I was here many times before but the last visit prior to this was 2019 just before the new year and corona!!! The room wasn't clean enough! Avoid the place it changed a lot and there are many better options in Muscat

And breakfast itself was very expensive, i paid as i was hoping to get the same breakfast as before! The only good thing was the Trader Vic's bar! The manager was amazing very nice and attentive

Great location, close to town, several good restaurants, private beach and nice pool. I really like how they give you refillable water bottles and dispensers on every floor. also no single use plastics for shower gel etc

Perfect location with private beach and 2 swimming pools, good Services staff so friendly good gym and sauna, steam room facilities. First time in Muscat but not last, will definitely will come back, highly recommend.

Even over Christmas the restaurants and beach were not too crowded. Rooms have a fabulous view over the sea and updated bathrooms but the rooms themselves are a bit tired. Nevertheless I would recommend the hotel

Room is clean and comfortable enough - nothing bad but nothing special. Amenities are amazing though - really nice pools and it’s a big plus that there’s a private beach. Food selection is also good.

maybe sweets could be improved in terms of plant based options but you still have cereal, fruit, juice, dates, jam if craving something sweet. however, only choice of plant milk is soya, which I don’t really like

The first three days we traveled around the country, and then four days we rested on the coast, one night in one hotel closer to the center of Muscat and three in this wonderful hotel

The hotel has a nice view which is surrounded with the mountain and the sea. The staff were friendly and accomodating, making my stay truly enjoyable

Unfortunately, the Chinese restaurant China Mood was closed due to the Spring Festival. The sea view Western restaurant The Pavilion was expensive, but the taste was very good and the environment was beautiful

This time I went to the niche country of Oman 🇴🇲 and chose the Palace Hotel, which should have been used by the royal family in the past. It is magnificent and has a private beach

The hotel is located 30-40 minutes by car from the airport. The city is only by taxi or car. The rooms are spacious, with all the amenities. Breakfasts and dinners are good with a variety of oriental snacks

You must stay when you come to Oman for vacation. The color of the beach water is also very beautiful. The gym is large and well-equipped

The staff was very welcoming and the room was very comfortable. The child loved his crib very much. He cried for a long time when he left and said he wanted to work here in the future.

As for food, there were "nice & filling" biryani & fried rice at the restaurant next door (which is the restaurant of this hotel), and also at about a 15-minute walk away (to the right after coming out of the hotel entrance then along like a "winding street") is a small shopping square with like a mini-supermarket (with "quite a variety" to buy actually) & also a restaurant with some nice selections...

And yes, my many thanks are to the managers at the front desk, Akash from the guest services (who brought me a bread-and-omelette breakfast every morning) & also the staff at the hotel restaurant (for the nice dinners)

Average for small rooms regarding furniture. Bigger rooms are better. Biggest are the best. Location is excellent. Stuff are the best.

If you want a boutique hotel, actually on the beach, with great room views, this is the place. Bar (Route 66) and restaurant, Shesha on the terrace, nice pool

Great little place not on the usual tourist radar. Good spacious rooms and reasonable prices, not the cheapest but very competitive

Very nice ambience. But you might be bluffed with the bill if you are too high. They might add 1 or 2 beer/shot cash extra just to cheat you. Good crowd

Other than that, this place is great. I was invited by old time friend and band member as a guest. The club Route 69 was good, not the best

But considering that all live music was banned in Oman for a while, this makes it the very best. I would recommend it and would go again

It was surrounded by some green plants and looked out over the sea. The people there were quick to bring drinks and snacks, which was nice. But the best part was the spa. I got a massage, and it was so relaxing

The hotel is nice, but it is being reconstructed. Half of the services are not provided. The pool is closed. That is the only reason we wanted to go there. But no one warned us in advance

The food was fantastic too! They had a restaurant for local food and another one with dishes from around the world. The staff was friendly and took care of any special food requests. I loved spending time at the pool

The Chedi brand never fails to disappoint. And the Muscat experience does it so much justice. The usual “black pool” (2 of them actually), a gym like really really no other

Magnificent 5 star hotel decorated with great taste having three superb infinity pools, 4 restaurants serving cuisines from all over the world, a private beach curiously very little frequented, a sumptuous garden and very beautiful large rooms with beautiful bathrooms and all modern comforts

The architecture was stunning, the three different pools left us breathtaking and breakfast was outstanding as well. We would definitely return and can 100% recommend to stay here, relax and unwind :)

The Beach Restaurant is serving very delicious food. You can hear the sound of the waves too.... Service was great. The beach has some pebbles, make sure you wear your slippers.

