Hotel is beautiful, our room was large and spacious with an amazing view, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome! There was even a note from the GM waiting for us in our room, with some beautifully arranged snacks. Mr. Papatolios and his team made our stay unforgettable, it is clear that they care deeply about guests and their entire experience in Krakow.

Very nice, modern and well maintained hotel in Krakow. Lovely roof top bar. We loved the people and service at this hotel and would highly recommend staying here if you’re in Krakow for a visit

My husband and I stayed for 1 night, we were traveling through. The room was clean, the locations is great, you can walk along the water, head to the city center, it’s perfect for exploring. The reception staff were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They also have a beautiful open restaurant in the middle of the hotel. We did not get to eat there given our short stay, but looked nice.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Sheraton Grand. The location is ideal - central to everything. The room was comfortable and well-appointed. The service across the property was excellent. I really looked forward to the breakfast buffet, and I'm not a breakfast person! Don't miss the Rooftop Terrace. I would happily return.

We stayed at this hotel for a few days to celebrate my husband's milestone birthday and to also visit family. From start to finish the experience was wonderful, great hotel room to help with my disability and lovely, comfortable beds. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Very punctual drivers to take us to see family and very safe. We liked the fact that a computer with printer was available for guests to use at any time. We prefer to print out out plane tickets locally. Thank you also to the concierge for ordering such beautiful flowers for our Mother's Day visit. Thank you for everything you did for us. Look forward to coming back again.

Entrance is very inviting and nice to see beautiful floral arrangement as soon as you enter main lobby. Very nice seating/lounging area with bar. Sports bar seemed very nice to sit for a meal and a good time. Room was very nice, equipped with all the basic necessities. Nespresso was exquisite as always. Service for breakfast, which was delicious along with front desk and staff altogether was great. Thank you for a warm stay!

i cant say much about the rooms, but the people in the restaurant are so friendly.
kudos to them for letting me stay there since my Dad banished me to study more italian. wish they had more accessible outlets. the table is not ideal, because i can't stretch my legs.

Irene (manager at the Anima restaurant I believe) is exceptional and provided an outstanding service each time we saw her. She always made sure our drinks were full and we were enjoying our food. Her personality was always warm and welcoming and we always had great conversation with her. She’s a credit to the team at the Sheraton and please pass on our thanks to her!

My family and I stayed four nights and enjoyed the property. The hotel is flawless and reflects the quality of your staff who were absolutely professional. We had an initial issue at check-in, however Natalia and Tomas handled the situation exceptionally well and our stay was very memorable. Highly recommend this property and will be coming back before too long.

A central hotel in downtown Krakow. The staff are friendly and service-oriented. We had gotten a double bed instead of single beds in our room but this was resolved quickly and smoothly. The wellness area is newly renovated and includes a jacuzzi, a pool, and a sauna. The sauna could be bigger as it quickly becomes crowded. Recommend purchasing lounge access to gain entry to the lounge. There is a lovely atmosphere and delicious snacks in the afternoon. The breakfast is good but not magnificent.
