We visited this hotel on the recommendation of friends! We went with a 6-year-old child for the weekend, planning an active holiday with skiing and sledding, but we were unlucky with the weather, +12'C there was no snow at all! Therefore, we enjoyed the pool, baths, and jacuzzi with great pleasure. The pool is large and warm, the child swam from morning to evening) The room is cozy, the whole hotel is clean and well-kept. The restaurant is delicious, but it takes a long time to cook! Breakfast buffet - varied. Good selection of food and delicious coffee. Of the minuses: the room smelled of cigarettes, the blankets were very warm, the staff did not speak English. None of the staff informs visitors about the additional entrance to the pool, so all new hotel clients wear bathrobes to the pool through the restaurant!?) We figured it out ourselves on the second day. In our presence, upon leaving the hotel, the German visitors were given a gift: a calendar and cupcakes for the trip, but my child and I were given only a calendar - very strange.

Nice hotel with nice view. Breakfast and dinner are excellent but I would appreciate breakfast earlier for example from 7:30 ( now from 8:00). The spa area is nice, but very crowded especially in the late afternoon. The hotel staff was very helpful and kind. Unfortunatelly there is no possibility to self- regulation of the heating so the room was very hot.

We were there for three nights (3 adults and one child).
It is a medium-sized hotel with an absolutely great atmosphere.
The pool is perfect, everything is in one building, and they have an absolutely amazing breakfast.
The staff is absolutely pleasant everywhere.
We are thinking of going back.

I had an Indonesian massage, but it just hurts and I don't feel good. I have some bruises on my body. Does she have a license? Massage is not recommended. It was very small with a reservation for 3 family members and an extra bed in a small twin room. The buffet was not good and it was hard for 4 nights. Not suitable for long-term stays.

We spent lovely 4 days in this hotel. Loved the spa. I booked massage, which was relaxing. The breakfast was the best I ever had! Amazing cocktails in restaurant, I mean ah..mazing. 🤩 The standard room was comfortable, bathroom a bit cramped, but nothing major. All the staff really friendly And helpful. Just a shame that clients put their towels on the beds in the morning for whole day, So we hardly ever had a place to lie down. But Will be coming back for sure 🤙

This hotel has a great spa area with superb saunas and a salt room. Loved the performance from the sauna master and live gong music in the evening.

Great neighborhood and feels like a local mecca for mountain biking with great tracks on both sides of the boarder.

The hotel is top notch. Great staff, very polite. Beautiful cozy rooms. Expensive design. Wonderful spa and pool. There is an excellent salt room, 30 minutes and you are relaxed. The restaurant is cozy and the prices were pleasantly surprising. The duck is very tasty. Beautiful landscapes outside the windows. It was a pleasure to communicate with the hotel staff. They are in Polish and I am in Czech. Very satisfied. It’s better to come to them than to go to the Czechs for a lot of money and not get service. One of the advantages is always fresh flowers in the restaurant. And the robes are given according to size. Very grateful for the rest. I wish you success!
