I had a great stay at this hotel, which is located in the heart of downtown, just a short walk from the train station. The rooms are spotless, spacious, and furnished with modern amenities, ensuring maximum comfort.
Breakfast exceeded expectations with a great variety (see photos), and the on-site restaurant impressed me with its diverse and delicious menu. Every dish was excellent.
The staff is outstanding : always warm, welcoming, and eager to assist.
Overall, a fantastic experience. Highly recommended.

The best hotel i have ever stayed at in katowice (and the only). Booking aside, 3 times and will always choose this one. Breakfast is completely amazing (even for me who is a person generally not hungry when it is breakfast).

Very good, clean, professional Hotel. Huge verity of food in the hotel and even more within a 2-3 minute walk. Highly recommended.

We had an excellent experience at the hotel. Undoubtedly one of the best hotels I've stayed at in recent years.

We were at this hotel a few times and we were satisfied. But our last visit here was not very pleasant. When we entered our room , I went to the bathroom and I found out that the toilet seat is dirty by excrement. Despite the fact that there were a stripe around the toilet said: hygienically clean. This was very unpleasant experience and it never happened to us before. Also there was a bad isolation at one place of shower what we found out after shower when the whole bathroom was full of water . We said it to a reception but nothing happened. We wanted an invoice for our stay and we waited more than a week for it. After a few bad ones we finally got the right one. The breakfast was great as usually. And the sound isolation is very good also.

+ This is the best hotel I've ever stayed at. The hotel staff is the kindest. Only improvement needed is availability of charging adaptors for foreigners like me. Overall it is still the best hotel. I will choose to stay here again if I ever go back to Katowice. Lots of options for bread, cheese, and sliced meat. Sausages were the best. Lots of options for drinks too. So spacious, so cozy, could stay there forever everyday the staff drops by to clean the room kindest staff. hope they will have charger adapters next time for foreigners- Unavailability of charging adapters

Super hotel, great location, rooms clean, nice, breakfast buffet very acceptable. Staff on reception are all very nice, friendly and helpful. Highly recommended hotel.
