The pools, amenities, level of service, housekeeping and warmth from the staff were all tip-top! Every whim & fancy which was requested by my 3-year old was kindly accommodated to and I’m very appreciative to the team here for doing so
The breakfast Buffet has everything like bacon, sausages, French Toast, pancakes, juice and so much more. The ticket price is moderately priced but it was well worth every dime. Would recommend it to everybody
It is located in Bandar Jissah, away from the hustle & bustle of Muscat city so you really feel you’re in another world. Hiring a self-drive is highly recommended
The only small ink blot I’d place on this resort is that the F&B options can be on the pricey side so we found ourselves exploring local options in Muscat instead of staying within the resort
My kids and I had a fabulous time there is so much to do but not enough time to do it all. We stayed in Al Bandar and it was lovely
Such a nice hotel with beautiful views of the ocean and so much more. The rooms are really good even if you get the small one

What an amazing hotel! From the architecture design to comfort and to the services. Right next to the beach, the water felt so soothing. The pool side is so beautiful and relaxing
A fine luxury hotel with the standard similar to the likes of Park Hyatt Dubai or any fine hotels in the Middle East. I went there for the Muscat marathon, the hotel has all the 5-star services and amenities as expected
A very nice and new resort near the airport, little far from city center. There is a nice nearby restaurants and shops complex with a marina. The hotel is extremely clean and they really give attention to all details
I came with my friends to have dinner at the kitchen. The servers were very accommodating and kind. , Evans, Paul and Arlene Perez. They were very hospital and attending to the guests needs
Such a delight to stay at Kempinski hotel. I was there for a short business trip. The place is so nice aesthetically. The breakfast was really good as well

Parking is 2 levels below and has good space. However beware that u will have to carry luggage for one floor since the elevator is only available from Basement 1 while parking lot is in basement 2
Breakfast has a very good spread and is normally open till 1030. Location is right in the center of traffic in Al khuwair with a building construction ongoing opposite to the hotel
The sky lounge is not operational. Gym has got a good set of equipment
Rooms have plenty of space but unfortunately the AC was too cold for us, even when we turned it to the warmest setting. Turning it off however the room got just a bit too warm
Good hotel, well situated near Al Khuwar Market, very close with shopping center. Restaurant and Food was good and and staff working there very helpful
Room service was very good (we ordered a Butter chicken, roasted tomato soup and a dish with meat and shrimp). Breakfast however was not so great

It was surrounded by some green plants and looked out over the sea. The people there were quick to bring drinks and snacks, which was nice. But the best part was the spa. I got a massage, and it was so relaxing
Amazing location, everything is close - coffee, shisha, restaurants. Old but chic and cozy hotel. Big and very cozy room with a nice balcony. Quiet, very clean, comfortable bed. Everything was perfect
I stayed at the Grand Hyatt Muscat, and it was amazing! The hotel is really fancy and in a great spot with beautiful views of the ocean. My room was so nice, with a comfy bed and everything I needed
The food was fantastic too! They had a restaurant for local food and another one with dishes from around the world. The staff was friendly and took care of any special food requests. I loved spending time at the pool
Incredible gem not far from city of Muscat. High end accommodation, great selection of restaurants, outstanding service. Wide beach area, with few sections to ensure privacy
The spa was calm and the people were skilled at what they do. Everyone working at the hotel was really kind and helpful. They made my stay special and unforgettable

Clean rooms, super helpful staff (also for restaurants, sightseeing, etc. pp)and a beautiful rooftop pool overseeing the whole city. Beach is in walking distance as well as shops and restaurants (right around the corner)
One can view the beauty of its construction. Rooms are clean and cozy feel like home. Wash rooms are clean and Hygiene. Swimming pool has clear with blue water looks. Reception area is spacious to greet the customers
The rooms were a good size and offered every amenity we expected. The rooftop pool area allowed a beautiful view of Muscat and was a perfect place to unwind and take a break from sightseeing
The gym area was very well appointed with brand new equipment - much better than most hotel gyms I have used. Overall, I would say this hotel exceeded my expectations and I would not hesitate to recommend it to others
It s also closed to two big malls and private hospitals. The breakfast was great and with many options
The hotel's dining options were outstanding, with a variety of delectable cuisines to choose from. The breakfast buffet was particularly impressive, offering a wide range of delicious options to start the day

