Amazing experience! The hotel is a 15min walk to the old town square, the room has a surreal view of the castle and the river. Robert in the lounge took such good care of everyone and Irina at the restaurant was a wonderful host. The breakfast buffet is the best I've ever had at a hotel in the Marriott umbrella. From the staff, service, Christmas decor (in November) to food and location, this is the...
Stayed here on my first visit to Poland last week, and I'd like to come back again in the future. The rooms were very comfortable with a king size bed, a desk and a minibar too. I also recommend the breakfast in the stay, as the options were amazing and really help you get set up for the day, plus the options change on hot and cold foods too. Location wise, its near convenience stores if you want...
Very nice Hotel. Excellent service, very good breakfasts and good Italian restaurant. Visit Sport bar for some beer after dinner. Rooms are big and spacious. Location is just good for everything. SPA is small and bad. Do not rely to sped more than 10 minutes inside of it.
Amazing hotel, great staff and amazing facilities, only major issue was maybe the service. We were not provided with water bottles unlike the other rooms we received significantly smaller water in less amounts instead of the usual 700 ml. Another negative service was tooth brushed and amenities. Slippers, tooth brushes, body was and lotion where not provided and needed to be asked for from room service...
Very nice, modern and well maintained hotel in Krakow. Lovely roof top bar. We loved the people and service at this hotel and would highly recommend staying here if you’re in Krakow for a visit
Hotel is beautiful, our room was large and spacious with an amazing view, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome! There was even a note from the GM waiting for us in our room, with some beautifully arranged snacks. Mr. Papatolios and his team made our stay unforgettable, it is clear that they care deeply about guests and their entire experience in Krakow.

My friend struggled to get service (blankets, food etc) after it being promised. Bed wasn't that comfy and AC seemed to not work on the second night. Was okay and seems to be fairly cheap, but it's a bit below expectation. Reasonable but not great, except the location is quite good.
Very friendly welcome from the personal at the reception.Rooms are nice and spacious and clean .I love especially that one can open the windows. Breakfast is nice even so I would love to have fewer convenience products. The freshly prepared eggs made to order are a big plus.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly polite and always willing to help. My room was spacious, and the bathroom was modern and recently refurbished. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the city center, making it very convenient for exploring. I also participated in a workshop held at the hotel, and the conference facilities were good. Overall, a great experience...
The receptionist are very welcoming and positive. It was rainy and the staff came with an umbrella to protect us from the rain. Amazing ! The room is very spacious, was very clean and has a very high standard. The breakfast was also amazing, very lovely waiters and service. Overall I had a great stay and people here are very lovely. Definitely recommended! :)
Fantastic short stay in krakow. The hotel was very comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful. Room was fabulous, bed very comfy and serviced every day. Huge selection of food available for breakfast. All in all loved every minute of our break in krakow.
Amazing hotel, polite and helpful personnel. Clean rooms, gym, area for kids with playstation. Perfect breakfast and restaurant. Comfortable place in the Krakow old town.

A lovely hotel that we stayed at for multiple nights on the extended Poland leg of our Viking cruise. Beautiful hotel in a fantastic part of town with the university park across the street and Wawel castle up the hill. My wife and I adored walking in the peaceful surroundings and green spaces. I must say that the food served in the lounge was some of the best food that we had on our trip from Germany...
Probably my favourite Radisson in Europe. As a VIP member, I’m allocated a room on the VIP floor, with a dedicated area of the restaurant for breakfast. Staff are all so helpful, approachable and friendly, especially Magdalena Mnich in reservations who ensured our group celebrating a 40th birthday were extremely well looked after.
The service here is excellent. Because I had some issues with my room I was upgraded. The breakfast offers a wide variety of fresh offerings reflecting local and international tastes. You can't beat the location, right near Old Town facing a park. The side street offers markets and an array of foreign restaurants.
Very professional and courteous staff. Rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. Mattress felt new. Minor qualm is breakfast not open earlier, an issue for booking early tours. Also personally I prefer a shower stall and not a tub-shower. But on whole this is an excellent hotel.
Comfortable, spacious and good rooms. Very nice staff. Room service menu is not the best. Can be definitely improved. Decent bar with very nice decoration in the lobby. Very rich and good breakfast. Quality ingredients.
Very nice short stay in the heart of the city center. Excellent facilities, the staff from the front of house, very helpful. We could not find any fault, amazing cocktails in the bar, efficient service and wonderful relaxing atmosphere, We are planning another trip back in Kraków soon and will definitely stay here again 10/10

This is a very nice hotel. It does have air conditioning something that was critical for me when I could find it in Europe. Great breakfast comfortable beds and a beautuful feel to it.
There is a small roughness. Wifi from time to time falls off. However, the Park outside is just gorgeous!
Nice hotel. Friendly personel but not worth 5 stars. More like a 3 star hotel. Too far from krakau center. The bar is expensive. Payed like 12zl for a small beer. Thats like 3 euro. Thats more then what i pay at home. So dont expect a luxery 5 star resort.
Far from town on a bussy road but its a nice hotel maybe to early 90s. Easy for the airport by car or taxi.

