The 107 room toilet doors were stuck and glass, so you barely could see a person inside, and the sink water was poorly flowing. The shower has no stoper, so the whole bathroom will be flowing. There's only one 3in1 soap. The breakfast was really good and tasty!

The hotel is good. Clean, cozy, quiet. The goal was just to spend the night and go to the airport. I ordered a taxi at the reception in the evening, the taxi arrived exactly on time in the morning, 12 minutes to the airport for 10€. Everything is great!

What we expect, I would give more stars

The hotel is close to the airport. The rooms are not very big and the facilities are average. There are no commercial facilities around. The hotel only has breakfast, so it takes more than ten minutes to walk to eat.

You can't stick to anything. Room very clean, breakfast DELICIOUS, tasty and fresh. Coffee? It's been a long time since I drank such good coffee at breakfast in a hotel :) seriously. I am very satisfied and from now on it is the only budget hotel in GDN that I can recommend with a clear conscience. Ps. Thank you to the receptionist for the Coke and I hope the bar was tasty 🙂

Decent stay Stayed for 2 nights. Friendly receptionist, good breakfast, good size room but we were on the first floor (106) and the room was very dark with only a small window, no shampoo. The rooms on the other side of the hallway was a lot brighter with larger windows so would request a room there if staying again.

Spent a few days in Gdansk this hotel is excellently located very near to the ww2 museum which is excellent. We checked in early around 12 and the staff found us a room as ours wasn’t ready. We had the breakfast on one of the days which was pretty good but very polish! Then we checked out just after 4pm for a 150 pln fee. Fantastic hotel. We picked 1 of 3 top floor apartments and i'm so glad we did. Huge space, comfy large beds and lovely and quiet at night. In general i’ve got more than I’ve expected. Location is very good. It is only 10 min from the old town main street, but it is very quiet, stayed with opened windows all the time. Staff is very helpful, maybe the best staff i have ever met in my life. Food is 10/10. This hotel beats many five stars hotels with ease. Definitely recommend.

All in all, it was a nice stay, however it would be nice if they provided complementary shower products and wash rages. Also keep in mind that they only have two rooms on the first floor and the others you have to climb the stairs with your luggage.

We had a chance to eat breakfast at this hotel's restaurant for three mornings. It was delicious breakfast, the best food we had during our Poland trip. Marcel was our waiter during this time. He made our trip better by his nice attitude and service. Thanks Marcel!

The hotel seemed like in good condition and was clean. There was very little outside noise insulation and I heard cars well into late evening until traffic died down. Nice hotel with a superb location. Rooms were a bit outdated. They seemed to store car tyres under the stairs which I consider huge safety violation! In case of fire that will likely make the stairwell an inferno.

We stayed at a superior deluxe room and it was very nice. The bed is comfortable the decor is cozy with a retro vibe. The bathtub was very big which is quite rare for a hotel room. The only thing missing for me was a second set of pillows so that each person would have two, but that doesn’t change a pleasant stay.

We were there twice during the pandemic. Unfortunately, the food was delivered to the room, portions bbb large, but very average. The first time there was a bar with billiards available, then... a dream. Unfortunately, not for twice. There was a swimming pool, which was definitely the biggest attraction of the hotel. The room is a bit small and the breakfast is simple, but the location is great, not far from the train station, only a five-minute walk. Gdansk is a quiet and beautiful city with rich cultural relics. Walking in the city feels like going back to the Middle Ages.

The room was definitely sparse as far as a place to put your clothes. The closet was open to the room. The room is very basic. The bed pillows were very lumpy. We stayed in a 2‑bedroom unit for 5 nights. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and gave us plenty of room as a family, which was a big plus. However, the kitchenette was disappointing — it only came with a hot plate, which made cooking meals quite limited. On top of that, the listing advertised a laundry, but there was no laundry onsite, which felt like false advertising and was inconvenient...

Quite disappointed that even box tissue is not provided in the room. The shower is very weak, water is running very slowly.

This is the right place to spend a few days with your family. Pool, kids room, play ground, parking. And so on

I gave four stars instead of five because I didn’t like that the stuff working in the breakfast room started to clean the tables before the breakfast was over and the guests were still there. I couldn’t get my breakfast because my coffee was twice taken from my table without checking.

Nice hotel within 10 minutes walk of the old town attractions. Really well equipped, large room, with comfy sofa and bed. Our room had a balcony too. Staff are welcoming and helpful. A 3 star hotel rating doesn't do it justice. Would highly recommend.

Stayed 2 nights, Convenient location, regular service, nice clean rooms. Breakfast very diverse, a lot of options. Cakes were amazing. Also got kinder chocolate Easter bunny for Easter monday. So 10/10 basically

Location was a bit out of the center (about 40mins walking) but would be better with a car. The bed was a double but with one very flat pillow, so I had to fold up items to plump things up/recline in bed while using computer etc. I had to ask specifically for the WiFi password (so i didn't have it the first night because they don't just give it to you). Good service and great location!

Great location near Oliwa Cathedral and famous Oliwa Park. Bicycle distance to Sopot (6km) and Gdańsk old town (10 km). Breakfast is astonishing rich. Moreover, free coffee and tea is available in the reception 24/7 with cookies(!). It’s despite the room facilities - tea and coffee as well. Don’t forget everyday water ( sparkling and still).

What a place! If you ask yourself if you want to take the breakfast here - don't doubt - the breakfast choice and quality is just amazing and definitely worth the price. I'd say it's worth to stay there just to have the breakfast!

Oliwa park and beach are lovely. But the centre of Gdansk is what it is all about. Oliwa Park Residence offer a quiet, clean and comfortable accommodation.

Highly recommend this place. Located in the middle of Forrest 10 min walk from beach. Very quiet surround. Outstanding food! Apartments very clean with a standard of 3 stars. TV, shower, separate toilet. The only downside is communication but if you lucky you'll get Uber to take you to Gdansk city centre.

About 800m from the seaside, situated in thick pine forest, bursztyn is affordable yet high standard hotel. There is plenty of space for a stroll down to the beach or into the forest. Facilities such as jacuzzi and gaming room further enhance the experience.

We were here for a vacation for 11 days and I do really reccomend to stay here, it is like 150 meters away from a beach, so that is a plus. We were really happy with our stay at this hotel. The staff was very kind and attentive, the room was clean, and the food was also very good. Friendly staff, clean and nice room. I travelled with my father in law and he was a little bit grumpy when there was'nt any youghurt at the breakfast. Supermarket-＞zapka was pretty near so i went there and bought him some vodka and his mood went to normal again.

Great service and a veru centrally situated hotel. Room and rates were good. However, room was on ground floor and every time the front door of hotel was opened, it shut with a ferocious clatter. This woke me up on each night I stayed, often several times. It would stop me returning to the Artus which is a pity, because everyhing else was of a good standard.
