I had the best sleep of my life at this hotel. The bed and pillows were so comfortable that even though I only slept for 5 hours, I was very well rested. We stayed for three nights, the room was clean and spacious, the breakfast was rich and varied, and we were surprised to have three dozen fish and monkey peaches. Me and my friends travelled to Oman for renal workshop We stayed for three nights, the location was good near to Muscat grand mall and 7 min away from Oman Mall by car. Room were super clean, with daily room services, the presences of  Iron in the room was a great add.The front desk people were polite and cooperative.

The soundproofing of the rooms on the lower floors is not good, the rooms on the upper floors will be much better. There are many delicious foods around, and there is a supermarket downstairs, which is very convenient.

The service is good. But if you have traveled by your car, you will have to carry your own luggage by stairs from car parking basement for 1 floor. Limited Indian food variety but thank to other Indian restaurants around since the hotel is located at a prime location. 10 on 10 to all the staff.

The rooms are relatively old and not very big, but the hotel has its own private beach, infinity pool, great environment, many foreigners, and a good breakfast.

Room is clean and comfortable enough - nothing bad but nothing special. Amenities are amazing though - really nice pools and it’s a big plus that there’s a private beach. Food selection is also good.

We stayed 1 night. It was my partner's birthday. They upgraded our room to a suite which was awesome. We had one breakfast. They had everything. Last but not least, at the reception REEM helped me a lot. Thank you very much once more. Kudos!

All liked it. Clean, comfortable and cozy. Central location. Breakfast is simple but tasty. The downside is that the hotel is a smoking hotel, even on other floors and in non-smoking clean rooms there is a smell.

I need to wait 5 min to check-in as the reception is doings something. I feel that the hotel does not put customers first. The room is also not clean but the price is extremely cheap. That’s only good reason for this hotel.

Modest hotel 7 minutes drive from the airport. Shabby but everything you need is there. No hair dryer. There is a mini-fridge and a kettle. The split system only works in cooling mode, in winter it was very cold in the room. For a taxi from the airport do not pay more than 2 rials, taxi drivers will try to cheat you

The standard of a guesthouse, the single room is good, the twin room is small, the wifi doesn't work, the shower water is cold, and the breakfast is 3 Omani rupees. It's better to buy breakfast outside. There is really nothing.

Very centrally located hotel with all the regular amenities of a chain but with friendly staff and service and attractive prices make for a comfortable stay. First time staying at this hotel. Visited for a drink on my last visit when in Muscat. Rooms are clean, staff very friendly and the two bars are a nice change. Close to plenty of shops and restaurants. The pool is very large so wasn't very crowded. Overall we worth a stay, especially for a few days whether it be work or pleasure.

We stayed here for three nights. The front desk is open 24 hours a day. All the hotel staff are very polite. The two single beds are quite large. The shower in the bathroom is very strong and comfortable. Breakfast starts at 5:30 in the morning. It is the earliest hotel I have encountered on this trip where breakfast can be served.

The Muscate Holiday Hotel was very good and especially its restaurant and buffet service. I must say the deserts were always varied and the fruit displayed in a very creative way. The entrance Hall and the reception area were too shiny for my personal taste, but contrasted with the bedrooms whose decoration was sober.