Stayed at H15 Palace just after New Years with my partner for a few nights. An absolutely stunning hotel with stunning interior and the friendliest, most helpful staff. We were greeted on arrival with a glass of sparkling wine and helped out of the taxi with our bags. The staff on reception were very thorough and explained times for breakfast, where to find the spa etc. We had breakfast included with...
Very nice place to stay in Krakow. Highly recommend for business to vacations. Great rooms and great service by any standards. It is very close to everything downtown you want to see. One issue we have discovered was Uber cannot come to the hotel due to some local restrictions. They could drop you off but cannot come to pick you up.
Beautifully designed, combination of old world and mid century modern creating a great atmosphere. Bravo to the architect! The staff was highly professional, accommodating and friendly …. I spent one week there and will make this my stay next time I am in town.
After coming directly from Montreal to Milan and then Paris we ended up in Krakow at H15 Palace and it perfect from the moment we arrived. This is a world class hotel that made our previous destinations/hotels look like amateurs. Beautiful historic facility that is well decorated, exceptionally fusing old and modern. Large beautiful, well decorated high tech rooms, incredible lobby, and breathtaking...
A new, five-star hotel in the heart of Krakow, a few steps from the Main Square. Top-level service, very nice and helpful. Very spacious and modern rooms, beautifully decorated. I recommend it to anyone who wants to spend time in luxury.
There is nothing to complain at all! Beautiful design hotel, with spacious rooms! Everything is perfectly clean. Hotel pool is wonderful place to chill! Tasty and generous breakfast. Friendly and willing stuff. Absolutely recommended!!! Thank you guys.

This hotel is fantastic! Nestled in Krakow’s historic center, it’s the perfect base for exploring the city’s top attractions. The spa is excellent and provides a wonderfully relaxing experience. However, the staff could be more welcoming, as they often didn’t greet us unless we greeted them first. It’s a shame, given the high standards of the hotel overall.
Fantastic hotel located 2 blocks from the main square in Krakow. The rooms are spacious by European standards. My room had a mini couch for watching TV and a nice desk for working. The spaw and pool in the basement is pretty nice.
My stay at this hotel was truly exceptional! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, and the food at the restaurant was top-notch. The hotel itself is very luxurious, with high ceilings that give the space a grand and uplifting atmosphere. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed. While the fitness facilities could use a bit more variety, everything else was excellent....
A great location, a short walk to the main square. So many restaurants and shops nearby. It's approximately 15 mins walk from the train station. The spa is great. The pool is a decent size. Also enjoyed the jacuzzi, sauna and steam room.
We had late check out around midnight. All was good and smooth, lady at the reception extremely nice and friendly. Our room was nice but the issue is the bar at the street next to the hotel . We literally heard everything in the room, so noisy. So , it couldn’t be possible to stay there over night and we asked to change the room . The next room was smaller , no view. At the bathroom, there were no...
Here for 2 days on business. Hotel situated in the heart of the beautiful old town. Be prepared if driving by car as there is very little parking available… 3 spaces next to the hotel! The lobby area is very narrow and we were left to wait a long time before being attended to because the check in process isn’t fast and we were in a queue. With forms to fill, some digitalisation would be a good investment...

Amazing hotel and lovely staff, would definitely stay here again. The location is absolutely perfect being so close to the square. We stayed here last week, but arrived at around 3am after we had to land in Prague and endure a 6 hour coach journey due to the bad fog closing Krakow airport. I emailed the hotel about our delay and got a prompt reply. Even at that time in a morning they brought us a kettle...
I couldn't of asked of a better hotel that offered everything! Absolutely top class and I will certainly be staying at this hotel when I return! But thank you again for making my stay very pleasant : )
The Hotel Stary is a gorgeous hotel in a wonderful location, just steps from the main square. We were there for new years and the hotel was beautifully decorated. The staff was very attentive and helpful, assisting with our luggage and helping us arrange a taxi to the airport. The only reason I did not give five stars is due to lack of coffee machine in the room, and a hairdryer that kept malfunctioning...
We had the pleasure of staying with the lovely hotel Stary during our Christmas holidays. The staff was lovely, the rooms stunning and we are so happy that we choose your hotel for our family visit. Thank you so much. Looking forward to returning.
We had a very nice stay at Hotel Stary. We found the staff to be informative, friendly, and helpful. The room was nice - 4 stars because it would've been nice to have 2 pillows without having to ask, and some type of hotpot/coffee set up in the room (we like our first cup before we have to see other people lol). But this is really splitting hairs because we were able to go to the bar and get a gorgeous...
A majestic hotel combining traditional influences with modern convenience. The room was very comfortable and the spa was divine. Loved the stay here at Hotel Stary, would happily come back the next time I‘m in Krakow.

