Rooms clean but lack of AC in the rooms are terrible experience during summer
Good location, friendly staff and good breakfast. Rooms and hotel itself clean. I enjoyed the stay.
This is a very clean hotel, with very nice and kind staff. The rooms are very clean and so is the entire hotel for that matter. Working ac unit, nice toilets and comfortable beds. Also I would recommend you purchase the breakfast for some extra money as they have lots of options and the food is of restaurant quality. You have vegeterian options, meat, deserts and drinks. If I ever come back to this...
The 107 room toilet doors were stuck and glass, so you barely could see a person inside, and the sink water was poorly flowing. The shower has no stoper, so the whole bathroom will be flowing. There's only one 3in1 soap. The breakfast was really good and tasty!
Fast check-in and check-out. Nice decor, clean and tidy. The room is large and flooded with daylight thanks to large windows. Good location, nice staff and price adequate to the quality. Free parking is a plus and there is a market in the same building. Object consistent with the description.
Nice modern Hotel, handy to airport and Gdansk town centre, especially handy for us as we were working at the nearby Motocross circuit, rooms were lovely and airy, clean tidy, staff were excellent, food was great with huge variety for breakfast, we had a set dinner on Sunday night which was lovely, we ate most nights here and value was excellent for the quality of food, service was fantastic too ,...

The front desk staff were very friendly and quick. Room was pretty good. Breakfast was really enjoyable. Thank u
The hotel is good. Clean, cozy, quiet. The goal was just to spend the night and go to the airport. I ordered a taxi at the reception in the evening, the taxi arrived exactly on time in the morning, 12 minutes to the airport for 10€. Everything is great!
What we expect, I would give more stars
The hotel is close to the airport. The rooms are not very big and the facilities are average. There are no commercial facilities around. The hotel only has breakfast, so it takes more than ten minutes to walk to eat.
You can't stick to anything. Room very clean, breakfast DELICIOUS, tasty and fresh. Coffee? It's been a long time since I drank such good coffee at breakfast in a hotel :) seriously. I am very satisfied and from now on it is the only budget hotel in GDN that I can recommend with a clear conscience. Ps. Thank you to the receptionist for the Coke and I hope the bar was tasty 🙂
Clean rooms, everything is simple and easy with check-in and checkout , nice experience when staying with toddler and dog, very friendly staff, simple and delicious breakfast, definitely recommend

Superb hotel! Location, rooms, service and breakfast all top. Will come again for sure when in Gdansk.
Decent stay Stayed for 2 nights. Friendly receptionist, good breakfast, good size room but we were on the first floor (106) and the room was very dark with only a small window, no shampoo. The rooms on the other side of the hallway was a lot brighter with larger windows so would request a room there if staying again.
perfect place in Gdansk great place to stay for a few days when visiting the city on vacation or business, service minded staff, clean and comfortable rooms, very near the centre of the town, walking distance to the War Museum and all the places one wants to visit in Gdansk that is an amazing city
Great location, within walking distance of everything. Clean room. Comfy bed. Good amenities.
Staff are lovely especially reception, who went out of their way to find train info for me
Spent a few days in Gdansk this hotel is excellently located very near to the ww2 museum which is excellent. We checked in early around 12 and the staff found us a room as ours wasn’t ready. We had the breakfast on one of the days which was pretty good but very polish! Then we checked out just after 4pm for a 150 pln fee. They offered up to 1 free of charge but I wanted to see the town hall so well...

