was spacious and clean, bed comfortable and pillows so soft, I loved sinking into them after a long day of touring ( getting lost mostly) The bathroom was clean but I think special attention should be paid to the shower area, that can be cleaned by soaking it in bleach or some detergent as there was moss on the floor and water stains on the door, above the shower door is a gap that tiny flies...

The room was great huge bed really comfortable. The swimming pool on the top floor is amazing

I was so pleased with the location of this hotel, it’s in the klcc park area and across from Patronas tower, if you’re trying to avoid the humid / a sudden downpour, you can use the convention center enclosed hallways and then go down an escalator to reach the Suria mall via an underpass, you can even walk all the way to Bukit bintang using this underpass, just make sure you go straight and don’t turn...

The receptionist (AER) was incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond. Stunning pool with Twin Towers views! Perfect for families (playground nearby)

If you don’t feel like walking a buggy awaits you to drop you off at klcc suria mall, which is really convenient. I had a very pleasant check in with Amandra who was informative and lovely

Had a good stay in JW Marriott KL. The rooms were clean and the air-conditioner was very good. The bathrooms were spacious enough. The gym is great, offer cold towels, and water

Is my go to Hotel in KL, always. The location is perfect, just opposite Pavillion KL. The rooms are huge with bathtub. Managed to get connection rooms with twin beds. Got it at RM400+, a good deal

The letdown was that housekeeping missed both our rooms on two separate days which meant we had to ask the front desk to remind them on one day. On another, we just thought to let it slide

Always my GO TO Hotel for my work trip. Conveniently located along Tun Razak . Once again room is clean with amenities and housekeeping is also prompt and neat. Breakfast is always the highlight with a wide variety.

We love staying at Sunway pyramid hotel, it is attached to Sunway pyramid mall. Great for shopping and eating out. The thene park is right next to it and bit away from the kul city

it was my second stay at this hotel, only this time around i was given room at corner that was L-shaped configuration instead of standard one, and it feels a bit cramped

Booked a stay for our anniversary and made a small request to surprise my wife. To our surprise, they put in so much effort to decorate our room and gave us a small cake with a card wishing us happy anniversary

it would help if during check in u mentioned regarding this and enquired guess if its oke with them. otherwise, the location and service provided was excelence and fast

Clean and spacious. Very convenient to just stay above sunway pyramid as it is accessible to all facilities. Even the shopping mall nearby has alot of food too.

Very close to Sunway lagoon theme park. Convenient location that is within walking distance. Allowed for slightly later checkout time

I knocked off one star because the windows could not be opened to get fresh air into the room. Too bad they are closing down in September

The food was served warm ( though a bit warmer would be better, though I understand that the food was served in disposable plastic containers), well presented and tasty

I would recommend a wider variety for breakfast such as local fares on certain days rather than the western big breakfast format daily. A small point, perhaps knife to be included when serving western meat dishes

Service staff are friendly and helpful, and housekeeping pretty efficient with requests. Pool has quite a few cabanas and isn't usually crowded

When we had dinner on our last night, we asked for pizza which was not on the menu and we got a beautiful Hawaiian pizza that tasted really good. There's only 1 restaurant in this hotel although the food is good

Only issue is the placement of the toiletries - the shampoo, conditioner & shower gel are placed too high and makes it very difficult to reach especially for those who are shorter. Buffet breakfast was fabulous

Location: Prime spot in the heart of Bukit Bintang and lots of shopping malls and F&B choices. Room: Clean and huge room with modern decor. Fantastic view of Bukit Bintang and the famous junction

Very comfortable Premier King Room. Large enough for my whole family with 2 little kids. Large space with sitting area with a nice sofa. Bathroom facilities work perfectly

I reached earlier and they will arrange for the rooms, as i was request the decoration so they will take some time, so far the experience is good, the staff who working aslo very friendly, Breakfast buffet is good which they arrange the seat with good view

Just 30 mins from airport if you take the AirPort Express. It is also close to the attractions like little India and the national museum. Travel to other main attractions is also convenient

However, the hotel is out of the pick-up area of the local tour offered by Klook and some local travel agencies. Though the room is normally renovated, it’s clean and tidy with a bath tub as well

The hotel is very accessible which is directly connected to the central train station, AirPort Express and other public transport. I have no worry even I arrived the city at night

It will be better if there is an Android-based Smart TV or Apple TV. The breakfast buffet covered a wide range of cuisines that must be able to entertain your taste

The location of the hotel is close to a metro line and is around 10min walk from Kuala lumpur iconic alan Bukit Bintang street that have kuala lumpur top-tier malls including Pavilion Kuala Lumpur mall, While sadly you cant see the Petronas Twin Towers from your room anymore because of the newly built skyscrapers, It is still 10min drive from it, or a 20min walk if your into walking

Overall, Furama Hotel Bukit Bintang offers great value for money. I would definitely recommend it for both business and leisure travellers looking for comfort, convenience, and a touch of Malaysian hospitality.

Splendid stay in Furama, i will be back again for longer stay. Location is superb, there’s a lot of mamak stall opposite the Hotel and Mini shops just around the corner too.

location is walking distance to Berjaya Time Square, plaza Tuah 1985 and bukit Bintang, Although hotel is not new, well maintain the condition. there are 4 lift however crowded in the morning

Nice and clean room. The bed is comfortable with 4 pillow, the toilet is spacious and the bathroom amenities is fantastic. Nice interior design and the luggage rack is sufficient for 2 caring design.

I usually book hotel with great location for transports and restaurants, and this hotel suits perfectly. Also, I enjoyed rooftop swimming pool. Pool got closed for a few hours due to the weather sadly, but understandable

Ideal location, directly connected to KL Sentral station and easy access to NU Sentral shopping mall. Room is big with a great city view. Infinity pool is on the top floor, perfect for a dip after hours of walking.

This is the best hotel to stay at KL central. It location is near to everything, from Mrt, KTM, monorail, and buses to everywhere. The hotel staff is super friendly and helpful. The swimming pool and gym are very nice

The location is very near to KL Sentral. The room is big and spacious. Clean and very comfortable! I love the bolster and the pillow. One is heavy and another one light. The TV have good shows and many channels

A very nice hotel that is so centrally located. It is literally 2 mins away from KL Sentral station, making it a convenient choice when staying in KL. The hotel staff is very nice and the facilities are clean.

On 30 floor room is big with 2 wc in room Bed are comfortable amenities is not a Westin standard. Food was just Ok not that good. Swimming pool was to cool even the weather was 32 c but the water in Pool is just 22-24

Nice Big room we do book a Club suite but funny that we got a suite but not on the club floor. But any way the key card still can used to go to club lounge

Another issue we encountered was the long waiting time when we requested for their firmest pillow. It took over 20 minutes for the pillow to arrive, and it ended up being the softest one

Unfortunately, the room we were assigned was at the very end of a long hallway, the most “corner” room possible. We were eventually reassigned to a room on the 19th floor

Location of the hotel was excellent and a short walk to popular malls, but unfortunately the service fell short of expectations from any other Westin/Marriott hotels

We arrived early and were informed that our room assigned for the 27th floor wasn’t ready yet and assisted us to check in first and asked us to return around 1PM

Make others guests so unfair and unhappy. 4) the restaurant breakfast also not so good. Please look for more various of foods. 5) swimming pool also very dirty. Is the dirty thing under the water

The shopping mall is just next to it. Spending time in this mall is the best experience to enjoy the time for couple of days.   The hotel has many restaurants, one of them is a signature restaurant
