A very nice and new resort near the airport, little far from city center. There is a nice nearby restaurants and shops complex with a marina. The hotel is extremely clean and they really give attention to all details. Very nice beach and pools. -ve: no taxis available at the hotel, only hotel limousine. You need to walk to the mall to get a taxi !!

A fine luxury hotel with the standard similar to the likes of Park Hyatt Dubai or any fine hotels in the Middle East. I came with my friends to have dinner at the kitchen. The servers were very accommodating and kind. Especially Daniel A., Evans, Paul and Arlene Perez. They were very hospital and attending to the guests needs. Their service was quick and excellent. They made our dinner experience unforgettable.

Such a delight to stay at Kempinski hotel. I was there for a short business trip. The place is so nice aesthetically. The breakfast was really good as well. The kitchen staff especially Maria was so nice to assist me while i was having my breakfast. So pleasant and friendly. Will definitely try to stay for next trip.

amazing hotel, the twin room was a bit small but overall experience and breakfast amazing!! especially as a vegan, I had a lot of savoury options. maybe sweets could be improved in terms of plant based options but you still have cereal, fruit, juice, dates, jam if craving something sweet. however, only choice of plant milk is soya, which I don’t really like.

We expected far more for the price we paid. The room was tiny and had very old furniture. Also it was next to huge air con systems which were super noisy day and night. The service was friendly and the location is great. Still, we left earlier than planned as we did not feel comfortable in the room.

An affordable hotel with decent facilities. I was a member there for years. The gym is compact but consisted of all the equipment you needed. I have lots of good memories there especially in the pool and gym. Although, the pool was usually very overcrowded with all sorts of people. Due to its location it is widely popular. Overall, a decent hotel to go for swimming, tennis & gym.

Stayed for weekend with the family just to relax over the weekend. Apartment was spacious and clean. The ambiance of the place is pleasant, and the staff is reasonably good in terms of service. However, during our breakfast brunch/buffet visit, I ordered an omelette. Unfortunately, on two out of three occasions, it had eggshells in it, even after I informed the chef. It was a bit disappointing, especially considering it's a well-known hotel.
