Ramada Encore by Wyndham Muscat Al-Ghubra

The Ramada Encore provided a comfortable stay. The location is good and the staff are professional and cooperative. The check-in and check-out process were smooth and easy.

The rooms were clean and well equipped with all of the required amenities (The touch screen type switches are attractive). However, the restrooms did not have hot tubs and appear to be modest by hotel standards.

Despite the limited option on the menu, the food was excellent and delicious.

The hotel have a pool that I did not use, while the gym was good.

My overall experience was good.

Very beautiful hotel with very nice rooms. The food and room service was also very good. Everyone was so polite and courteous, I'm sad to have to leave back to the US. High tech light controls from the bedside, decently fast wifi and not very expensive by American standards.

Amazing hotel with a great location! The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The rooms were always clean. The view from the room especially if you’re in high floor is beautiful due to the mountains in the background. The location is great as it’s literally close to everything including the airport (which was about 12-15 minutes) from the hotel! I recommend this hotel!

I recently stayed at the Ramada Encore by Wyndham Muscat Al-Ghubra and I must say it was an amazing experience! The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and modern. The staff were friendly and accommodating and made sure that all of my needs were met.

The room was spacious and had all the amenities that I needed. The bed was comfortable and the linens and pillows were of very high quality. The view from my room was also amazing, giving me a great view of the city.

The hotel location was great. It was close to restaurants, cafes, shops, and other attractions. I was also able to easily get around the city using public transportation.

The food at the hotel was delicious. I was able to try a variety of local dishes as well as international ones. I also found the breakfast buffet to be very good.

Overall, my stay at the Ramada Encore by Wyndham Muscat Al-Ghubra was excellent. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable stay in Muscat.

Super clean and super comfortable. The breakfast spread is amazing. The room are very spacious and accommodates all possible utilities. Staff is very courteous and friendly. It has great amenities and outdoors are prefect for a quick getaway. Highly satisfied and worth every penny.

Fantastic location just 10 minutes walk from the Avenues Mall and surrounded by cheap local eating places.

Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The restaurant does well presented and tasty dishes for those who prefer to eat in.

The massage room in the Spar saved our holiday after I got into some issues with my back whilst on hiliday

Great hotel with extraordinary customer experience team. The hotel host/manager (?) made our day with a lovely chat despite quite stressful circumstances - the power outage and fire alarm going off as we were leaving the front desk.
Decent food at the restaurant and a nice swimming pool. I would just kill for a spectacular city view from the rooftop but hey, maybe you can’t have everything!

Side note - muuuch better value for money than the Hilton. Just saying 🙃
