Novotel Krakow Centrum in Krakow

We came in Krakow from Novotel Budapest there was a bit old Hotel but nothing was wrong !
In Krakow we chose to stay two nights , we arrive late at 18:00 girl from the the desk was very helpful with some advices and some tips about the city ok now we have room 204 , when we go at the room ,surprise someone in the room , with luggage down to reception , excuse for the all they give us another room 243 , clean nice everything looks perfect ,we start the heat to have some nice comfy room when we come back!
We go to downtown and after that we come back at 22 00 .
In room was the same cold after we go to downtown , under 20celsius i think !
We go to reception to to speak about the problem , kids wants to sleep !
No one wants to take the luggage in another one room .
Reception send a guy random from the hotel to verify , don't do nothing because
the heat doesn t want to heat the room !
We take the kids to sleep in the 548 room ,someone cancel our new room and when we go to the room card don t wants to unblock the door !
Of course room 548 have the same problem with heating , next day tehnicians came for the repair (heating) .
Too much problems for us and .
Hotel gives us a free breakfast (good breakfast) , basically is a good thing but we take out from the hotel with a sour taste after problems we have .
Sorry for negative comment but that was reality .
Parfume was too much on each Level of the hotel , sometimes clothes smeels like the parfume from the hotel!
