Me and my fiance stayed in a private room for 5 days, breakfast included. The employees were always very friendly and welcoming, the bathrooms always well stocked and clean, warm water for showering always available. The common rooms were very comfortable and well stocked as well. The breakfast was amazing, so many different options, as much as you wanted, with some variation in the dishes throughout...

One of the best hostels we've been to! The staff is great and the rooms are nice cool and clean. Same goes for the bathrooms. The rooms are themed after different countries, very nice touch! It's Right in between the center and the Jewish district so everything is easy to reach. The atmosphere in the hostel is great and they have a nice breakfast! The only thing that they could improve are the mattress...

A hostel that goes the extra mile for its guests. Thank you so much for making our stay comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were very friendly. Rooms and facilities neat and clean. Pancakes at breakfast were delicious. But mostly thank you for allowing me to shower and have a coffee before I could check in after my long train journey. It felt like a home away from home. 10/10

Nice place if your focus is to enjoy Krakow and Auschwitz-Salt mines-Schindler factory tours. Great location, outstanding attention, maybe not the best rooms in Krakow, but really cleaned and with a comfortable bed and pillows. Plus they give a really impressive Brunch. Plenty of tasty food. I'm really happy with the quality-price of this place.

Absolutely amazing place! Very welcoming and friendly stuff. Me and my best friend had such a good time. Freshly prepped breakfast, very clean and tidy, comfortable beds and stunning location!!! The best hostel I've ever been. Friendly stuff, good music, very nice location and the best breakfast in the world of hostels. The rooms were comfortable and warm but the heater was pretty loud. (room Hawaii)

U'll get free beverage (coffee and tea) and two bar of wafer chocolate during your stay. The room is clean, the receptionist is helpful and willing to inform you appropriate information even he doesn't speaks English well. But thanks to technology, we could communicate each other.

Super! Very clean, comfortable, near railroad station and old town

The staff was very helpful. Hostel was neat and clean. The best part which I liked was they allowed us early check in at 9:45. The lady who look after the housekeeping cleaned our room early and let us in. Thank you.

This hostel needs a renovation! I liked only a view from this boat and beautiful swans. I didn't like a breakfast, very poor and not fresh. I didn't have a feeling that I was on boat. I will not stay here again.

This place may only be considered 3-star accommodation but I am so happy to have stayed there with my two small children. Staff super friendly and helpful, Location is great (if you are coming by car ask for directions to the lot before hand and don't make the mistake of parking on the motorcycle training lot), Buffet was nice but nothing special..a good start to the day. Nice and cozy hostel. Its boat, so rooms with bathrooms are quite small, but otherwise its great place. walking distance to city center and good breakfast. Must be even better during the summer with open terrase on the rooftop.

We were in December here. The hostel was amazing but we could not find it easily. Besides, there are not the hostel's keys. We had to walk 15 minutes from the hostel to an other building for the keys and we did not know this information when we booked the hostel because we did not give any letter about this.

4/5 Clean hostel, the receptionist is so nice and helpful. We took the apartment it's not expensive... Nice shower, in the apartment were 5 beds so we could choose but I think few mattress should be changed. And I missed a small fridge in the room. But every thing was ok, thank you it was a very nice stay

The place has a lot of +, but unfortunately also -. For sure the big Plus is the great location, possibility to leave the luggage, service and price. I had some issues in terms of dirty, as ugly smelly clothes left by clients in the bathroom, clogged drain, dirty kitchen, dirty matress, closet and toilets, akward private questions from one reception girl (but It was her 1 or 2 day in work), drunk guys...

Lovely clean place , very welcoming staff , all round top place

Perfect location, in the old city centre.The room was big enough and the bathroom was great, very clean. There's a kitchen with dishes, cups, kettle and so on. We got codes to get inside the hostel and another one to enter the flat. It was very comfortable.

Very close to the main sqaure, bar isin't working but there is alot of restaurants around, booking.com is the best way to reservate, 24/7, no keys needed to enter rooms(place use code systems)

This hostel is good for its price. I need to admit that for 3’5 € it is okay, and also it is well located. On the other hand, there are no keys for the lockers located in the bedrooms, the bedsheets, at least mine didn’t fit on the bed, there’s only a key for a 9-bed bedroom. And the Bathroom was a little bit dirty, basically the floor was soaked... but maybe it’s “normal” because it’s shared with...

This was the first hostel I've ever been to, but it was a fine experience. I was in a 6 bedroom...outlets next to the bed was nice. Beds are meh. Clean bathrooms and showers. The free breakfast isnt huge (cereal, cheese, tomato), but you can cook your own if you want. Would have stayed here for my whole trip in Kraków if I could!

Location is a 10, right on the middle of the main square. Free breakfast is wonderful. Staff is nice! No stopcontacts at every bed, but I could charge my phone at another contact in the room. 2nd stay in this hostel and I would go back for a 3rd stay!

