Flora by Crossroads Hotel

As a Housekeeping Supervisor I advise you all not to stay as there’s better accommodations with similar pricing that offers better value for money.

Staff were good and helpful when I checked in but once I entered the room it all fell apart.

Room had an weird smell and floor was dirty and everything in the room is dusty. Bed was awful no proper doona provided and pillows seems unchanged.

Bathroom was hilarious ! Hair , Mould, and urine was easily spotted.

I had to book another hotel and Sadly didn’t get any refund.

The corridor had an intense smell of long-dead animals. The rooms were very small. It's a good thing they operate at night, as I needed to stay urgently and had no other options.

I would give 0 star if I could. First of all, when we booked a room here few months ago, all the reviews were good. We checked them a little before our arrival, and we saw a lot of comments about not cleaned rooms. We wanted to check in personally, so we did a check in there yesterday. We stayed in the room 15 minutes. Everything was so dirty and smelly. After 5min we were bitten by these small mosquitoes (I don’t know the exact name). I know it’s a lot of them in Malaysia, but that was extremely. We went to check out after these 15 min, I talked to the manager about the situation, I showed him the photos of the room. He used his manager typical respond, like he didn’t knew about it. I think he doesn’t read the reviews. He offered us a different room, but for us there was no sense, because the same people are cleaning all the rooms and probably all of them looks the same. Anyway, we were disgusted of this hotel and we booked something else. We didn’t get the refund. I’m attaching the photos, please have a look, and don’t book a room here! It’s a waste of money and your stress.

Dirty and smelly. For price paid there would be better options.
Pictures shown are not exactly how rooms are. I found that this hotel need a lot of maintenance and better cleaning... Definitely not a 3 star
