First time we book the room...Rooms no clean under the bed lot for rubbish.we book on-line queen bed but they give 2 single bed..Very disappointed..We told change room or give refund...They very rudely reject both request..And it's under the lot of shop lot..Over all very disappointed

we stayed 2 nights. The first 3 minutes in room #106 we realized it was cockroach tomorrowland. a disgust We requested the change, they moved us to the 7th floor, bathroom smelling of urine, no hot water and the mattress softer than jelly. Terrible service, terrible everything.

The lobby is shifted to first floor, and the ground floor rented to Pakistani business. The restaurant which was in the ground floor next to the lobby is no more. The room is queen deluxe small but enough if you intend to move around rather than relaxing in room. The receptionist was very helpful, the room boy was also really helpful.

The room we got was a bit of a shock.Sheets had stains, toiket was not clean and the tv couldn't be switched on. Managed to get a better room after complaining. As for location, ideal for those who like shopping.

Nice hotel in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. What ypu can expect with an old hotel. Fair condition for the toilet. Beside that all is acceptable . This hotel is near to INSAF n SITTIQ restaurant for you to try local delicacies like murtabak & Nasi Kandar. Situated near SOGO for tourist who is travelling for shopping purposes, behind sogo you can travel around KL with LRT. Near SOGO you can try the famous Nasi Kandar Saddam..

check in 10/12 and check out 13/12 which is 3 day . Receptionist give rm 150 per night and i pay RM 500 include deposit, but in the resit shows she return my money rm350 which is not exist, she take RM 300 in her pocket. And I can’t claim my hotel expenses because of her.

Whenever i go to kl, this hotel is my first choice. It is cheap, near to lrt, easy access to other transport service like grab, high speed wifi and a shopping mall.

Great hotel great price. Location wise excellent. All the tourist attractions are nearby. Good vegetarian indian restaurant s are close by. Staff is very good and helpful
