Changes, changes, changes... but are they for the better?? UNFORTUNATELY NOT FOR YET. This is our third stay this year in this place. Previously at the Ewa hotel and we were always delighted. First time in Le Mont and unfortunately a big disappointment. A foreigner at the reception who doesn't speak Polish very well is a misunderstanding. A nonchalant young man who can't behave himself. After the end of his shift, he disturbed his rest by tapping on the door with his fingernails because apparently he didn't get the money. Shame... I understand that when the occupancy is small, dinners are served at the table, but what we got for dinner on Sunday was bordering on mockery. After bringing it to the attention of management, the dishes improved in terms of quality and quantity. I think that it is not enough to replace artificial flowers to increase the price of the stay. We have been coming to this hotel for years because we have always felt at home here... maybe one day we will come back to check if the planned changes will meet our expectations because so far it has been a BIG DISAPPOINTMENT. For the first time, I was counting the hours until I returned home and in a hurry I forgot my phone charger. I sent an e-mail asking to send it back by post, but unfortunately the Reception Manager refused and suggested that I send it by courier. I think that after so many stays in this place (this year alone we paid a total of around PLN 16,000), the staff could make a little effort and fulfill the request without discouraging even more regular customers. We have always been on a 9 day package stay. I secretly hope that this place will not be destroyed by the new owner because it would be a pity...
