I'm a big fan of caesar salad so I chose this dish. It's very good but the portion is ridiculously small (4 little bits of chicken and 2 grams of salad) and the price is ridiculously high. I recently stayed at here for 2 nights and unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. The hotel’s wifi was extremely slow, making it challenging to work or stay connected, I suspect that this may have been exacerbated by my room’s location, as it seemed to be positioned quite far from the wifi router. The location is very convenient for short stays, there is a mall if needed. 20 min to the Krakow center. Everything good, especially very kind staff and a fantastic breakfast. Clean and neat, quiet in the room. The only thing is that the pillows are a bit too big for my taste, so not slept very good. Located right off of a train that will take you directly into old town. Near a field and a park that are great for running. The rooms are clean and nice and the staff are great. However, the hotel itself is severely lacking in amenities compared to other hotels in the area of a similar price. We stayed 4 nights at Hotel Galaxy. The room was nice, cleaned daily, and we received fresh towels. In my opinion, the bed is a bit too hard. The staff is friendly and service-minded. Vi had a suite. It was very good. Everything was working. Except for the bathroom door, that could't close.:-) Our kids had a normal room. Hotel is lovely, in a quiet area away from hussel of city centre with different restaurants located within it. If you want to book trips, you have to find the ones willing to come and collect you and bring you back if required but it's doable. It's a nice 40 minute walk to city centre but there are trams you can catch but we preferred to walk to see as much of the different parts of the city as possible

Great venue with a lot of facilities. Rooms were stunning and cleaning than anything we have seen before. A lot of great restaurant choices. I really enjoyed my stay at Mercure. It is not close to the centre but it is close to the Offices in the new area of town and you can still walk to the centre in about 30-40mins or take a quick bolt car. The free gym is a nice bonus and I didn't fid it too busy even during the "busy times". Really nice place! The location makes it really convenient as you literally need to cross this bridge to get to the airport. It’s almost impossible to be late for the plane 🤭 Yummy food and lots of choice. The workers are really kind and helpful. I have been very positively surprised with the room amenities. It was very comfy, bedroom very clean. I stayed there one night only but I'm going back for two more nights soon.

We stayed here from 7/31 to 8/2. Hotel is in a good location from old town. Very walkable. Also have bikes available for free which is nice. Our room exhaust fan did not work, made for an uncomfortable shower. Rooftop restaurant has great views, food and service was so-so. Bar in lobby had the worse drinks we have ever tried. Really good breakfast and friendly staff. Rooms are alright, but big plus for bathroom products. Restaurant on the rooftop was a disappointment, I guess it was too hyped in social media and my expectations were too high.

This is a lovely small boutique hotel in a great, quiet location next to Wawel Castle. A 5 minute walk from the airport bus station and situated on the park. The buffet breakfast was lovely. Bar area was also nice. Rooms were nice and very clean. Worth paying the extra for a superior room. Walkable to the town and felt very safe.

Amazing service, rooms and location. The bar next to reception has an extensive drinks menu and the team provide excellent cocktails at a good price. We used the hotel bar often as it was generally quiet and good value.
