Novotel Krakow Centrum

The location of the hotel was absolutely perfect around 20 minutes from the airport and walking distance into town.
The staff were the nicest people and super helpful nothing was too much for them.
The beds were massive and the comfiest beds we have slept in.
The TV for it too work you had to have a laptop to plug in which we didn't.
My little boy loved the kids play area and my teenage Son loved the gym and the pool
Such an amazing hotel.
Food in the hotel was gorgeous. The kids especially liked breakfast.
There is a lot of building work outside the hotel but you can't hear it inside.

We stayed here in a twin room for 4 nights and very much enjoyed it. The staff was exceptionally kind and accommodating. The hotel’s location is very close to the river and the old town is only a few minutes walking distance.
Also had dinner at the restaurant once and the food was excellent! Highly Recommend staying here.

We really enjoyed our stay and the kids loved it too. We ate at the restaurant and the food was lovely as was the breakfast. The selection was plenty and the fresh juice was a hit! The pool, sauna and gym were amazing and the massage I had was great too. We would definitely stay again in the future.

The best place to stay in Krakow. Good dining and very helpful workers. All welcoming and accommodating. I love the play place for kids right beside the dining area. Parents can eat and lounge while the kids play. Super fantastic 🔥🥰

It's 4.5 out of 5 to be honest.
There are many prose and cons for this hotel :
Pros :
- Pool (or the main reason for arguing with our kids regarding what time we will get back to the hotel). The water temp. was too cold for me , but the kids didn't care .
- Breakfast food was pretty good and varied , though missing some classics like bacon. Lots of drink options and nice variety of sweets to choose from. Again our kids had different opinion but they are wrong :)
- Game room was really nice addition (though location of the pool table and the maintenance could be a little better)
- Water bar (with soda) on the floor is really awesome
- Staff is really nice
- The views from our apartment were amazing !
- The cleaning stuff replaced our robs occasionally with new once which was very nice
- Gym - we hadn't tried it but it seemed as a nice option to have

Good but could be better :
- Jacuzzi (it's awesome that there is a Jacuzzi , it's a bummer it's so small and can fit only 4 people without getting way too intimate) and the water there could be warmer.
- Location . The location is good , but the road works outside make it much worse since all taxis need to take a pretty big detour to get there and the walking to old city is either on an obstacle course through the works or a long way thought the river (though with awesome views)

Cons :
- The room is a little bit too small and lucks enough shelves for clothes
- Air con is not working ! I made sure to ask before booking the room that the air con is working and received a definite yes , however it's only working on heat (at least on our visit time) making morning (and mid days) pretty hard.
- When the hotel is busy it's really noticeable and you can wait few minutes for an elevator or for breakfast
- During breakfast things could be better overall : tables were not cleaned fast enough thus making the search for a table to sit at relatively long task , finished food was not always replaced. We had egg shells in scrambled eggs.

Overall we had an enjoyable stay and will definitely consider it again.

Great location 15m stroll along the river into the old town and main square. short walk to the number 20 tram to the Jewish quarter / its walkable too.
Excellent rooms, pool and jacuzzi, whole hotel smells amaizing. Close to.local bar, cafes and supermarket for supplies. Highly recommended, will stay here again

Location is great. This hotel is within walking distance from the bus stop and tram stop, and is walking distance from the Old Town. The rooms are great and spacious. The staff is extremely nice as well. I highly recommend, and will certainly return back to this hotel

One great example of how the staff is great is: The breakfast buffet is 80 zloty, but I don't consume most of the food served in there. I requested to only eat porridge and croissant, and Monika was very kind to charge me a lesser amount for the breakfast. Thank you again for being so kind!
