Had a wonderful time at MO Kl, and as I was celebrating my birthday there I believed they upgraded my room, not sure tbh. Overall great and lovely experience, breakfast was mid in comparison to W KL, but it was good.

The bed was so comfortable, I didn't want to get out of it! The hotel's facilities are top-notch, too. The infinity pool on the 24th floor has breathtaking views of the city, and the fitness center is well-equipped

It was our first stay at Mandarin Oriental. We checked in to celebrate hubs birthday. The hotel is definitely a dream! We received plenty of treats by the staff, they sung us happy birthday and wished for a great stay

We also had the buffet dinner at the hotel. The breakfast was great too! Great thing about MO: 1. The warm and inviting vibe from the staff 4. Great selection of food Not so great thing about MO: 1

The hotel's location is perfect - it's connected to the Petronas Twin Towers and has stunning views of the city. My room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities I needed

But what really made my stay stand out was the exceptional service. The staff were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed

This hotel is located within the BB area and is very convenient to go anywhere. The free shuttle bus within the BB area is a plus although I didn't get to use it. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in Shangri-La Hotel in KL

Breakfast is good. Location is good too. I came here because of the cold and hot whirlpool and sauna facilities you can use after a gym session, the facilities were awesome.

I always like to stay in shangri-La Hotel. This hotel makes you feel home and comfortable in anywhere. Breakfast was good with a variety of spread which was something we ill look forward to every morning

Decor is old but well maintained. Generally good service except for the shuttle bus driver who were impatient when we decided to get off at a later stop, even though that was a scheduled stop

I would have appreciated pick up from the various stops instead of a one way shuttle from hotel only

2nd time staying with Pullman KL. Room is still comfort , good service and breakfast is superb

Walking distance to Pavilion and bukit bintang area with various super mall like Lot 10, Plaza Low Yat IT mall , Berjaya Times Square and Lalaport as well as KLCC twin tower

Excellent 5 star hotel apartment. Great location, clean room, comfy bed, strong air con, complete bathroom with bathtub, hot water. Only 1 complaint for the breakfast at Sedap. Butter is displayed in chunk of bowl

First stay in Pullman Hotel after many trips to Kuala Lumpur. It was a great stay overall are good. I'd like to praise to Sedap Restaurant staff Delen who helped me to keep my ordered cake in the cake fridge

Location is good, very convenient to access to Pavilion Shopping Mall via a link bridge next to Banyan Signature Residences Hotel and to other places at Bukit Bintang by just a 10mins short walking distance

I bring my family along as I'm attending a course in the hotel. Although I brought my 4 kids along and requested another extra bed,the room was not cramped. Breakfast was good,and staff was very helpful

A good place for families especially those who loves excitement and water fun. Buffet breakfast at Sunway resort is great but a bit crowded. The aircon in hotel room is super cold even adjusted to 28 degree.

The room was spacious and clean, bed comfortable and pillows so soft, I loved sinking into them after a long day of touring ( getting lost mostly) The bathroom was clean but I think special attention should be paid to the shower area, that can be cleaned by soaking it in bleach or some detergent as there was moss on the floor and water stains on the door, above the shower door is a gap that tiny flies...

Important points: - this hotel has the best view of twin tower other than the any hotels around the towers. - swimming pool is very good for the one who does not want sun shine

I was so pleased with the location of this hotel, it’s in the klcc park area and across from Patronas tower, if you’re trying to avoid the humid / a sudden downpour, you can use the convention center enclosed hallways and then go down an escalator to reach the Suria mall via an underpass, you can even walk all the way to Bukit bintang using this underpass, just make sure you go straight and don’t turn...

Fantastic to have food order and having lunch in the pool side. You can take a walk in the morning and evening. 4 min to go to Suria mall by foot. - parking is free in the under ground directly connected to the hotel

I would definitely come back to this hotel when I visit again, perhaps a better room next time with a view and a hope that shower areas are better tended too, I’ve found it lacking in almost every hotel I went to in Kuala Lumpur now

This is one of the best hotel if you want to get a full KLCC view (both twin tower) from your room. The room is comfortable and clean but just a normal room to be honest. it’s expensive because of the view and location

The facilities were excellent – I enjoyed the jacuzzi, the ice-cold plunge pool, and the sauna. Everything was clean and well-maintained

Need to wait for 10mins for concierge to check my booking when i’m already late 2hrs but issokay as they give a complimentary chocolate cake room service. The room is soo spacious and tv quality also good

I had an issue with a double booking (both were charged), but the staff member named Mark was incredibly helpful and patient in resolving the problem. Truly appreciate his dedication and professionalism

Room was clean and condition was good and comfortable. Minor issues like one of the lifts cannot accept my room card and cleaner threw away one of my personal toiletries item. The rest are good.

