Hotel: clean, comfortable, suitable for vacation. The service is very good and satisfying, there is a lift, trolley for luggage, there is a swimming pool, there is a gym, there is breakfast (paid). The Hotel wasn't next to beach, however its a good 5 to 10min drive to the beach. The rooms were good but the beds weren't that comfortable as twin mattress were attached. The breakfast had less options and wasn't great. It's a new property so the fresh feeling is there. It's near to the main Highway so connectivity is good. I need to wait 5 min to check-in as the reception is doings something. I feel that the hotel does not put customers first. The room is also not clean but the price is extremely cheap. That’s only good reason for this hotel.

We are happy with the hotel. At our request, they immediately changed the room (the first one was dirty). It's 7-10 minutes to the sea, but the beach is not equipped. Even though the linens were poor quality and it is a bit older, I could get passed that because of the price. However, there is a bar next door that was very loud until 3am.

First time staying at this hotel. Visited for a drink on my last visit when in Muscat. Rooms are clean, staff very friendly and the two bars are a nice change. Close to plenty of shops and restaurants. The pool is very large so wasn't very crowded. Overall we worth a stay, especially for a few days whether it be work or pleasure.

We stayed here for three nights. The front desk is open 24 hours a day. All the hotel staff are very polite. The two single beds are quite large. The shower in the bathroom is very strong and comfortable. Breakfast starts at 5:30 in the morning. It is the earliest hotel I have encountered on this trip where breakfast can be served.

The Muscate Holiday Hotel was very good and especially its restaurant and buffet service. I must say the deserts were always varied and the fruit displayed in a very creative way. I could not have asked for a better place to stay during my 10-day visit in Muscat. All staff, from reception to Housekeeping to the Shisha Bar on the 7th floor, were more than willing to go that extra mile to make my stay as pleasant as possible. I spent three nights here. Excellent location. Service and accommodation were both good. However the restroom's hot water availability was inadequate. They have a pool with few restriction and a well kept Gym. Breakfast was free, but it wasn't upto par. My overall experience, nevertheless was positive.

This a nice hotel. It is close to main highway like 5 min walk to catch a taxi.. near restaurants and petrol station .. the hotel looks clean from the lobby .. it has a rooftop restaurant with variety of snaks at a reasonable price .. the parking lot is limited .

Rooms is great, water pressure in the shower was lovely. The floor to ceiling window was beautiful. There were no towels in the room, we asked for one 4 times, they finally brought it to us at 11 PM. Other than that, perfect!

Very centrally located hotel with all the regular amenities of a chain but with friendly staff and service and attractive prices make for a comfortable stay. The hotel is ok for the price. Could improve with the interior and amenities. The towels were torn from the edges, bathroom amenities had one gel (not sure if it was shampoo or body wash), and dental kit on request. There's no spa at all as advertised. The swimming pool is on the rooftop. Small but ok. The water bottles in the room are limited to only 2 per day.

We needed a hotel for one night, so we tried to find "economy" class option and chose this hotel. I guess it's quite challenging in Oman. I was a bit disappointed with the experience. The bedsheets and pillows are yellowish colour. So we slept on the duvet cover wearing our clothes. There was an insect on the pillow. Was it a bedbug, a baby cockroach or a mite, I have no idea, but that was awful....

Good, clean but pretty basic. Have stayed here on and off for many years. It's fine for a no-strings attached business trip. There is no swimming pool or gym. Big clean rooms and bathrooms, where everything mostly functions. There are some little niggles: the taps don't always turn off, the water is sometimes cold, the AC's temperature control do not always work, and there is not enough parking spaces...
