One of my favorite hotels in Oman, the location is very convenient, 10 minutes walk to Oman avenues mall. There is a Vietnamese restaurant nearby that also suits Chinese tastes, but you need to pass through a noisy area.

Well located. For 1-2 to explore the city or a long layover in Muscat. Nearby malls where you can buy everything you need. Around the hotel there are many cafes with affordable prices.

I had the pleasure of using the gym of Al Falaj Hotel. The gym is well-equipped and clean. I had taken personal training sessions with Nowsheed and he tailored a workout program for me, offering personalized tips, diet and guidance throughout the sessions. My stay was short but I enjoyed it so much

The checkin process was not so great as the front desk attendant lost one of our passport and then had to check all guests’ passports to verify the lost one. Not appealing or polite, got 2 out of 3 rooms 1 hour late even upon arriving at 5pm.

The hotel room is relatively clean and sanitary, but there is a big taboo for Chinese people: the large mirror in the closet is facing the bed! This is a Feng Shui taboo!

I had to leave the hotel at 6:50 every morining, so service hours were important for me when booking the room with or without breakfast, but I did not find this information anywhere on the website; the breakfast starts at 6:30 which gives enough time for business visitors to enjoy it.

Business trip, good experience

The elite room I stayed in this time is similar to a small suite, spacious and comfortable, and there are many supermarkets and restaurants around. It is close to the Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque and the beach. The breakfast is also quite rich. It's just that the water cups were not cleaned in time when the room was cleaned, which is a little unsatisfactory. Everything else is good.

It's too noisy in the middle of the night

Best shisha in town and recommended to have private lounge for more comfortable and privacy. Its located in the rooftop and all the employees are very helpful, friendly and always smile. They have many selection of food, nice selection of teas and the portion of food is quite big so you can share with your partner or friends.
