Hotel Relaks Wellness & SPA

Hotel where we recently stayed for a week. Small dark room with sloping walls in the roof. You have everything you need, but a few things could be better. Worn out mattresses, TV that is much too small with no foreign channels. So the room could use an update. Bad smell in the spa area, lack of ventilation? Too loud music in the sauna itself, not relaxing. Food top quality, breakfast and dinner, very tasty. Bar ok. Friendly staff in the bar, restaurant and wellness, unfortunately a smile is missing at reception. Customer friendliness could also be improved, for example we were obliged to pay immediately upon arrival. Payment in cash the next day was not allowed. Since we arrived on a Sunday, we had not yet exchanged cash. The first night had already been paid in advance. So everything had to be arranged immediately with the credit card, which meant we had additional exchange costs. They also try to pay for the credit card in Euro at their own poor exchange rate instead of in PLN. Fortunately, we now know the tricks through years of travel experience :-)

Positives: very nice building, good location, good rooms, tasty and varied breakfast. Weaknesses: room service, weak Wi-Fi, relatively low level of English knowledge by employees
