Me and my fiance stayed in a private room for 5 days, breakfast included. The employees were always very friendly and welcoming, the bathrooms always well stocked and clean, warm water for showering always available. The common rooms were very comfortable and well stocked as well. The breakfast was amazing, so many different options, as much as you wanted, with some variation in the dishes throughout...

One of the best hostels we've been to! The staff is great and the rooms are nice cool and clean. Same goes for the bathrooms. The rooms are themed after different countries, very nice touch! It's Right in between the center and the Jewish district so everything is easy to reach. The atmosphere in the hostel is great and they have a nice breakfast! The only thing that they could improve are the mattress...

A hostel that goes the extra mile for its guests. Thank you so much for making our stay comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were very friendly. Rooms and facilities neat and clean. Pancakes at breakfast were delicious. But mostly thank you for allowing me to shower and have a coffee before I could check in after my long train journey. It felt like a home away from home. 10/10

Nice place if your focus is to enjoy Krakow and Auschwitz-Salt mines-Schindler factory tours. Great location, outstanding attention, maybe not the best rooms in Krakow, but really cleaned and with a comfortable bed and pillows. Plus they give a really impressive Brunch. Plenty of tasty food. I'm really happy with the quality-price of this place.

U'll get free beverage (coffee and tea) and two bar of wafer chocolate during your stay. The room is clean, the receptionist is helpful and willing to inform you appropriate information even he doesn't speaks English well. But thanks to technology, we could communicate each other.

The staff was very helpful. Hostel was neat and clean. The best part which I liked was they allowed us early check in at 9:45. The lady who look after the housekeeping cleaned our room early and let us in. Thank you.

This hostel needs a renovation! I liked only a view from this boat and beautiful swans. I didn't like a breakfast, very poor and not fresh. I didn't have a feeling that I was on boat. I will not stay here again.

This place may only be considered 3-star accommodation but I am so happy to have stayed there with my two small children. Nice and cozy hostel. Its boat, so rooms with bathrooms are quite small, but otherwise its great place. walking distance to city center and good breakfast. Must be even better during the summer with open terrase on the rooftop.

Perfect location, in the old city centre.The room was big enough and the bathroom was great, very clean. There's a kitchen with dishes, cups, kettle and so on. We got codes to get inside the hostel and another one to enter the flat. It was very comfortable.

Very close to the main sqaure, bar isin't working but there is alot of restaurants around, booking.com is the best way to reservate, 24/7, no keys needed to enter rooms(place use code systems)

This hostel is good for its price. I need to admit that for 3’5 € it is okay, and also it is well located. On the other hand, there are no keys for the lockers located in the bedrooms, the bedsheets, at least mine didn’t fit on the bed, there’s only a key for a 9-bed bedroom. This was the first hostel I've ever been to, but it was a fine experience. I was in a 6 bedroom...outlets next to the bed was nice. Beds are meh. Clean bathrooms and showers. The free breakfast isnt huge (cereal, cheese, tomato), but you can cook your own if you want. Would have stayed here for my whole trip in Kraków if I could!

Location is a 10, right on the middle of the main square. Free breakfast is wonderful. Staff is nice! No stopcontacts at every bed, but I could charge my phone at another contact in the room. 2nd stay in this hostel and I would go back for a 3rd stay!

Great value for the money. Excellent as last minute booking. The facilities are okey, has a free parking at the place witch is a big plus. Great staff.

Hôtel is correct, the breakfast is served from 7 to ten. It is good. Quick service. The room on third floor was too hot, because of Sun shinnig early in the morning without air cooling.

Spacious room & bathroom, clean, decent breakfast. They provide 2 complementary bottles of sparkling water in the room(I could not find the bottle opener in the room though). If you enjoy walking, you may go to IKEA and a huge shopping complex next to it. I did so as I like taking a walk after dinner and it took about 20min to get there from the hotel.