Dining / Lounge review only - Great spot for a chilled out beer on the sofas. Not many places in Huta with craft on tap. Average pricing for Krk, so it's good value.

Lovely hotel ideally located, great transport links we booked for six nights but due to flight cancellations in Dublin on Monday and Tuesday we could not arrive until Wednesday asked for a refund but to no avail I had previously paid in full other than that I would recommend the hotel.

Ok hotel. The breakfast was pretty basic. The staff was really nice though and I must say that the maid that was doing my room was paying close attention to small details, so kudos for that!

Cosy, quiet, clean, comfortable, stylish place. The photos are not so good, the reality was much better! The staff was very kind and helpful. We also liked breakfast. The only minus was the smell through the window, sometimes it was not good (there are some factories around). All in all, we are going to come back at this place. If you want to have good rest, we strongly recommend „Automobil hotel”

Hôtel is correct, the breakfast is served from 7 to ten. It is good. Quick service. The room on third floor was too hot, because of Sun shinnig early in the morning without air cooling.

Spacious room & bathroom, clean, decent breakfast. They provide 2 complementary bottles of sparkling water in the room(I could not find the bottle opener in the room though). If you enjoy walking, you may go to IKEA and a huge shopping complex next to it. I did so as I like taking a walk after dinner and it took about 20min to get there from the hotel.

When we came from the place, we were offered coffee / tea. When you go upstairs you could smell cleaning products, which is a big plus. Room with dimensions given in the offer. There is daily bed linen, towels, even bath cosmetics in sachets. We had a TV with terrestrial channels, such a plus. As for the beds, we find comfortable (single) beds. A very nice place for a quick trip to Krakow, rooms are small, but clean and warm, with a very comfortable bed. Delicious breakfast - everyone will find something for themselves. My husband and I had to leave early in the morning, there was no problem for the receptionist to prepare breakfast after 6.00, for which we are very grateful 😄

The bed was not comfy at all, it was too hard. The shower was small, no shower gel/dispenser and there was no room to place your own. However the wifi was great and our breakfast was included.

We arrived via uber. There is a large gate controlled car park. We were greeted at the 24 hour reception, given a key to our room and advised on breakfast times. The room is very basic but serves its purpose. Bed with bedside tables, wardrobe, table with bottled water but no kettle, 2 chairs, mirror, small TV and coat hanger. Towels were provided, there is no hair dryer. The en suit shower was powerful...

In August, there may be five militants family, spending 5 days in Krakow. Very good conditions accommodations, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, wi-fi, satellite TV, quiet balkonik with flowers overlooking the garden. Very good location, near train station, Old Town. Lying in bed, you can listen to melodies from the tower of St Mary's Church. In addition, a good hostess.

But could be better: the price and comfort. Clean carefully, but we went to the apartment where his landlady's room. It turns out the hostel with shared facilities. The kitchen has a kettle, fridge, microwave, mugs, plates, etc., but do I have to clean in the bathroom. Does not work Sriracha. It is an ideal place to stay for a reasonable price at the heart of Old Town in Cracow, both recommended for a family and backpackers. There is a fridge and a washing machine, quite useful for a long stay in the city. We, 2 adults and 2 kids, felt quite at home. There are also rooms for 1, 2, and 3 guests. The owner is a very warm and kind person. We’re sure we’ll be staying there whenever we visit...

We were met by a lovely lady called Zophia. The apartment is very secluded, literally minutes walk from town square. It has every modern convenience you could wish for. The balcony was an added bonus. We discovered the Galeria shopping centre on our last day. Again only a short walk. The bus and train to the airport depart from here. When we got home my husband realised he had left his trousers behind...

Really good apartment based at the centre of the old city of Krakow with big and cleane rooms. The kitchen was full equiped with a lot of plates and stuff. The staff were very friendly, helpful, polite and gracious. After going to the office on florenska street we were given our keys and escorted to our apartment just off the main square. The apartment was very spacious. Unfortunately the cleaning could have been abit better with items left unwashed in the dishwasher, cleaning product left on the side and sweet wrappers left in the small bedroom. But the water was hot, the beds comfortable and above all the price...

I just wanted that everyone knows that these people are my heroes! They have fully refunded the non-refundable stay for my family, when the urgent trip has been cancelled in the last moment. I truly value their flexibility and compassion to the hard circumstances I have got into. I recommend this hotel to all my friends!

Apartments are clean and safe, but quite loud on weekends :( Staff is superb though, and breakfast at the reception area is pretty good. It doesn't look open, but it is, go in and up the stairs!

For a lone travellers or a couple it's perfect. I'd say better for 18-35 as it's slightly in a party part of the city. However, the location is wonderful for visits to everywhere as you're just off the main square and almost situated inside a big park. Accomodation with perfect location in city centre, only few steps to main square. Fast checkin and checkout process. Room wa clean and kitchen well equipped. Only disadvantage is higher noise at night.