Breakfast has variety of choice, some food are good, some are commentable (Why the oil provided at salad counter was spicy chili oil, I took it and surprised, staff confirmed it was chili oil)

I believe the hotel rooms were renovated. I like the timber floor (I hate carpeted floor though it's common for hotel, carpet floor is hard to clean and not for our hot and humid weather)

Located inside Intermark Mall, but bad thing is I always get a wrong turn TT Room is quite standard as this is our 2nd visit; Hopefully can optimised additional bed quality or triple room~ Breakfast is so nice and recommended!

Always my GO TO Hotel for my work trip. Conveniently located along Tun Razak . Once again room is clean with amenities and housekeeping is also prompt and neat. Breakfast is always the highlight with a wide variety.

Strategic location just very heavy traffic when peak hours. Easy access to surrounding and only ten minutes drive to TRX and Pavillion. Service excellent and we love the breakfast

As it was nearly 7 PM, I decided to take the room without calling again I Love the breakfast provided the hotel every time especially Nutella auto-machine "Thumbs up"!!

I've already raised this issue twice: The first time, room service sprayed some air freshener, which unfortunately didn't help

My unit has just completed its renovation, but there's still a noticeable, lingering smell from the work

Strategic location (near pavilion and bukit bintang- walking distance). Love the friendly staff and the breakfast buffet selection. The last time I went was December of 2019. Will love to come back again soon!

I knocked off one star because the windows could not be opened to get fresh air into the room. Too bad they are closing down in September

The food was served warm ( though a bit warmer would be better, though I understand that the food was served in disposable plastic containers), well presented and tasty

I would recommend a wider variety for breakfast such as local fares on certain days rather than the western big breakfast format daily. A small point, perhaps knife to be included when serving western meat dishes

Rooms are comfy and in tip top condition. Breakfast is good but not as good as the one i had in June during my previous visit. For Rm85, I think I had a better deal outside. The pool is great although quite crowded

A short but memorable staycation. Booked 4 rooms but only one was ready by the 3pm check- in time. The other 3 rooms were only ready at 4pm. Staff at the checking counter however was so polite and helpful

A top-rated hotel at a central location. It is like 3 minutes away from KL Sentral station, making it easy to get to different places in KL. Nice breakfast, nice room and nice staff. I especially like the rain shower.

However, the hotel is out of the pick-up area of the local tour offered by Klook and some local travel agencies. Though the room is normally renovated, it’s clean and tidy with a bath tub as well

Just 30 mins from airport if you take the AirPort Express. It is also close to the attractions like little India and the national museum. Travel to other main attractions is also convenient

The location of the hotel is close to a metro line and is around 10min walk from Kuala lumpur iconic alan Bukit Bintang street that have kuala lumpur top-tier malls including Pavilion Kuala Lumpur mall, While sadly you cant see the Petronas Twin Towers from your room anymore because of the newly built skyscrapers, It is still 10min drive from it, or a 20min walk if your into walking

Ideal location, directly connected to KL Sentral station and easy access to NU Sentral shopping mall. Room is big with a great city view. Infinity pool is on the top floor, perfect for a dip after hours of walking.

I usually book hotel with great location for transports and restaurants, and this hotel suits perfectly. Also, I enjoyed rooftop swimming pool. Pool got closed for a few hours due to the weather sadly, but understandable

This is the best hotel to stay at KL central. It location is near to everything, from Mrt, KTM, monorail, and buses to everywhere. The hotel staff is super friendly and helpful. The swimming pool and gym are very nice

The location is very near to KL Sentral. The room is big and spacious. Clean and very comfortable! I love the bolster and the pillow. One is heavy and another one light. The TV have good shows and many channels

On 30 floor room is big with 2 wc in room Bed are comfortable amenities is not a Westin standard. Food was just Ok not that good. Swimming pool was to cool even the weather was 32 c but the water in Pool is just 22-24

A lot of leaves in the pool and salt water. Thus we were not able to bring our 2 year old to the small pool. I hope that Westin will uphold their 5 star rating hotel and really need to improve their services

We had a short and sweet 3 day trip. The hotel provided early check in which was very nice. The concierge staff and reception staff were very cordial. We booked the one bedroom suite with loungue access

We had a great stay at the westin , the room was spacious and clean with a great view, gym was well equipped and Rajesh the manager was always on hand to assist and ensure we had a great stay.

Nice Big room we do book a Club suite but funny that we got a suite but not on the club floor. But any way the key card still can used to go to club lounge

Had high tea ☕️🫖 with family at High Tea by the Pool, Furama Hotel. The food was nothing fancy, but definitely above average

location is walking distance to Berjaya Time Square, plaza Tuah 1985 and bukit Bintang, Although hotel is not new, well maintain the condition. there are 4 lift however crowded in the morning

it was a decent hotel. location wise not really strategic to bukit bintang area. but lalaport is just next to the hotel. so many indians travellers staying in the hotel.

The bedding is not your usual hotel such as Simmons type and pillows are sunken to the bed surface even though asked for hard pillows, they are way overused. Hence, I could not get a good sleep throughout my stay

Everyone have to queue up in order to go in enjoy the breakfast?? This is 5stars hotel. Why still need to queue up more than 30mins. ? And the situation very messy
