Good hotel, well situated near Al Khuwar Market, very close with shopping center. Restaurant and Food was good and and staff working there very helpful. I really recommend this place to enjoy their different food stations. Again, excellent food presentation.

The location is convenient, right above a big grocery store and in walking distance to many restaurants. Rooms have plenty of space but unfortunately the AC was too cold for us, even when we turned it to the warmest setting. Turning it off however the room got just a bit too warm. Hotel location was great in the middle of everywhere. Furniture was well maintained beds were comfy. Swimming pool was small but my kids enjoyed it. The only disadvantage was staff. The rooms are relatively old and not very big, but the hotel has its own private beach, infinity pool, great environment, many foreigners, and a good breakfast.

The sea view room is so beautiful. The hotel facilities are a little old, but it doesn't affect the mood of looking at the beautiful scenery.

Room is clean and comfortable enough - nothing bad but nothing special. Amenities are amazing though - really nice pools and it’s a big plus that there’s a private beach. Food selection is also good.

I loved our stay in the Intercity hotel. I enjoyed a very nice room with a nice view. And I also enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool and the very nice breakfast. The most amazing part of the hotel was the staff. We got a very warm reception and met many helpful staff. I would like to specially mention Ramy, who I believe is an asset for the hotel. This is a very good hotel. I often stay at this hotel. Last week, I stayed here again after three months, and the person at the reception recognized me and greeted me warmly. The hotel rooms are spacious. They should provide milk instead of creamer for tea in the rooms so that tea lovers like me can enjoy their tea. Next time, in Sha Allah, I will plan to stay with my family.

Service and staff is very good. Food is amazing. Touring and rent a car service is very expensive but trip to city centre is free which is good. Television wasn't working during my stay though.

Nesnas hall - Good hall with amble space suitable for party. Food is good with plenty options, but service provided is not satisfactory. Hotel provided audio system is not suitable for performance, better options to be arranged separately.

Wonderful place in the middle of Muscat not far from the airport. Clean and spacious room. Nice view to the pool. Did not try the restaurant so can't judge but the menu looks OK. One of the best Hotels in Muscat. I love the swimming pool. All room services are excellent. Convenient car park facility. Easy access to many locations with supermarket nearby. In house food is of good quality. Morning breakfast is continental and asian, all items are fresh. You will enjoy your stay and the room rates are bit higher when compared with other hotels, but this one is in peaceful location

My stay was short but I enjoyed it so much

The checkin process was not so great as the front desk attendant lost one of our passport and then had to check all guests’ passports to verify the lost one. Not appealing or polite, got 2 out of 3 rooms 1 hour late even upon arriving at 5pm.

Staff were very friendly and the level of hospitality was good. Only downside is that their room cleaning was average.
