The swimming pool and the beach is very nice and the lazy river (long swimming pool in the shape of an oval) was really relaxing. It's a good stay with the family. The hotel reception and room service is also good

Such a nice hotel with beautiful views of the ocean and so much more. The rooms are really good even if you get the small one

The pools, amenities, level of service, housekeeping and warmth from the staff were all tip-top! Every whim & fancy which was requested by my 3-year old was kindly accommodated to and I’m very appreciative to the team here for doing so

The breakfast Buffet has everything like bacon, sausages, French Toast, pancakes, juice and so much more. The ticket price is moderately priced but it was well worth every dime. Would recommend it to everybody

A very good hotel, wonderful, kind staff, only at breakfast the coffee took a very long time a couple of times, but then they corrected themselves :) Otherwise, everything was great, I liked the fact that there were few people at sea and in the hotel in general

A fine luxury hotel with the standard similar to the likes of Park Hyatt Dubai or any fine hotels in the Middle East. I went there for the Muscat marathon, the hotel has all the 5-star services and amenities as expected

A very nice and new resort near the airport, little far from city center. There is a nice nearby restaurants and shops complex with a marina. The hotel is extremely clean and they really give attention to all details

I came with my friends to have dinner at the kitchen. The servers were very accommodating and kind. , Evans, Paul and Arlene Perez. They were very hospital and attending to the guests needs

What an amazing hotel! From the architecture design to comfort and to the services. Right next to the beach, the water felt so soothing. The pool side is so beautiful and relaxing

Parking is 2 levels below and has good space. However beware that u will have to carry luggage for one floor since the elevator is only available from Basement 1 while parking lot is in basement 2

Breakfast has a very good spread and is normally open till 1030. Location is right in the center of traffic in Al khuwair with a building construction ongoing opposite to the hotel

The sky lounge is not operational. Gym has got a good set of equipment

Good hotel, well situated near Al Khuwar Market, very close with shopping center. Restaurant and Food was good and and staff working there very helpful

Room service was very good (we ordered a Butter chicken, roasted tomato soup and a dish with meat and shrimp). Breakfast however was not so great

I really recommend this place to enjoy their different food stations. Again, excellent food presentation

It was surrounded by some green plants and looked out over the sea. The people there were quick to bring drinks and snacks, which was nice. But the best part was the spa. I got a massage, and it was so relaxing

There aren't enough adjectives to describe it. It sits around a mountainous area, and getting to the national museum only takes 10mins from here. One can easily get to other tourist attractions

Breakfast was exceptional, too many options to choose from. The kids' pool & play area, kids' zip line, and the infinity pool were some of the facilities we used and thoroughly enjoyed

The rooms were a good size and offered every amenity we expected. The rooftop pool area allowed a beautiful view of Muscat and was a perfect place to unwind and take a break from sightseeing

Clean rooms, super helpful staff (also for restaurants, sightseeing, etc. pp)and a beautiful rooftop pool overseeing the whole city. Beach is in walking distance as well as shops and restaurants (right around the corner)

It s also closed to two big malls and private hospitals. The breakfast was great and with many options

One can view the beauty of its construction. Rooms are clean and cozy feel like home. Wash rooms are clean and Hygiene. Swimming pool has clear with blue water looks. Reception area is spacious to greet the customers

This is a large hotel and I was with a large group- and I prefer smaller hotels- but for the location- it was a quite nice facility- the rooftop pool is great- rooms clean and well maintained

Firstly, the lighting in the room could be enhanced. Although the ambiance was cozy, a brighter lighting option would have made it easier to work

Great location, close to town, several good restaurants, private beach and nice pool. I really like how they give you refillable water bottles and dispensers on every floor. also no single use plastics for shower gel etc

A very nice hotel which I would recommend to anyone. The view and setting is unparalleled in Muscat because it has a lovely pool area and downstairs its own beach, and the sunset views over Muscat are incredible

We expected far more for the price we paid. The room was tiny and had very old furniture. Also it was next to huge air con systems which were super noisy day and night. The service was friendly and the location is great

We had a wonderful event today at Crown Plaza hotel. We enjoyed the afternoon tea, good DJ , staff are friendly. I would like to thank Mrs Nikita she gave us good service and best organized for my daughter birthday

Good facilities: pool, tennis court, sauna and fitness center. Delicious breakfast with wide choice of dishes from different cultures and traditional dinners with elegant, Arab atmosphere

Location is great for the distance from airport and exhibition hall, however quite far from the city center and beaches. Depends on your purpose of staying in Muscat. Hotel stuff is nice and they joke with a smile

The rooms are very nice and feature tubs with a retractable window to open the bathroom up to the rest of the room. The internet is very fast and even reaches to the beach just outside of the hotel

The best and most amazing W hotel I have ever stayed. Everything from the design, layout, and service is definitely 5 star. Right next to the beach with long stretching shallow water and super soft sand

You have to request them to open it if you want to use it. The breakfast is phenomenal and the service you get as soon as you sit down is very attentive. The coffee is particularly excellent

A 4 star hotel located nearby Muscat International Airport with easy access and good services. Their rates are very good and it is a cosy hotel.

The Hotel wasn't next to beach, however its a good 5 to 10min drive to the beach. The rooms were good but the beds weren't that comfortable as twin mattress were attached. The breakfast had less options and wasn't great

It's a new property so the fresh feeling is there. It's near to the main Highway so connectivity is good. There's many small Cafeteria, Petrol pump, Mc Donald, Shisha near to the Hotel

The staff's are good an Omani guy and Vishnu. They are helpful and guides you well

The location is the best you can get in Muscat, Al Mouj a nice and modern mini Cornish with alot of restaurants. I highly recommend it and will come again. And its very near to the airport btw

Excellent buffet breakfast at Salt & Pepper. Great choice, quality and service. Five star breakfast for a very reasonable price. Definitely will go there again and again.

It's very clean and level up hotel. High standards of Covid safety and hygiene. For house keeping as well they are good. View is of yacht club and is beautiful
