The location is great for those who like street food and pasar malam. Just a walking distance to the famous petaling street.
There is basement parking but only limited lots available. It's not free, even u are staying in the hotel. U need to verify Ur car number at the registration counter when u check out and u will be charged RM10 for 24hr parking. If u never verify Ur car number, u will be charged rm6 per hour. Was given 2 interconnecting rooms as I book for 3 pax. The service staff attitude at the counter can be improved. When we went out in the morning on the 2nd day, we placed the "Do Not Disturb" card outside our door handle. When we went back in the evening and wanted to get extra shampoo from the registration counter, we were told as long as u put the card on the handle they will not provide the shampoo n body wash, and it was said in a very rude attitude. we do not want the housekeeping bcos we have many stuff in the room and do not want any misunderstanding if anything went missing. As for the room, the socket cannot be found beside the bed. U will have to place Ur phone at the table across the bed. And lastly, pls improve on Ur WiFi, when log in, the network shows "insecure".

Good thats why we extended one more night room is clean but the minus part is no slipper in the room, toothbrush and paste need to pay extra request from reception

We stayed for just one night, and the room was okay—nothing fancy, but definitely worth the price paid. A decent option for a short stay.

1. we got 2 bathrooms but only one had the shower
2. the shower is running slow of water needed to improve the water pressure flow
3. the toilet flush also needed to improve
4. the balcony a little bit dirty due to no ceramic tile
5. the balcony door also cannot be locked
I think they should pay attention to this details.
Hope that next year I can feel the improvement because I've planned to stay there again

Didn’t stay here but used their car park whenever I’m in Chinatown area. Recently they changed their carpark to cashless but their system was really idiotic as they don’t have TNG but you must scan using a QR code and pay via credit card. Problem is the mobile services in the car park are very weak and making payment became a very frustrating nightmare. All the customers were struggling to pay and the jam inside the crammed car park really made everyone’s blood boil.
