Best Hotels in Muscat

The soundproofing of the rooms on the lower floors is not good, the rooms on the upper floors will be much better. There are many delicious foods around, and there is a supermarket downstairs, which is very convenient.

The hotel room is big and the service is good. Because I extended my room late and there is no room of the same type, I need to downgrade and extend my stay. The hotel will extend my stay in the original room for free

Everything here was nice and the breakfast buffet was amazing. A big mall could be reached through the underground hotel. I am lucky to have selected this hotel for my first visit to the wonderful Oman 🇴🇲

Me and my friends travelled to Oman for renal workshop We stayed for three nights, the location was good near to Muscat grand mall and 7 min away from Oman Mall by car

I had the best sleep of my life at this hotel. The bed and pillows were so comfortable that even though I only slept for 5 hours, I was very well rested

Breakfast was awful…. Will never come again considering of this breakfast. Room and cleaning are okay. Good location with a hypermarket nearby.

Room is clean and comfortable enough - nothing bad but nothing special. Amenities are amazing though - really nice pools and it’s a big plus that there’s a private beach. Food selection is also good.

The rooms are relatively old and not very big, but the hotel has its own private beach, infinity pool, great environment, many foreigners, and a good breakfast.

Great location, close to town, several good restaurants, private beach and nice pool. I really like how they give you refillable water bottles and dispensers on every floor. also no single use plastics for shower gel etc

The hotel is equipped with a double pool and a private beach. The restaurant is very good, the food is fresh, tasty and every night different. Service and staff deserve all the 5 stars!

Unfortunately, the Chinese restaurant China Mood was closed due to the Spring Festival. The sea view Western restaurant The Pavilion was expensive, but the taste was very good and the environment was beautiful

The hotel is in very good location with convenient surroundings, like the Turkish canteen and shops. The staffs in hotel are very nice. Thuraiya helps us with ordering Omantaxi due to our phones does not work.

The hotel is located 30-40 minutes by car from the airport. The city is only by taxi or car. The rooms are spacious, with all the amenities. Breakfasts and dinners are good with a variety of oriental snacks

The staff was very welcoming and the room was very comfortable. The child loved his crib very much. He cried for a long time when he left and said he wanted to work here in the future.

House keeping was horrible they don’t change linens even it was dirty and torn. I had to call them to change it. The carpet was wet and they didn’t do anything even they don’t clean tables

Very good selection of food and delicious. Rooms are quite contemporary comparing to other hotels visited in Oman. Staffs are friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel for any type of visitor

Hotel location was great in the middle of everywhere. Furniture was well maintained beds were comfy. Swimming pool was small but my kids enjoyed it. The only disadvantage was staff

We only sow the lady for check in honestly she was polite but no welcoming no one to help with baggage no one in the reception most of the time

It was surrounded by some green plants and looked out over the sea. The people there were quick to bring drinks and snacks, which was nice. But the best part was the spa. I got a massage, and it was so relaxing

The hotel is located in between two other hotels, and is a good option for an economical stay, with nearer access to the beach and parks, the only downside is the unavailability of some menu's which is completely understandable due to the ramadan season, while the staff tries to suggest alternative items to order

At our request, they immediately changed the room (the first one was dirty). It's 7-10 minutes to the sea, but the beach is not equipped. The breakfast is good, but the coffee is weak

Breakfast variety was so-so. But hotel is cheap and relatively clean. Fast check-in. Could hear noise from the restaurants at night from my room 1 level above. Good location near qurum beach and park.

Hotel staff not co-operative to arrange taxi from outside, insist to take hotel taxi and breakfast very very bad, cold and not good at all

the room is spacious. the only problem is the shower head is losen, can't be fixed so that inconvenience to shower, also too few towels, missed at least one for floor

We only stayed 1 night and below our room there we construction noises from the ballroom area, while I approached reception I was informed it would take another 30 minutes and it stopped at 23:00

The checkin process was not so great as the front desk attendant lost one of our passport and then had to check all guests’ passports to verify the lost one

Also the Egyptian gentleman in the pool bar in the evening worked very efficient, handling al the tables alone while keeping up the service level

The rooms are very good and clean as well the drinking water is free and many facilities as well near the mall and all coffee shops
