Excellent location! Being close to the Ruwi Bus Station made getting around easier. The room was clean and the bed is comfortable.

Hotel is value for money n its in main Muscat. Dont order breakfast as its not worth it. Room was good but in bathroom water was keep filling. Overall its was ok. Adequate space, good food, Old but still elegant.

Very centrally located hotel with all the regular amenities of a chain but with friendly staff and service and attractive prices make for a comfortable stay. Bus station to the airport and other attractions is nearby and some sights are walking distance. Many restaurants in the area make the stay even easier.

Like a normal 3 star hotel bot very tidy as it is bit old but has almost all the facilities which you need. Toilitiers are also available at your request. Stayed there for business trip. Walkable distance to cafes and grocery shop.

It's a very economical hotel and located in the heart of the business area. Shopping for Gold , electronics , garments , dry fruits etc is in the same area.

First time staying at this hotel. Visited for a drink on my last visit when in Muscat. Rooms are clean, staff very friendly and the two bars are a nice change. Close to plenty of shops and restaurants. The pool is very large so wasn't very crowded. Overall we worth a stay, especially for a few days whether it be work or pleasure.

We stayed here for three nights. The front desk is open 24 hours a day. All the hotel staff are very polite. The two single beds are quite large. The shower in the bathroom is very strong and comfortable. Breakfast starts at 5:30 in the morning. It is the earliest hotel I have encountered on this trip where breakfast can be served.

The Muscate Holiday Hotel was very good and especially its restaurant and buffet service. I must say the deserts were always varied and the fruit displayed in a very creative way. The entrance Hall and the reception area were too shiny for my personal taste, but contrasted with the bedrooms whose decoration was sober.

Great little place not on the usual tourist radar. Good spacious rooms and reasonable prices, not the cheapest but very competitive. If you want a boutique hotel, actually on the beach, with great room views, this is the place. Bar (Route 66) and restaurant, Shesha on the terrace, nice pool.

Very nice ambience. But you might be bluffed with the bill if you are too high. They might add 1 or 2 beer/shot cash extra just to cheat you. Good crowd

Only problem is parking. Other than that, this place is great. I was invited by old time friend and band member as a guest. The club Route 69 was good, not the best. But considering that all live music was banned in Oman for a while, this makes it the very best. I would recommend it and would go again.

Very nice and well located bed & breakfast in Muscat, with a beautiful pool and excellent service provided by the owner and his team. The team kindly arranged a tour guide in Muscat, rental car and PCR test during our short stay.

This guest house is amazing with all facilities. Everything was neat and clean, well maintained too. It actually fills the gap between the farm house and hotel stay. As we went during this time(starting of winter) pool water feels like fresh water pools. Overall I’d definitely recommend the boutique. Stayed there 4 nights and it was a 10-minute drive away from the port for scuba diving. It’s a really nice guest house and was pretty relaxing. My room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was sufficient. I did choose the place as it was also close to the beach however I went once, wasn’t really impressed and didn’t go back. I had the pleasure of using the gym of Al Falaj Hotel. The gym is well-equipped and clean. I had taken personal training sessions with Nowsheed and he tailored a workout program for me, offering personalized tips, diet and guidance throughout the sessions. I would highly recommend taking a session with Nowsheed. I feel a lot more stronger and motivated.

It was better than expected. I went just to the restaurant and the food was ok and it was possible to enjoy the view from the top. Some waiters do not speak english and sometimes was difficult the communication or I had to wait to whom speaks. The windows require a cleaning in order to appreaciate the landscape and the magnificent view, one of the good aspects of the restaurant.
