I need to wait 5 min to check-in as the reception is doings something. I feel that the hotel does not put customers first. The room is also not clean but the price is extremely cheap. That’s only good reason for this hotel.

The hotel is in very good location with convenient surroundings, like the Turkish canteen and shops. The staffs in hotel are very nice. Thuraiya helps us with ordering Omantaxi due to our phones does not work.

One of the favourite hotels for tourists from all over the world. Qualified and dedicated to providing nice accommodation for visitors. Calm place and good access to Oman mall, Avenue mall, quorum beach and embassies of different countries.

Very centrally located hotel with all the regular amenities of a chain but with friendly staff and service and attractive prices make for a comfortable stay. Bus station to the airport and other attractions is nearby and some sights are walking distance. Many restaurants in the area make the stay even easier.

Old hotel with old furnicher but very calm and nice.The staff is very kind. The Restourant is small but very charm. Food is nice. The atmosphere is romantic and there sound wonderfull calm music everywhere. The pool is good size and most of the time don't have a people. The rooms are clean .You can have very calm stay there with your family. Near this area have 2 amazing calm beaches just 15 minets...

Like a normal 3 star hotel bot very tidy as it is bit old but has almost all the facilities which you need. Toilitiers are also available at your request. Stayed there for business trip. Walkable distance to cafes and grocery shop.

It's a very economical hotel and located in the heart of the business area. Shopping for Gold , electronics , garments , dry fruits etc is in the same area.

Tulip inn downtown muscat (former ruwi hotel)

First time staying at this hotel. Visited for a drink on my last visit when in Muscat. Rooms are clean, staff very friendly and the two bars are a nice change. Close to plenty of shops and restaurants. The pool is very large so wasn't very crowded. Overall we worth a stay, especially for a few days whether it be work or pleasure.

We stayed here for three nights. The front desk is open 24 hours a day. All the hotel staff are very polite. The two single beds are quite large. The shower in the bathroom is very strong and comfortable. Breakfast starts at 5:30 in the morning. It is the earliest hotel I have encountered on this trip where breakfast can be served.

The Muscate Holiday Hotel was very good and especially its restaurant and buffet service. I must say the deserts were always varied and the fruit displayed in a very creative way. The entrance Hall and the reception area were too shiny for my personal taste, but contrasted with the bedrooms whose decoration was sober.

Great little place not on the usual tourist radar. Good spacious rooms and reasonable prices, not the cheapest but very competitive. If you want a boutique hotel, actually on the beach, with great room views, this is the place. Bar (Route 66) and restaurant, Shesha on the terrace, nice pool.

Very nice ambience. But you might be bluffed with the bill if you are too high. They might add 1 or 2 beer/shot cash extra just to cheat you. Good crowd

Only problem is parking. Other than that, this place is great. I was invited by old time friend and band member as a guest. The club Route 69 was good, not the best. But considering that all live music was banned in Oman for a while, this makes it the very best. I would recommend it and would go again.

We had booked a room for 2 nights with a pool view to end our 15-day trip to Oman. The young employee offered us a room with a view of the street when we arrived. Disappointment! The location is good and convenient for traveling. It is close to the main road and is very close to the IKEA Food Court or other places. It is also close to the airport. The room is relatively tidy. The front desk service attitude is good. This is my second stay and I can extend my check-out until 1pm for free.

Not a bad hotel for the money. Clean, comfortable bed. Tea, coffee, 2 bottles of water. Breakfast is modest, but you won't leave hungry. They promptly answer questions on WhatsApp. Of the minuses, there are no slippers, poor sound insulation, sockets are not suitable for our chargers. They asked for an adapter. They promised to bring it to the room, but it never arrived.

We are happy with the hotel. At our request, they immediately changed the room (the first one was dirty). It's 7-10 minutes to the sea, but the beach is not equipped. The hotel is located in between two other hotels, and is a good option for an economical stay, with nearer access to the beach and parks, the only downside is the unavailability of some menu's which is completely understandable due to the ramadan season, while the staff tries to suggest alternative items to order. I had the pleasure of using the gym of Al Falaj Hotel. The gym is well-equipped and clean. I had taken personal training sessions with Nowsheed and he tailored a workout program for me, offering personalized tips, diet and guidance throughout the sessions. I would highly recommend taking a session with Nowsheed. I feel a lot more stronger and motivated.