Fantastic hotel. We picked 1 of 3 top floor apartments and i'm so glad we did. Huge space, comfy large beds and lovely and quiet at night. The pool facilities are brilliant, The pool can be busy with aerobics and child lessons in the evening, but we had sauna, hot tub, stream room and a cold water bucket shower all in the same area. There are lots of spa options available as well for a price. The room...
Really a great hotel 9 min walk from the centre of Old Town. Great service from you enter the hotel. Check in is friendly and professional. The rooms are bright and very clean. Nice beds and nice size bathrooms. Nice quiet bar with a good selection of wine and drinks. Breakfast is a treat, good quality and good selections. Their restaurant has great dishes and good quality. I really liked the hotel...
In general i’ve got more than I’ve expected. Location is very good. It is only 10 min from the old town main street, but it is very quiet, stayed with opened windows all the time. Staff is very helpful, maybe the best staff i have ever met in my life. Food is 10/10. This hotel beats many five stars hotels with ease. Definitely recommend.
All in all, it was a nice stay, however it would be nice if they provided complementary shower products and wash rages. Also keep in mind that they only have two rooms on the first floor and the others you have to climb the stairs with your luggage.
We had a chance to eat breakfast at this hotel's restaurant for three mornings. It was delicious breakfast, the best food we had during our Poland trip. Marcel was our waiter during this time. He made our trip better by his nice attitude and service. Thanks Marcel!
Perfect for a solo trip getaway from Warsaw! Super high-quality hotel for an affordable price, including full amenities and a central location to everything you'd want to see in Gdańsk! I'd highly recommend it to anyone who wants somewhere nice, quiet, yet still super accesible to stay while visiting the area.

A good place to stay! The room was small but cozy. The room smelled good and looked cleaned. The blanket was really small and the pillow was really big. I was not aware that they didn't change bed sheets and cleaned the toilets thoroughly if you don't tell them in advance. I paid for the standard breakfast on my last day. It was good, but they could have offered more hot food options though. Location...
The hotel seemed like in good condition and was clean. There was very little outside noise insulation and I heard cars well into late evening until traffic died down. Also, I could hear slamming doors in the corridor so the insulation inside did not attenuate the noise. The parking lot next to hotel had a lot of pass through foot traffic being that it was a route from a major road/tram station to...
Very nice hotel for one or two nights. Small rooms but enough space. Large shower. Very comfortable bed. Tram stop nearby. Easy access to the old town. Żabka just around the corner. Large shopping mall next door. 10 minutes walk to the Wrzeszcz PKP station.
A nice place with a local shopping centre close by on foot and central Gdańsk only a short car journey away. The reception was not so friendly. Breakfast was not perfect.
We had a nice stay. Has bathtub if you need one. An antique style indoors with all facilities. 250m from the bus stop. It is situated in one of the coner of the Old Town. Value for money. Proper tourist area.
Nice hotel with a superb location. Rooms were a bit outdated. They seemed to store car tyres under the stairs which I consider huge safety violation! In case of fire that will likely make the stairwell an inferno.
The room was just great, the location was very convenient too. Unfortunately the room was on a street that was quite noisy, that affected our sleep every night we stayed there. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay there, the place has a wonderful atmosphere, and having a refrigerator in the room is a real plus.
Loved our one week stay in Wolne Miasto, such a gem of a traditional hotel. Despite having our room looking to a busy, touristy street, the noise was not an issue. The AC worked properly in the room. Talking about the room, the standard twin room is huge and it came with a similarly spacious bathroom, which included two showers for some reason. Because everything is a bit old-fashioned, don't expect...
We stayed at a superior deluxe room and it was very nice. The bed is comfortable the decor is cozy with a retro vibe. The bathtub was very big which is quite rare for a hotel room. The only thing missing for me was a second set of pillows so that each person would have two, but that doesn’t change a pleasant stay.
Very good cuisine at the hotel's cafe at lunch and dinner; very good service at reception and further on

Perfect and remote! Amazingly close to the beach!
We were there twice during the pandemic. Unfortunately, the food was delivered to the room, portions bbb large, but very average. Clean rooms, nice location. Unfortunately, the colossal price increase after the pandemic...
Absolutely amazing hotel, best family holidays in Poland. Great choice of food and drink at breakfast.
Everything was ok. But as for me it's time to make modernisation and renovation. Especially of rooms. Location is awesome - forest and sea - beautiful!
This hotel is amazing! The perfect beach holiday hotel like what you would get in Spain, or even better. We had a late flight so checked in at 2am and the service was great. Lovely clean rooms Hotel well situated Good meals Staff very helpful, especially two young gentlemen at the weekend and domestic staff Would not hesitate to stay there again
The room is a bit small and the breakfast is simple, but the location is great, not far from the train station, only a five-minute walk. Gdansk is a quiet and beautiful city with rich cultural relics. Walking in the city feels like going back to the Middle Ages.
The location is pretty nice. Standard room. You get what you expected.
500 m from main station, good hotel and reasonable facilities, but expensive
Staff was friendly and nice, location as everything was nearby, good stay, i enjoy it .
The room was definitely sparse as far as a place to put your clothes. The closet was open to the room. The room is very basic. The bed pillows were very lumpy. On the upside, the hotel staff is very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast options are decent. It us a great location. Just a short walk to most of the sights you want to see.

