Very nice place and good breakfast, I enjoyed there, also with nice gym and swimming pool

The soundproofing of the rooms on the lower floors is not good, the rooms on the upper floors will be much better. There are many delicious foods around, and there is a supermarket downstairs, which is very convenient.

Price - quality. Spacious and clean room. From the airport - 15 minutes by taxi

In total I am satisfied with the everything.  Breakfast could have more options.

The service is good. But if you have traveled by your car, you will have to carry your own luggage by stairs from car parking basement for 1 floor. Limited Indian food variety but thank to other Indian restaurants around since the hotel is located at a prime location. 10 on 10 to all the staff.

That was a perfect place to stay. Thanks for the very kind staff including Ridha and Nasser. I extended my stay here two more weeks and Mr Nasser offered me a great package price. The rooms are relatively old and not very big, but the hotel has its own private beach, infinity pool, great environment, many foreigners, and a good breakfast.

Room is clean and comfortable enough - nothing bad but nothing special. Amenities are amazing though - really nice pools and it’s a big plus that there’s a private beach. Food selection is also good.

We stayed 1 night. It was my partner's birthday. They upgraded our room to a suite which was awesome. We had one breakfast. They had everything. Last but not least, at the reception REEM helped me a lot. Thank you very much once more. Kudos!

Hotel location was great in the middle of everywhere. Furniture was well maintained beds were comfy. Swimming pool was small but my kids enjoyed it. The only disadvantage was staff. This is a very good hotel. I often stay at this hotel. Last week, I stayed here again after three months, and the person at the reception recognized me and greeted me warmly. The hotel rooms are spacious. They should provide milk instead of creamer for tea in the rooms so that tea lovers like me can enjoy their tea. Terrible reception service. I have been trying to contact the hotel for more than two weeks to arrange a transfer from the airport to the hotel. They don’t answer calls or reply to emails. It’s just outrageous.

Nesnas hall - Good hall with amble space suitable for party. Food is good with plenty options, but service provided is not satisfactory. Hotel provided audio system is not suitable for performance, better options to be arranged separately.

Wonderful place in the middle of Muscat not far from the airport. Clean and spacious room. Nice view to the pool. Did not try the restaurant so can't judge but the menu looks OK. Internet connection speed is bad. Tv reception also not good but there are many channels in different languages. Check in and check out processes are slow need improvements. Overall I was satisfied

One of the best Hotels in Muscat. I love the swimming pool. All room services are excellent. Convenient car park facility. Easy access to many locations with supermarket nearby. In house food is of good quality. Morning breakfast is continental and asian, all items are fresh. You will enjoy your stay and the room rates are bit higher when compared with other hotels, but this one is in peaceful location

My stay was short but I enjoyed it so much

The checkin process was not so great as the front desk attendant lost one of our passport and then had to check all guests’ passports to verify the lost one. Not appealing or polite, got 2 out of 3 rooms 1 hour late even upon arriving at 5pm.

Staff were very friendly and the level of hospitality was good. Only downside is that their room cleaning was average.
