On site parking with good food. Staff keen to help with quick service. A bit dated but still a good place to stay.

Great home-cooked Polish meals. The food was an absolute highlight of my stay. Friendly staff who go the extra mile for you. Quiet location. Clean room with a modern en-suite. Very cheap rates. Large breakfast selection.

We arrived via uber. There is a large gate controlled car park. We were greeted at the 24 hour reception, given a key to our room and advised on breakfast times. The room is very basic but serves its purpose. Bed with bedside tables, wardrobe, table with bottled water but no kettle, 2 chairs, mirror, small TV and coat hanger. Towels were provided, there is no hair dryer. The en suit shower was powerful...

Really good apartment based at the centre of the old city of Krakow with big and cleane rooms. The kitchen was full equiped with a lot of plates and stuff. The staff were very friendly, helpful, polite and gracious. Also, near the aprtment you can find stores, supermarkets, restaurants etc. At negatives, the entrance to get to the room was through the restaurant and it smelled strongly foods. There...

After going to the office on florenska street we were given our keys and escorted to our apartment just off the main square. The apartment was very spacious. Unfortunately the cleaning could have been abit better with items left unwashed in the dishwasher, cleaning product left on the side and sweet wrappers left in the small bedroom. But the water was hot, the beds comfortable and above all the price...

I just wanted that everyone knows that these people are my heroes! They have fully refunded the non-refundable stay for my family, when the urgent trip has been cancelled in the last moment. I truly value their flexibility and compassion to the hard circumstances I have got into. I recommend this hotel to all my friends!

Apartments are clean and safe, but quite loud on weekends :( Staff is superb though, and breakfast at the reception area is pretty good. It doesn't look open, but it is, go in and up the stairs!

Not a 5* hotel but so pleasant, family-style, friendly place. I'll be back! :)

For a lone travellers or a couple it's perfect. I'd say better for 18-35 as it's slightly in a party part of the city. However, the location is wonderful for visits to everywhere as you're just off the main square and almost situated inside a big park. Accomodation with perfect location in city centre, only few steps to main square. Fast checkin and checkout process. Room wa clean and kitchen well equipped. Only disadvantage is higher noise at night.
