They recommend you expensive parking option. Near by we got better price. Hotel has multiple coffee machines, but they don’t work or work incredibly slow. Made me mad every morning having to deal with that. Hotel has slow elevator, but anyway, to get to room you need to climb stairs. Was uncomfortable to my 75 year aunt and with our luggages.

We stayed here the first 3 nights of our trip before heading to Zakopane. Great staff, clean rooms and was very conveniently located to Christmas markets. Our flight was delayed due to weather, so we came back to this hotel for two more nights, and the staff was extremely understanding and were able to accommodate us. We will be returning for sure!

I really enjoyed my stay at Mercure. It is not close to the centre but it is close to the Offices in the new area of town and you can still walk to the centre in about 30-40mins or take a quick bolt car. The free gym is a nice bonus and I didn't fid it too busy even during the "busy times". The hotel is very well located and has stunning design. However, usability of the hotel is very poor as well as it feels low quality as well as not well maintained. For example, in a room with bathtube there is no mount for a shower handle so basically you cannot have a shower, only bath. I’m on the bit more expensive side when it comes to Poland. But their service and rooms are great. The facilities here are really good as well with possibility for swimming and spa. Also, a lot of good restaurants in first floor including breakfast buffet at one of the restaurants.

Everything good, especially very kind staff and a fantastic breakfast. Clean and neat, quiet in the room. The only thing is that the pillows are a bit too big for my taste, so not slept very good. New and clean. Attentive and helpful staff, most speak a very high level of English. Food in the restaurant was great, both the breakfast buffet and the dinner. Located right off of a train that will take you directly into old town. Near a field and a park that are great for running. A truly unbelievable location, right on the square, and if you get one of the Suites on the 4th floor, you get your own small balcony you can look down into it from. We had a wonderful stay at Park Inn Radisson Hotel! The location is a good 20 minutes walk to the Wavel Castle and also very close to the Old Town! The old town area is so beautiful as well! We’ve been staying in this hotel several times but this time was unexpected. When your plane just flight away 1 minute before you came to the gate your humor is „not perfect”. Really nice place! The location makes it really convenient as you literally need to cross this bridge to get to the airport. It’s almost impossible to be late for the plane 🤭 Yummy food and lots of choice. The workers are really kind and helpful. The gym is not too big but not many people go there so it’s possible you will have the whole space just for yourself.
