A very nice and new resort near the airport, little far from city center. There is a nice nearby restaurants and shops complex with a marina. The hotel is extremely clean and they really give attention to all details. Very nice beach and pools. -ve: no taxis available at the hotel, only hotel limousine. You need to walk to the mall to get a taxi !!

I came with my friends to have dinner at the kitchen. The servers were very accommodating and kind. Especially Daniel A., Evans, Paul and Arlene Perez. They were very hospital and attending to the guests needs. Their service was quick and excellent. They made our dinner experience unforgettable.

Such a delight to stay at Kempinski hotel. I was there for a short business trip. The place is so nice aesthetically. The breakfast was really good as well. amazing hotel, the twin room was a bit small but overall experience and breakfast amazing!! especially as a vegan, I had a lot of savoury options. maybe sweets could be improved in terms of plant based options but you still have cereal, fruit, juice, dates, jam if craving something sweet. however, only choice of plant milk is soya, which I don’t really like.

We expected far more for the price we paid. The room was tiny and had very old furniture. Also it was next to huge air con systems which were super noisy day and night. Stayed for weekend with the family just to relax over the weekend. Apartment was spacious and clean. Food was good specially the lamb chops in taybat we like the Sunday lunch though weekend dinner buffet wasn't so great. The ambiance of the place is pleasant, and the staff is reasonably good in terms of service. However, during our breakfast brunch/buffet visit, I ordered an omelette. Unfortunately, on two out of three occasions, it had eggshells in it, even after I informed the chef. It was a bit disappointing, especially considering it's a well-known hotel. I booked this hotel for two night stay in muscat. The room was not as expected and satisfying for the cost I paid(90€/night).