While there were a couple of minor issues that could be addressed, overall, my experience was exceptional While my overall experience was fantastic, I would like to provide some constructive feedback for improvement
This is a large hotel and I was with a large group- and I prefer smaller hotels- but for the location- it was a quite nice facility- the rooftop pool is great- rooms clean and well maintained
I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and was blown away by their exceptional hospitality and top-notch service. From the moment I stepped in, Omar and the staff made me feel like a valued guest
there are no views of interest from the hotel= but overall This is a very nice facility. staff very nice, knowledgeable, helpful and accommodating- which is what really matters when one is at a hotel
Firstly, the lighting in the room could be enhanced. Although the ambiance was cozy, a brighter lighting option would have made it easier to work
hello- i did not complete my prior review. this hotel in Muscat is close to the airport and for that reason- it has its advantages

A very nice hotel which I would recommend to anyone. The view and setting is unparalleled in Muscat because it has a lovely pool area and downstairs its own beach, and the sunset views over Muscat are incredible
The hotel is equipped with a double pool and a private beach. The restaurant is very good, the food is fresh, tasty and every night different. Service and staff deserve all the 5 stars!
maybe sweets could be improved in terms of plant based options but you still have cereal, fruit, juice, dates, jam if craving something sweet. however, only choice of plant milk is soya, which I don’t really like

This was my first time in Oman and I’m so glad I chose the Sheraton hotel. Everything about the stay was perfect, but the service at breakfast was absolutely over the top amazing
It’s one of the best hotels I ever stayed in. The rooms are super comfy and view is great. I remember seeing a huge clock tower from my window it was nice. The pool is great and very well kept.
The room service was top-notch, and the staff were always available and helpful. The outdoor pool was a great addition and provided a relaxing experience
Overall, the Sheraton hotel in Muscat offers a fantastic stay with its spacious rooms, stunning views, attentive staff, and enjoyable pool area
Facilities are really good and the pool and spa facilities are perfect

This is an extraordinary hotel with superb staff. The spa staff in particular are outstanding. I have had the good fortune of traveling across Asia, Europe, and the Gulf region
Highly recommend this hotel to anyone…awesome staff, beautiful hotel and location. The Hotel manager Shanka, the employees in Trader Vic’s (can’t tell names) and John Edward with his staff at the Tomato were impressive
Additionally, Treat Cafe has always been a favorite of mine, offering exceptional coffee and delectable desserts. The expertly prepared beverages and mouthwatering pastries never fail to impress
I have yet to meet a practitioner as exceptional as Kayla. You will be hard pressed to find someone with her level of professionalism, positivity, and skill
Not as posh as the neighbors, but still a five star place. Nice pizza in Tomato and passionate service. John Edward speaks many languages, even German. Thank you for your great hospitality!

The W is a very nice modern, luxury and stylish beachfront hotel. The main swimming pool is magnificent and all the spaces are well thought out so that you can have a good time, close to the Opera house of Muscat
The main pool is very large so you can have your own space even if there are a lot of other people. The infinity pool is not open like they say it is for the weekends
There is also an amazing infinity rooftop pool. The rooms are amazing, very contemporary designed. Wonderful stay! Can’t wait to come back again!
The shops and restaurants just down the way are best accessed by foot out the back past the pool

Fantastic stay and a very professional and friendly service from MD sijil samad. He was very helpful and made our stay enjoyable. The porter, Islam, was very kind and efficient - we had lots of heavy bags for the airport

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. The quality of the rooms was outstanding, featuring luxurious decor and incredibly comfortable beds

We spent the weekend at Al falaj hotel and this hotel was the perfect place to stay for a couple of nights. Amazing sea views, unbeatable silence at night, good value meals alongside the swimming pool and smiling service
A good hotel with lodging facilities near Tuwing fir elite class people. This has got a Good swimming pool, and a Gym for workout of its inmates as well as for the Locals and residents

Good stay for a weekend. Swimming pool is great closes early though at 9:30. All facilities provided. Great tea shop in the lobby. The washroom doesn't have a shower door which can be annoying as all water spills over.
An affordable hotel with decent facilities. I was a member there for years. The gym is compact but consisted of all the equipment you needed. I have lots of good memories there especially in the pool and gym

Great location; close to the sea and Muscat airport! Very clean and spacious rooms and excellent breakfast selections. Staff were very friendly and helpful and we also enjoyed dining at the Salt and Pepper restaurant

Mysk Al Mouj Hotel is a fantastic place to stay. The staff are lovely and very helpful, the breakfast is great and the location spot on for exploring the Al Mouj city on foot. I thoroughly recommend staying there.
The staff were extremely perfessional and polite. The food at Salt was GREAT!!! They really went out of their way to make sure we were happy. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable
The location is the best you can get in Muscat, Al Mouj a nice and modern mini Cornish with alot of restaurants. I highly recommend it and will come again. And its very near to the airport btw
