Highly recommended
The staff was helpful, especially the last day when our flight was cancelled and we had to book a new one. We used the business center to print out boarding passes and a boxed breakfast was prepared and provided upon checkout at 2am.
Will definitely stay there again when I come back.
It’s not that I expect things for free since we are paying full price for the room. but their inflexible attitude really bothered me. As a business that relies on guests checking in, I was surprised they showed no willingness to negotiate. When I informed them we would take our booking elsewhere, I received complete radio silence. It seems the sales team doesn’t care if the hotel loses revenue, as long as they stick rigidly to their pricing policy. What’s even more frustrating is that there were plenty of rooms available for the dates we were looking at. It seems they’d rather have no income at all than offer a small discount to secure a booking.
We were prepared to pay full price for 3 nights, and likely would have spent more on drinks and meals. All they needed to consider was waiving or discounting the extra bed charge—something that wouldn’t have cost them anything if they rented the room to two guests instead for those nights.
Unfortunately, this experience made us feel undervalued as potential guests. We’ve chosen to book elsewhere, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel based on this interaction.
I also recommend the breakfast in the stay, as the options were amazing and really help you get set up for the day, plus the options change on hot and cold foods too.
Location wise, its near convenience stores if you want some drinks and snacks to take to your room, and about 10 minutes walk to the main town square. Not to also mention wawel castle is right on your doorstep!
Excellent service, very good breakfasts and good Italian restaurant.
Visit Sport bar for some beer after dinner.
Rooms are big and spacious. Location is just good for everything.
SPA is small and bad. Do not rely to sped more than 10 minutes inside of it.