Superb hotel. The few negatives were 1) The room air con made the rooms very cold. 2) The sleigh beds had a big gap where the pillows kept disappearing into. 3) The spa does not cater for people who have difficulties walking. In every other respect, this hotel is superb and ee shall certainly come back.
We had the most incredible experience at Pod Różą Hotel for our wedding ceremony and lunch reception. The location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of Krakow’s Old Town, with restaurants, cafes, shops, grocery stores, and pharmacies all just steps away. The service was exceptional from start to finish. Check-in was smooth and informative, and to our surprise, they upgraded us to a luxurious suite...
I stayed at the hotel recently and had mixed feelings about my experience. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. After an upgrade after buying for 700 PLN extra, the room we received was much better—spacious and well-appointed. However, the first room we were given was disappointing: it was too small, outdated, and lacked a carpet, which made it feel uncomfortable...
Loved this hotel. They upgraded us to a junior suite and gave us our room at about 11am. What’s not to like? Lobby and restaurant are very attractive. Our suite was lovely. Large with 7m ceiling! The walls were a bit dirty, needing a wash or some paint. Bathroom was very nice and large. Good water pressure and hot enough to send you to the hospital. (Why Europe allows this is beyond me.) The...
We had such an amazing stay at the Pod Różą Hotel and would most certainly stay again. The hotel is beautifully decorated mixing modern touches with the history of the building. Our room was a luxury apartment which was spacious, comfortable and very clean. The bathroom was very large with shower and bath. Water, coffee and toiletries were restocked daily. Breakfast was incredible with a number of...
Excellent 5 star hotel. Cannot fault it. From comfy beds to indulgent breakfast and luxurious spa facilities all included in the cost of the stay. Receptionist staff brilliant, our special thanks to Elizabeth, who went the extra mile. Fantastic additional massage by Ania & Katia - well worth the cost. Amazing! Thank you.

It was amazing! Strongly recommend SPA Complex for rest at the weekend. We have wonderful experience here. We took 'coconut sprint'. Hamam, tea, scrub & massage with bamboo. It was just the best choice for relaxation. It costs 340 zlotyh/person. But - believe my, it costs this money.
Smart and efficiently run. Lovely facilities and a varied menue to cater for all tastes, would stay here again

Very clean, good food and excellent service in this historical hoyel well located in the centre of Krakow.
This is a small, welcoming, simple, hotel. It certainly deserves the five stars it has, because of its comfort and beauty, but its small size and the kindness of all the women at the reception made me think, in a good way, in a family owned B & B rather than in the fastuosity of a Grand Hotel. I felt very well and welcomed there and the staff were really very lovely. The only bad thing was the small...
3 stars for the wedding venue in 2019. 3 stars it is still considered a good review but due to 3 major flaws on the hotel side I cannot count my wedding as perfect or even stress free 1) air con in the main mirror hall did barely work and my guests couldn’t cope with temperatures..... 2) basement toilets do not have a proper extract ventilation and the hotel did not provide any dehumidifiers, air...
Great old European Hotel. This place has wonderful bones, and the staff tries. But it badly needs a face lift and remodel. The rooms are small and chopped up, or large and ungainly. The furniture is a mishmash, with no discernable theme, and no art on the room walls. The location, near the central square in Krakow, is excellent. But this hotel needs attention.
This is a beautiful hotel palace that is 420 years old. Its amazing and the staff is superb. Its in old town ,no need for a car. You can walk to everything.
Excellent hotel and courteous service. Excellent location. I have no doubt that I will book the hotel again.

Nice hotel with good breakfast delivered straight to your room. The rooms ale rather small but with original sealing and frescoes. Nice comfy beds. I would recommend this for a romantic getaway but not for a longer stay. The hotel has a pool and a restaurant.
Hotel Copernicus is undoubtedly one of the best hotels in Krakow. The historic brick building has been exquisitely and tastefully renovated, with a glass roof sheltering a magnificent inner courtyard that doubles as a fine restaurant, bar, and lounge. The rooftop, the only one amongst the neighboring buildings, has a breathtaking view of the Wawel castle and several surrounding church spires. While...

They also have a lovely terrace upstairs. Very nice for couples...
Love this hotel - quaint and full of history. Such a beautiful place to stay in Krakow and so close to everything you need to see and explore!
This hotel is in a great location which is only thing worth 5 * about this hotel. In general this is a good 3* hotel rather than a 5* due to following: Rooms are very small with a super small bed. Curtains does not shield from outside light. Also rooms are not sound proof so you can hear all street noise even on third floor. The AC in the room was not working which is a must in hot weather. Reception...

Very beautiful hotel near the city centre. We stayed 4 night here and we were really satisfied. Highly recommended!
This hotel boasts a fantastic location is clean, quiet, and perfect for exploring. However, a few amenities could be improved. Firstly, providing separate and more powerful hair dryers and hair conditioner would be a welcome addition. Currently, there's only a single all-in-one product for both hair and body. Additionally, the rooms, while functional, feel a bit outdated, there are not enough plugs...