We stayed in a 2‑bedroom unit for 5 nights. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and gave us plenty of room as a family, which was a big plus. However, the kitchenette was disappointing — it only came with a hot plate, which made cooking meals quite limited. On top of that, the listing advertised a laundry, but there was no laundry onsite, which felt like false advertising and was inconvenient...
Quite disappointed that even box tissue is not provided in the room. The shower is very weak, water is running very slowly.
everything is nice, except the wifi...................................................
This is the right place to spend a few days with your family. Pool, kids room, play ground, parking. And so on
I gave four stars instead of five because I didn’t like that the stuff working in the breakfast room started to clean the tables before the breakfast was over and the guests were still there. I couldn’t get my breakfast because my coffee was twice taken from my table without checking.

Stayed 2 nights, Convenient location, regular service, nice clean rooms. Breakfast very diverse, a lot of options. Cakes were amazing. Also got kinder chocolate Easter bunny for Easter monday. So 10/10 basically
Stayed 4 nights April 2025 - spotlessly clean, comfortable, great location, and helpful staff who were happy to arrange airport taxis. Overall excellent value and a very positive experience.

Small very new hotel located not fare way from Old Town
Location was a bit out of the center (about 40mins walking) but would be better with a car. The bed was a double but with one very flat pillow, so I had to fold up items to plump things up/recline in bed while using computer etc. I had to ask specifically for the WiFi password (so i didn't have it the first night because they don't just give it to you). The bathroom is equipped with a bottle of shower shampoo containing ginseng essence, one large and one small towel, fixed hair dryer and toilet paper. No slippers, toothbrush or toothpaste. Good hotel in a good location, clean and quiet. A good bed and everything you need at breakfast.  It would be good to have a coffee machine in the hotel lobby if you wake up early so you can have coffee or tea if you don't feel like cooking in the room.  The room is really good and clean. Good bed.
Fantastic Hotel. Close to everything, Town Centre, Lot's of Museums, Restaurants, Gift Shop's and right on the Water where you can have a boat ride. Staff lovely really friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone coming to Gdanks.

Great location near Oliwa Cathedral and famous Oliwa Park. Bicycle distance to Sopot (6km) and Gdańsk old town (10 km). Breakfast is astonishing rich. Moreover, free coffee and tea is available in the reception 24/7 with cookies(!). It’s despite the room facilities - tea and coffee as well. Don’t forget everyday water ( sparkling and still).
Everything was as expected from a hotel within this price range, and breakfast was excelling. Free cookies and tea/coffee served throughout the at the lobby was such a pleasing touch. Also, excellent location and a solid service.
What a place! If you ask yourself if you want to take the breakfast here - don't doubt - the breakfast choice and quality is just amazing and definitely worth the price. I'd say it's worth to stay there just to have the breakfast!
Oliwa park and beach are lovely. But the centre of Gdansk is what it is all about. Oliwa Park Residence offer a quiet, clean and comfortable accommodation.
Very nice place, very kind people always ready to help the customer. Rich and tasty breakfast. Located in a very cosy area of Gdansk, Oliwa, with an amazing Cathedral and a well maintained park at literally 5 minutes walk.

The hotel is very good and absolutely modern, located in the center of the old town. Staff very kind. Maybe they should just exchange 2 single bed-rooms to Double-bed-rooms, then it would be perfect.
A very nice hotel, good value for money. Perfect location in the heart of the old town.
My colleagues received a lunch box which I didn’t get even though I had already paid for breakfast. The staff was not cooperative in this regard.
Great service and a veru centrally situated hotel. Room and rates were good. However, room was on ground floor and every time the front door of hotel was opened, it shut with a ferocious clatter. This woke me up on each night I stayed, often several times. It would stop me returning to the Artus which is a pity, because everyhing else was of a good standard.
Great location, friendly service. Cozy, clean, all basic needs are covered. Of the minuses - the windows overlook a noisy street. The hotel offers earplugs, but if the night is hot, there is no air conditioning (only a fan)
