Radisson Blu Hotel & Residences

This one is hard to rate. Most things are great: very pleasant staff at the front desk, nice rooms, excellent Radisson status recognition. At the same time, there are drawbacks which may or may not be a big deal depending on circumstances of your stay:

1. Breakfast quality was borderline unacceptable. I imagine this will affect most people. Croissants were stale, omelette was tasteless and even the orange juice was outright terrible. There's no way the hotel can't do better at prices they're charging.
2. A/C situation as others commented can be problematic. Good news is that it's rarely needed in Zakopane, but if you're visiting on one of the warmer nights like I did, sleep can be a bit uncomfy.
3. While there is a separate pool area for children, they're also allowed in the main pool and the jacuzzi. Unfortunately, this means that it was not possible to either swim or relax in the pool and I actually got headache after spending time there. It's a pity because otherwise it's quite nice.

Overall it's still a very nice hotel and I had a good stay but there are significant drawbacks which you should consider. They may or may not be a deal-breaker depending on what you're looking for.

Very good hotel in a heart of a beautiful city Zakopane. You will enjoy staying here. It has a 15-20 minute walk proximity to any local attraction (city only). The view is amazing, rooms are clean. Service is great and on the level. There is a spa, swimming pool and very delicious breakfast and also if you take a half board - you will not regret it (extra cool buffet type)
Also they have 2 types of paid parking - at the front doors (expensive) and underground(cheaper). Also you can park on the street if there is a place.
If you are going to Zakopane and want to spend some quality relaxing time - it’s a great choice

Very nice clean room with a view of the mountains. Hotel is accessible for people with wheelchairs or walking issues. Wide variety available at breakfast buffet. Didn't use the dinner restaurant as it had such bad reviews. The hotel is located a way from the main street about a 10 mi ute walk. As my partner has walking difficulties, we had to rely on cabs to get anywhere.

Brilliant hotel, central location

We are currently staying at the Radisson in Zakopane and have been very pleased.
The staff are super friendly and helpful (especially young guy at the bar, He couldn’t do more for us as well as the catering manager who goes above and beyond), hotel is very well maintained and clean. Breakfast Has quite an extensive choice, an open buffet as well as off the menu items depending on your preference.
For families there is a kids area which makes a huge difference

The only small negative is a weird credit system for room charges, I have never come across this being done this way (you have to buy out the credit which you want to use against your room) either way it wasn’t the biggest issue.

For a 5-star hotel very good price/performance ratio as other places would be either much more expensive or would be worse for the same price 😉👍🏻

P.S. Breakfast are good and plentiful. Can get a bit crowded. You can ask for breakfast A’la Carte dishes at no additional price

Property is relatively new, hence rooms and amenities are in good condition. One bedroom residencies a bit overpriced and views from are not something to brag about unlike some other reviews my suggest. Take it if full kitchen facility (incl wine glasses, dishwasher etc) is required and advance promo will be available, otherwise two delux rooms in Mercury will just do better value for money. Saunas and jacuzzi are decent, but dry sauna was not hot enough.
Good breakfast for this hotel class (international options not available). Car park is expensive and tight.

Very good hotel, nicly equiped and clean rooms. Nice area with spa, overcrowded, but nothing to do with this. Good breakfast. The only minus was a la carte restaurant, it is awful. kids menu is not good and food is spice…service, if there are more than 2 tables with people, you might need to wait for 1-2 hours for your food, and even water because there is not enough staff. I recommend the hotel, but definitely you will need to find a place for lunch and dinner.