Hotel *** in the north of Kraków, big guarded car park (for free) , buffet breakfast continental (pro: many different meats and cheeses, con: coffee in powder, few bakery), reception 24h, good location for visiting the old city by public transportation, modern looking building, fast wireless internet, access with lift for upper floors.

Pleasantly impressed with the interior of the hotel. Pleasant staff. The airport and supermarkets are nearby! Upstairs behind the church is a nice restaurant with Polish cuisine! A playground is nearby. Good connection with the city center!

Super accommodation and great surroundings. With the window open you can sometimes hear the plane, bells on Sunday morning, and so on, peace and quiet. Amazing springboard after the hustle and bustle of a big city.

The guesthouse on the whole ground floor is adapted to the needs of a wheelchair user, entrance from the pavement to the building without obstacles. The canteen is clean and cozy. We arrived via uber. There is a large gate controlled car park. We were greeted at the 24 hour reception, given a key to our room and advised on breakfast times. The room is very basic but serves its purpose. Bed with bedside tables, wardrobe, table with bottled water but no kettle, 2 chairs, mirror, small TV and coat hanger. Really good apartment based at the centre of the old city of Krakow with big and cleane rooms. The kitchen was full equiped with a lot of plates and stuff. After going to the office on florenska street we were given our keys and escorted to our apartment just off the main square. The apartment was very spacious. Unfortunately the cleaning could have been abit better with items left unwashed in the dishwasher, cleaning product left on the side and sweet wrappers left in the small bedroom. But the water was hot, the beds comfortable and above all the price...

I just wanted that everyone knows that these people are my heroes! They have fully refunded the non-refundable stay for my family, when the urgent trip has been cancelled in the last moment. I truly value their flexibility and compassion to the hard circumstances I have got into. I recommend this hotel to all my friends!

Apartments are clean and safe, but quite loud on weekends :( Staff is superb though, and breakfast at the reception area is pretty good. It doesn't look open, but it is, go in and up the stairs!

Superb self catering accommodation. Central to the square which is only a few minutes walk away. Bars, restaurants and a small supermarket all on your doorstep.

Will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Krakow. The apartments are well equipped and really designed with nice furniture and you cannot ask for a better location, right in the town centre ! The flat interior was as fresh as on the photos, warm, clean, with nice air freshener. Its located literally within 2 mins walking distance from the Rynek Glowny. The Reception was just at the entrance of the flat and the guys were really friendly and helpful. Free tea and coffee beside the kitchen supplies was a small addition to our impression about our stay.

We stayed here from 26 to 29 nov 2017. We were so surprised at the size of our appartment. We had room 5. Was sometimes noisy but that is because workmen are working on the premises next door. We got the top floor apartment which is quiet and gives a great view but you better like climbing stairs as there's a few. Staff seem friendly and apartment came with basics such as shampoo, shower gel and towels. Would definitely come back again.

In August, there may be five militants family, spending 5 days in Krakow. Very good conditions accommodations, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, wi-fi, satellite TV, quiet balkonik with flowers overlooking the garden. Very good location, near train station, Old Town. Lying in bed, you can listen to melodies from the tower of St Mary's Church. In addition, a good hostess.

It is an ideal place to stay for a reasonable price at the heart of Old Town in Cracow, both recommended for a family and backpackers. There is a fridge and a washing machine, quite useful for a long stay in the city. We, 2 adults and 2 kids, felt quite at home. There are also rooms for 1, 2, and 3 guests. We were met by a lovely lady called Zophia. The apartment is very secluded, literally minutes walk from town square. It has every modern convenience you could wish for. The balcony was an added bonus. We discovered the Galeria shopping centre on our last day. Again only a short walk. The bus and train to the airport depart from here. For a lone travellers or a couple it's perfect. I'd say better for 18-35 as it's slightly in a party part of the city. However, the location is wonderful for visits to everywhere as you're just off the main square and almost situated inside a big park.
