The soundproofing of the rooms on the lower floors is not good, the rooms on the upper floors will be much better. There are many delicious foods around, and there is a supermarket downstairs, which is very convenient.

Price - quality. Spacious and clean room. From the airport - 15 minutes by taxi

In total I am satisfied with the everything.  Breakfast could have more options.

The service is good. But if you have traveled by your car, you will have to carry your own luggage by stairs from car parking basement for 1 floor. Limited Indian food variety but thank to other Indian restaurants around since the hotel is located at a prime location. 10 on 10 to all the staff.

The service was horrible, they kept me for 45 minutes to check in, at the end they offered the first floor sea view which was impossible to see anything i paid extra for the view. The staff didn't help when i had to check out quickly nobody came to take the luggage. My past experience was different. I had the best sleep of my life at this hotel. The bed and pillows were so comfortable that even though I only slept for 5 hours, I was very well rested. Amazing stay – perfect location! Everything about this hotel was great. I especially loved the convenience of the walking bridge that connects directly to the mall – I could shop and then walk straight back to my room. Super comfortable, clean, and well-located. Highly recommend!

We stayed for three nights, the room was clean and spacious, the breakfast was rich and varied, and we were surprised to have three dozen fish and monkey peaches. Me and my friends travelled to Oman for renal workshop We stayed for three nights, the location was good near to Muscat grand mall and 7 min away from Oman Mall by car. Room were super clean, with daily room services, the presences of  Iron in the room was a great add.The front desk people were polite and cooperative.

The rooms are relatively old and not very big, but the hotel has its own private beach, infinity pool, great environment, many foreigners, and a good breakfast.

Room is clean and comfortable enough - nothing bad but nothing special. Amenities are amazing though - really nice pools and it’s a big plus that there’s a private beach. Food selection is also good.

We stayed 1 night. It was my partner's birthday. They upgraded our room to a suite which was awesome. We had one breakfast. They had everything. Last but not least, at the reception REEM helped me a lot. Thank you very much once more. Kudos!

First time staying at this hotel. Visited for a drink on my last visit when in Muscat. Rooms are clean, staff very friendly and the two bars are a nice change. Close to plenty of shops and restaurants. The pool is very large so wasn't very crowded. Overall we worth a stay, especially for a few days whether it be work or pleasure.

We stayed here for three nights. The front desk is open 24 hours a day. All the hotel staff are very polite. The two single beds are quite large. The shower in the bathroom is very strong and comfortable. Breakfast starts at 5:30 in the morning. It is the earliest hotel I have encountered on this trip where breakfast can be served.

The Muscate Holiday Hotel was very good and especially its restaurant and buffet service. I must say the deserts were always varied and the fruit displayed in a very creative way. The entrance Hall and the reception area were too shiny for my personal taste, but contrasted with the bedrooms whose decoration was sober.

The hotel room is relatively clean and sanitary, but there is a big taboo for Chinese people: the large mirror in the closet is facing the bed! This is a Feng Shui taboo!

We stayed here on our first night in Oman, getting here was a struggle, took several taxi rides to get to the hotel, the room was ok. Good hotel good food but party hall is too small

Friendly staff. Nice bathroom and bedroom. Price-performance ratio is very good. Breakfast is nothing special, but the attentively staff always asks if you want anything else thats not with the buffet. Air condition is working properly and the bedrooms don't heat up much during the day. Supermarket is just across the street. Laundry service is not free! Loud traffic noise!

The hotel is nice and the staff are very friendly, this is my fourth time at this hotel. However do not take the rooms looking at the cafe, because the music is so high and you can hear it all night you will not a good night sleep. They should have installed double glass to block loud sounds. Overall all it was joyful stay for two nights.
