amazing hotel, the twin room was a bit small but overall experience and breakfast amazing!! especially as a vegan, I had a lot of savoury options. maybe sweets could be improved in terms of plant based options but you still have cereal, fruit, juice, dates, jam if craving something sweet. however, only choice of plant milk is soya, which I don’t really like.

We expected far more for the price we paid. The room was tiny and had very old furniture. Also it was next to huge air con systems which were super noisy day and night. The service was friendly and the location is great. Still, we left earlier than planned as we did not feel comfortable in the room.

The ambiance of the place is pleasant, and the staff is reasonably good in terms of service. However, during our breakfast brunch/buffet visit, I ordered an omelette. Unfortunately, on two out of three occasions, it had eggshells in it, even after I informed the chef. It was a bit disappointing, especially considering it's a well-known hotel. Hopefully, they improve in the future.

The Centara Hotel is near my house and I had visited there their SPA facility. The experience was really nice and the therapist Ms. Mona had done a wonderful job. It was relaxing and refreshing. The place was neat and the people had passion and commitment which was visible in the way they dealt with me.

I visited Oman for a business trip and Centara was one of the best hotels available in Muscat. close to airport and location is nice with lot of restaurants near by. The bed was dirty and had some leftover hairs either from previous guests or the housekeeping. The windows can’t be opened and the room smelled really humid and weird when the AC was on.

The hotel was fine. The staff are pleasant and helpful. The elevator has an ad with a jingle playing in it 24/7 and since you have to use it many times a day it gets into your soul and makes you want to smash it.