I think the hotel should be reserved for adults only, as none of the facilities are suitable for children (neither the pool nor the kids' clubs)

W is always great. Relatively new hotel with gorgeous pool and seaside access. The breakfast spread was smaller than I expected but good.

From the beginning I was greeted by Daniela who recommended the best places for me to visit and ensured I had everything during my stay. The pool is amazing with so much space and again the service was incredible

There is so much to do at this hotel from the bars and the roofop bar/restaurant which offers soo many different options of things to do. I would recommend this 100% and I will be staying here the next time I visit!

I only stayed for one night but the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the service was great, the food was delicious. I like the fact the we could walk to the opera house as it was really close to the hotel

At our request, they immediately changed the room (the first one was dirty). It's 7-10 minutes to the sea, but the beach is not equipped. The breakfast is good, but the coffee is weak

Nice location in quiet residential area near beach. Hotel has limited parking on site. Public areas and rooms were clean. Receptionist tried to reduce to a single room from the double that I had booked

A room is clean and tidy I have a good experience in this hotel and in reception two staff Mayank And Ziyad is very supportive and friendly overall my total experience is very good

Pointed this out and was given a double. next to the lift, despite the hotel being practically. Poor soundproofing meant that I could hear every conversation in the corridor

Tried the pool which is on the second floor in the middle of the hotel. I did ask a member of staff but none were forthcoming. Restaurant was empty and no bars were open as it was Eid

We stayed for three nights, the room was clean and spacious, the breakfast was rich and varied, and we were surprised to have three dozen fish and monkey peaches

The soundproofing of the rooms on the lower floors is not good, the rooms on the upper floors will be much better. There are many delicious foods around, and there is a supermarket downstairs, which is very convenient.

The hotel room is big and the service is good. Because I extended my room late and there is no room of the same type, I need to downgrade and extend my stay. The hotel will extend my stay in the original room for free

Everything here was nice and the breakfast buffet was amazing. A big mall could be reached through the underground hotel. I am lucky to have selected this hotel for my first visit to the wonderful Oman 🇴🇲

Hotel location was great in the middle of everywhere. Furniture was well maintained beds were comfy. Swimming pool was small but my kids enjoyed it. The only disadvantage was staff

I would give them a raise if I were the one in charge. The swimming pool looked great. However one lil complaint is that the cleaning of room is not on time. It was done well on request but not as a scheduled event

One of the best Hotels in Muscat. All room services are excellent. Easy access to many locations with supermarket nearby. In house food is of good quality. Morning breakfast is continental and asian, all items are fresh

You will enjoy your stay and the room rates are bit higher when compared with other hotels, but this one is in peaceful location

It's great to stay more there. Everything is clean and tidy. The only concern is the location. It's far from any shops and shopping centres. Totally, I was happy to spend some while in this 5 stars hotel.

Comfy bed, very good food breakfast variety and quality, good bathroom. Huge room and sound insulation. Great parking spaces. Lots of business guest. Location is nice, very close to city and airport.

Also the Egyptian gentleman in the pool bar in the evening worked very efficient, handling al the tables alone while keeping up the service level

the room is spacious. the only problem is the shower head is losen, can't be fixed so that inconvenience to shower, also too few towels, missed at least one for floor

This hotel is new, his restaurant in the 2nd Floor if I am not mistaken, has outdoor pool with a nice view for the town, price affordable, spacious and clean,rooms very comfortable, they have gym and spa

The checkin process was not so great as the front desk attendant lost one of our passport and then had to check all guests’ passports to verify the lost one

Staff were very friendly and the level of hospitality was good. Only downside is that their room cleaning was average.

Excellent place for a "all you can eat Lobster" (every Tuesday). The appetizers were yummy too. The service was excellent.
