Hotel Maya Kuala Lumpur

Hello, I am Fahri, I used to be part of the training staff there, so far the staff at Hotel Maya are very good, they care for each other. They are very helpful, especially the housekeeping supervisor, I miss you all very much. Hopefully I can be part of you again, good luck to you all, Akak Susana, Akka shafinas, akak warda, akak Niena, cik Nata, and HK staff. You are the best! Please give them appreciation because they are too good for outsiders like me. I absolutely loved my stay at Maya hotel ! The facilities were top-notch, the breakfast was delicious, and the service was impeccable. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended!

The room in this hotel is spacious. The service is quite good too. One thing i like the most is the bathroom, especially the bath tub. But maybe this is an old hotel, there are some uneasy smell in the room and we have to spray our perfume all over the furniture. But also we encountered something which make us can't sleep that night... 😅. But overall, it is okay.

I read the other negative reviews before checking in and was a bit worried about my stay. But I got a very good room, and the location of the hotel was amazing. You can see the twin towers as soon as you step out of this hotel.

But on the day of checkout I requested for a water bottle. I waited 15 mins and called again to follow-up. But no help, ultimately I kept waiting for about an hour and had to call them 5 times and still didn’t get any water.

Good size room, we actually had a junior suite. Very prompt room clean on a daily basis. Good varied breakfast, just would have appreciated a tea selection, as hot water was available. A few room niggles such as socket not working and no TV sound but generally fine.

Clean and pleasant environment. Service with smiles. Requested to borrow a lighter from one of the waiters to light up my daughter's birthday cake and he took the initiative, went the extra mile to further decorate it and added in a sparkler candle which brought much delight. Keep up the good effort Hotel Maya!

I stayed there for almost a week with my husband.

We got a suite room with really great view. The room is nice, big and clean.

The service is so good. Once I asked them one bucket of ice, they gave it to me right away.

But I lost my lipstick where I put it in the bathroom even though it's cheap but it's okay.

The breakfast menu is nice and the location is so strategic close to the Petronas twin towers and in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. So far it's nice experience to stay with them

I love it. I was surprised that the friendly hotel staff allowed me to check in early before 2pm.

The room was nice and i enjoyed my sleep here. Wifi also good. The only thing to improve is the TV channel selection.
